DU DU Home internet service WIFI

Bought DU 200 Dhrms Home internet Plan last month.
it was working for 3 days and then got connection problem (Connected without internet)

after that I Registered a complaint on DU for more than 5 times and still nothing happened

i just want to cancel that plan without giving any money from my side

if it possible please check whether we used the Data or not...

DU Du home internet

I have taken du home internet 199 plan..they put the advertisement of 100 Mbps. But guy told you will get atleast 50mbps..that's y i took.. now I'm getting 15 to 20 Mbps..and if multiple devices connected everything will be too slow . complained to du customer care and they always say to restart router..they cannot do anything...can't even send technician to check what's the issue...I'm suffering now..

DU Fake Internet Connections on my name

Fake internet accounts were created on my emirates ID without my information, please note case highlights:

03 fake internet accounts were activated against my emirates id on same day in March 2018 ([protected], [protected], [protected])
On my visit to DU Customer care for sim in June 2018 I was informed that I have DU outstanding for internet connections
I registered complaint to DU for fake accounts in June 2018 (TT# 1-[protected])
They did not had my email address earlier, they asked my details for updating in my system so that can update regarding my complaint to DU and to TRA.
Since then I have been receiving threats of legal notice and to clear outstanding for account which I never used
Upon several follow-ups there was no response from DU management so i registered complaint in TRA
I still did not receive any update on this case, and in December 2018 I received a call from Tasheel on behalf of DU to clear outstanding
I re-registered my complaint to TRA and next day I received call from DU that they were not able to find any record for 02 accounts out of 03 which were activated on same day. Therefore they have waived off amount of 02 accounts but I have to pay for 01 account.
DU representative said they will send account contract and supporting documents, which they later sent me after 02 years in 2021 having fake signature and email ID.

This is very strange and I want to understand that:

On same day how can 03 accounts on same emirates ID can be activated without verification
Why DU is able to find record against only 01 out of 03 (Available contract is having fake sign which does not match with my EID and email ID is random)
Why DU took almost 06 months to address my complaint which is after registering 02 complaints to TRA

I demand to investigate DU verification team as they are using our documents to issue fake accounts, getting benefit and approving cases without proper verification.

Hence basis on above case please waive off this fake account and do internal investigation on DU officers involved in sales, verification and approval process.

DU No internet

DU General Enquiry

I visited Du office in Khaleej Centre Near fahidi metro to get general enquiry from staff to unsubscribe some app which deduct 5 dhs per day, service agent Mohamed was very rude and manner less, he insisted me since the sim is in not my name so he cannot give any information and get the new sim and kept repeating you are not owner of sim with some hand actions, I ask him this is only general enquiry not related to any number that why 5 dh are been cut everyday he refuse to help. I made complaint to available supervisor but no action taken, this is how staff are behaving with customer, very bad service and no respect for clients.

DU Home wireless internet lte-199 plan

Sir,
I have taken the connection on 1st Jun 2021 with the expectation good service. But this internet service doesnt have enough speed as it says. My kid online classes interrupted showing Low bandwidth and poor connectivity. Customer care told me switch off all other devices connected and use internet only for Online class. Even it didn't work. I have decided to cancel this plan and I have tried reach customer care. After several minutes of waiting I have spoken to customer care home connection department. they have transferred to Cancellation department. the whole day I have tried to reach the cancellation department and it didn't connected at all. I have told to DU register a complaint for this but they told they cant. and I have to cancel it within 7 days of connection otherwise I have to pay the penalty. one of the worst service from du I have experienced

DU Home internet

Good day.
I leave Dubai for 1 years ago. I want to close my home internet, but I'm not in Dubai because of the pandemic . I asked my friend to help me and I gave her copy my ID and all needs letters with my signature. But DU service always said only one: "we can't close", they needs more and more letters. How I can cancel my internet if I'm not in Dubai and will never come back?

