Hi, i just changed my job and it took me 3months for whole process. For my salary it comes in 4th month so past months i manage my payments even without a job and now my account is over due only for one month payment. I requested to collection representative to provide me a settlement plan as i have intentions to pay outstanding but with 100 calls on daily basis i have punished a lot and your collection want me to pay AED 1351 first may be to complete there targets, a client is suffering from hard times but they are continuously disturbing me mentally everyday just to achieve their targets. I emailed two times for same to Mr. Rouaf but didn't get any response and i am suffering for only delaying by one month. I need a proper solution and non disturbing collection person who will not irritate me for all the process please feel free to contact on my email below because of your collection department 100 calls everyday i will not able to answer unknown calls.

I had applied for loan with u before 10 days I did submit all my all documents n all verification r done but I haven't received final call or loan yet I am in deep trouble my sister is getting married in 3 days I have to send the money back home now I don't know wat to do, if I call customer care no one is giving me proper information someone is asking me to wait n someone is telling me that I dint submit documents I beg of you plz give me a solution m in do or die situation

Next time you hire staff for collection please make sure that they have breeding and not to treat your customer rudely.

We understand that we owe you money and that we are late for payment but we are not running away with are debts.
Payments might be late but we make sure to pay our debts in our own way.

Sometimes we rather not pay you and settle it in the Police because of the collector harassing us.

Whoever read this, if ever I turned back I will never ever take any loan from Dunia not because of the interest but because of their ungrateful staff. There are lots of bank now if your salary is 3000 better take a loan at DIB or RAKBANK rather than taking it to Dunia..

I have personal loan 25000 aed for 3 years term with dunia, unfortunately I have lost my job due to cost cutting and now am flying back to my native so now I had paid loan for 1 year already on monthly installment of 1293 aed. Now am requesting them to early settle my loan dues, but no one is responding to my query? Please tell me procedure? How much I need to pay on total now on early settlement as I lost job?

Hi everyone! I badly need an advice. I'm currently here in the Philippines and I'm planning to come back to UAE on 13th of february 2018. I have a credit which reached more than 70k AED and unfortunately I can't pay this amount. I spoke with one of the collection agent and I asked him if I have a police case but he said that he will only disclose that information if I will pay 750aed. I know that they are doing this because of incentives but they don't care to provide police case to anyone because they know that we can only pay fine and the case will be cleared. Is there anyone here can help me know if I have police case or not since I'm flying back to Dubai on the 13th. I will appreciate your quick response. Thank you!

I am the Customer of Dunia Finance for last four years, I have Credit Card and LOANs. I m going through a bad financial issues since last 06 months and unable to pay the big amount of installment on time. However, I am paying all my installments but little delayed, my installment per month is 2800 Aed. Our company is delaying our payment for the several months. The collection team from Dunia is torturing me like anything and they use to call me 20 times in a day and its a kind of annoyance. The collection team in Dubai has no manners they don't know how to handle a customer especially a lady named Lakshmi who is working in Dubai collection department and another guy named Mukesh. These people are saying what they doing is professional. I cannot understand what they mean by professionalism, [censor]. I am hereby requesting all my brothers and sisters don't go for Dunia its same like you suicide.

I would like to complain and ask advice about my problem in Dunia. January 2015 i got loan from Dunia with the amount of 15k and together with that they give me credit card with the limit of 2500. Then after a few months they give me top up 15k and they make it 10k in my CC and May 2017 another 10k top up in my loan and same time they make my CC decreased to 2500. Im too late to realized that everytime they are giving me top up the pricipal money that i get from them from the beginning always returning in same amount and they just add top up amount and return again to the same term years of payment. Its been 3 years since Im paying my loan but now its already January 2018 my total loan amount is 35000. So where all the money that I pay goes for 3 years, dont even go down instead its going up. Its same happened to my dunia credit card, I used 10k limit then when i got money i pay all at once. I thought I can breath somehow to my financial obligations because i finished to pay dunia creditcard but after a month and received my statement they put too much interest and hidden charges and deduct to my credit card. I call them to clear and they just says thats my previous charges. Then after a month when I had top up they make my creditcard from 10k to 2500.

And now I had 4 missed payment. Dunia Collector keep calling me with different numbers and with different person. They are keep on texting me and sending emails. Scaring me that they will file a case. against me, they are shouting at me and telling me bad words. Even late night there are still calling and they are calling also to my company. This problem really affects me. I cant even sleep at night and scared to answer calls, read emails and text from them because of they are harrasing me to pay anyhow.

