I have relocated my house in the same building just a different floor, 6 days ago - and I have applied for a relocation on the du website, the technician arrived 3 days after my relocation - and then told me I don't have fiber in the new apartment - the fiber team came 1 day after - fixed the fiber - and till this day not one technician called me. I have followed up with the customer service team - I even spoke to the supervisor, and none of them helped me or gave me any information on to when the service will be working or when the technician will come, or when will the technical team call me!
I am completely unsatisfied, and I seriously do not want to deal with your company ever again.
