Dear Dubai Duty Free Complaints Dept

On 10 June 2019, I traveled from Mumbai to Boston.

While in Dubai I purchased 2 half lt bottles of liqueurs each bottle costing USD 17.50 ea. Upon arrival into Boston customs confiscated my bottles as they were not put in sealed bags with the Dubai Duty Free tape. THe staff also scanned by Boarding Pass

As a traveler we are not aware of this requirement. Boston Customs Officials advised that Dubai Duty

I'm requesting for a refund of US 35/- for the loss of the purchase and inconvenience

    Not only is this a loss to the passenger but also embarrassing especially when one is complying and Dubai Duty Free Staff are negligent