Last month, I was frustrated, I contacted and went to one Debt Consultancy to ask advice and help to solve my problem in Dunia Loan & CC and Dubai First CC. At first meeting, they promised me too much things that they can solve my problem. They can negotiate to the bank on my behalf and ask for restructure plan that I can be able to pay my credit beyond my means. But its just added to my burdens and debt. Dunia didnt communicate with the advisor, they said instead to pay for debt consultancy talk to us directly. I visited Dunia office asking for Restructure. They are willing to restructure, even 6 years, 8 years or even 10 years. I thought everything will be okay when I go back home because Im thinking i will just pay half of my monthly installment I need to pay every month, so I'm thinking 1386 will be 693 because that what I understand in Restructing debt less interest and lower monthly payment but few days later I received a call from them and one lady told me they can restructure my debt for 10 years and monthly payment of 1277. I feel angry I want to talk bad but I control myself because Im worried that they will make more problem. They want me to pay 1277 for 10 years. My regular installment is only 1386 for 44 months. Until now they are forcing me to agree in that plan. One guy told me its your chance to solve your problem. WT* thats what i want to tell to all of them. I want to finished my problem not to make it more worst. Its been a year Im not sending home, all my salary going to all my debt. Cant even buy what I need.

And now Im tired and whatever I do I cannot pay anymore. I did already what I should need to do. I think It will never finish so I will ready myself for consequences. Thank you because I found this site because of you somehow it helps me not to be scared and face my problem.

Please advice me what to expect and what will gonna happen?
How many missed payment before they can file a case against me?
How I will know that I have a police case?
Is it really true that I will just need atleast 6k in my hand for fine, they will not put me in jail or If i go to jail how many days it will take?
What will happend after police case and court, do i need to pay all my debt still from them?
Is there any rules for 2018, or still the same as what youve experience. Please share us.

I have auto loan with dunia finance since more than 2.5 years, 5 days back i paid full amount to close the auto loan because i have to sale the car and move to other country but dunia finance service is very poor. I called 100 times and every time they are saying auto loan closing is in under process and it will take 24 hours. I really fed up from all these statements which are all fake.

Sir i need your urgent support to close my auto loan on urgent basis.

I m the Customer of Dunia Finance for many years, I have Credit Card and Loans. I m going through a bad Financial issues since last 02 years and unable to pay big amount of installment. My installment per month is 1570 nett for 10years. Our company has reduced our salary for last 03 months and eventually for the last 04 Months. I have missed almost 03 installement as well. I request Dunia Finance Collection guy Subhu to help to reduce the installment amount to Aed 1000 with decent lower amount as I can see I m paying for ages and my amount is increase to 92000 aed its never reduce.

I really need help if I can get decent installement plan I want to live my life peacefully with no threats as they keep on threatining about depositing the cheque of Aed 100000. And they dont have any policy of deffer payment as well.

I have been charged interest of 1980 dhs even though i make full payment last month as per the agent over the phone if I will make full payment there won't be more interest so now again one agent told me that i have to pay two consecutive months full payment . which is completely insane i could have paid more if the last agent told me correct information so I have to file a complaint phone recording is there i should be waved off with interest charges ..

Hi, my name is Subodh, I had a total outstanding balance of AED 4643 as on July 2017. before I made the payment I had a telephonic conversation on 24 July to ask about partial payment. I was given the information that I will be charged only for the remaining outstanding amount after the amount I pay. I deposited 2000 and in the next statement I got fine for late payment and an interest of AED 293. I called them again and asked why am I being charged for late payment and such a high interest? They said they will reverse the late payment charges as its a fault form their side. Asking on the interest they replied that the interest is calculated on daily basis. I wasn't made aware of this by the gentleman whom I spoke to on 24 July. I was polite enough and I agreed on making the full payment, (of which late payment fee will be reversed back into my acc).
On current month statement, the amount has been reversed but to my surprise there is another amount charged (interest charges) which is added to my statement.
I sent them a whatsapp msg (to which they reply within 24 hours) on 6th September, but I they haven't bothered to reply or get back to me. I sent a msg on 7 September again and got a reply that they will get back to me in 24 hours on 9 September but till date I haven't received any calls or msgs form their end.
I have always liked Dunai services but this time I feel cheated, which made me write this letter.
Kindly do the needful.

We understand that we have a responsibility to settle our bills with your company. BUt that doesnt give any right to any agent or your employees to talk to us in an extremely rude manner. His name is Raj, he calls me mostly in the morning, which he know i am in the office and busy most of the time in the morning. so most of the time i am not able to answer his calls right away. but anytime i get free, i am calling him back, whether on landline or mobile... in the evening he will call me, around 7 pm onwards, knowing that i will be at home and sleeping or doing house chores. Even if we have dues in your company, that shud be handled by your agent professionally and not be rude. You also have to understand the difficulty that we are facing now because of what you did to my account. instead of doing consolidation, you did top up on my account...and that gave me a hard time paying my dues...

I took a credit card from dunia around 30000aed, I am a good payer from the time I had cc from them. But unfortunately due to downsizing of my company they terminated staff including me. I applied to claim my credit shield as it is covered the involuntary job lost. It's been two months and it's still pending. I couldnt able to pay my minimum payment as I am still unemployed and still on job haunt. Now, they charged me late payment fee. I kept on calling the customer service even I sent an email but nobody responded on my email. And the customer service, telling me same story that it's still pending. Why are you doing this kind of treatment to ur customer? You don't help when there's no benefit from ur side. Until now I am waiting for an update about my credit shield claim.

I was having a auto loan with dunia finance, six month before I loose my job, 4 instalment was pending and they filed a case against me after 2 month the police took my car and I had to pay all the amount in dunia so I settled all the amount, I settled all the amount before 2 month still now they didn't withdraw my case, my car is with police for the last three month ...I went to dunia many times bjt no response from them they are not minding at all even the customer care no responsibility ..

I just want to ask, I had a credit card from dunia finance and I have a credit shield. I was a good payer for the past one year but recently I missed my payments due to salary delay but I still manage to pay last month. Our company had a problem which lead to terminating employees including me. I have sent to dunia customer care my termination letter through email and informed them that I dont have any source of income right now as I am still looking for a job. Regarding for the shield they already forwarded that to insurance company and I received call from dunia that I still have to continue my cc payment or else if I didnt pay there will be late payment fee, overlimit fee, interest including shield payment, they are forcing me to pay this month triple the amount that I have paid last month, and I was very shocked. Please advise what to do, I am totally disappointed on their service and the way they treat clients once they missed the payment like you have done crime. Is there someone who can help me what should I done as early as possible?

Hi, I have really bad experience in dunia finance I borrowed 35k and I am paying now for 2 years and I already pay 32k and still I need to pay 23k the interest is so high. For 3 months I dont have a job and I couldn't payand I received a call from police in naif.. I went there saturday they keep me waiting until they let me stay for whole night behind bars, because they are saying there is no officer because its week end.. So guy takenote dont go to police station thursday to sat. Or else you will wait sunday for release.
I talk to dunia to settle all the things but they are asking for full amount 40k plus penalty... Actually 80 percent is penalty and percentage its really huge amount, anyway its really too late for me I fell helpless. I offer to them 15k but they dont want.. They want full amount to remove my police case.

Then one day I get tired I just wait for the court I assured that I have 6000 in my pocket.. After hearing they ask me to pay 5980 and then I go out..

Yes police case is close... But for my understanding you cannot escape in you loan that need to pay because they will file civil case which is your choice only is to pay full amount. So I decided to continue pay all my monthly dues. They can give civil case anytime... So dont be so relax you will just know that you 20k become 50k because of penalty...

I need some advice who experience civilcase and police case I am afraid to stop paying..

Help me for this I need more info.

I sent you message regarding my CC issue with Dunia I have been over charge of interest and also it is showing that they put 100, 000 credit in my cc and it is not happening. Please let me know what will I do regarding this matter. I would like to ask what I will do with this issue.

I am writing this letter regarding the loans and credit cards from dunia finance.
I understand that I have late payments for 2moths when I went for vacation and I send a email to them that on on vacation. I agreed with the agent to pay monthly to recover the payment I missed. I asked them to reconstruct my credits card payment and convert it to monthly installments to help me finished all my dues but unfortunately the agent told meto settle first all my pending payments then they will reconstruct.
The reason I am asking them to convert because it is getting difficult to pay off all my dues as the interest is very high.
On top of that the agents are harassing me everyday by calling constantly regardless of the time. They were even calling my workplace and saying that they are from dunia. They even went personally in my stores and were asking for me and they want to talk to my managers. They even threatened me to bring the police if I do not produce the money on the spot. Even if I owe money I believe that they cant harass me and divulge my loan details.
I have no intention of running away my loan and I acknowledge that I have to pay whatever I owe from them but putting my job in jeopardly will not help me to pay it.