DU Complaint for Not Releasing my Refund

I have raised my complaint and request for the termination of my connection. I paid two months though I received a bill for 1 month only just in case there are other charges or hidden charges. I have been calling Du and told me that they already raised a complaint and wait for 15 days.. Now, it have been 3 months. Just received an email from Du just recently early this month stating that my issue has been resolve and let them know if I need the refund to be transferred to the same account I used in paying the bill monthly and I agreed. Now it has been 1 month and yet.. yet.. the refund still did not send or transferred. I sent an email again asking for a refund and now I am receiving another email that they will send my issue to concerned people and it will take another damn 15 days! for the amount of 311 dirhams, it is hard for them to release4 the money? Seriously? Please I need an immediate response to this issue. So disappointed. It just a small amount but I need it because I worked for that money.

DU Proof of Injustice for illegal charges

After several messages and replies of getting back in 24hrs over 3 months now My complaints has never been looked into. Blocking the account is the worse you can do OK.
My prepaid migration has been paid of by February 19 and my number +[protected] has been barred after payment of illegal and trick charges. The charges of 439.26 dhms is null and void. How could you record charges on partial block account. Maricris ravara at Delma Mall branch is whom I paid to. And I was informed my Sim will be blocked for 3 days after the payment for migration process.I call to the notice of the management to have a thorough checking on my account with mobile number +[protected]. My number has been barred for 3 months and exactly 9 days now for no reason. I lay a severe complaint after the total payment and everyone keep deceiving me till today. I made my cancelation payment at Delma Mall branch to Maricris Ravara the customer care department. After the total payment she printed out the receipt and the proof of payment which was received. She declared my account to be migrated to my normal prepaid in just 3 days which was Feb 19.I was not able to make call after the overall payment till today. This is the only network I've been using but it was so unfortunate. I called several times with my friends phone as I've been barred from calling for no reason. I humbly seek for justice. DU Customer service

I received message that I need to renew my information as my line will be disconnected in 25 days on Thursday, by Saturday my number disconnected not obeying the timing sent by the company, calling customer service representative at 9:30 Am on Sunday she said it is mistake and will be resumed within 3 hours, calling again in 3 hours another customer service representative said sorry for delay in an hour, called again at 5:00 pm got transferred to the shift manager "Mohab" who promised it will be solved by 9:00 Pm and that he will file a complaint against the two representatives before as they didn't stick to their commitments calling again at 9:30 Pm a representative answered that it will be solved in an hour and after insisting he referred me to his manager (female) she said who said it will be solved in an hour it will take 48 hours asking her to refer me to her manager she refused and keeping me on hold for over 2 hours hearing in background in proper loud laugh, weird noises, bad talk about customers, mocking the complaints received! And after returning to me I asked to raise the complaint as her colleague Mohab didn't raise she said ok and now I'm checking no complaint received from their side,
Every time i'm calling customer service i'm put on hold for over 20 minutes to return call.

Desired outcome: DU Not deserve such horrible customer service in a well developed country that always put customer first awful experience and nothing would be satisfying for such horrible experience

DU Number disconnected due to non payment of bills on a pre paid plan

Dear Du,

Dec 2019 I walked into DU store to migrate from post paid to pre paid.
Post which I received an SMS towards termination of contract with zero termination fee.

I purchased vouchers to keep the number active and left Dubai waiting to receive my new job offer in March until the whole world was blessed with pandemic.

I received a mail stating that my connection is terminated due to non payment of bills.

I called customer care to inform them that there has been a mistake as my number is pre paid plan and not post paid, I was told to not to talk much just pay your bills and get it activated.

Note - This took place during pandemic, and I was not in my home town but stuck in a remote village for 6months until we got clearance to travel back home.

I do not have many friends in Dubai to help me by visiting Du store to solve my problem or pay on my behalf, moreover nobody was willing to extend any form of help during the lockdown, The only person who could help me was stuck in India with me. I did not pay much attention, firstly due to network issues in that village, secondly the fear of pandemic, lockdown, new place, not feeling very welcomed by the locals during pandemic...

The situation in India was getting worst even my mother got infected and she was the only person at home who get infected along with various complications I have been writing to Du customer support for a over a month now expressing the same issue.

I had to call customer support almost every other day followed by mails and requesting my friend to visit Du customer care on my behalf.

Du customer care showed excellent support via mail and I provided them a copy of all my official documents that one requires to maintain his account in a legal manner that includes passport copy, visa copy, Id copy and a Noc letter for my friend to solve this problem on my behalf as I am unable to travel due to travel restrictions related to covid.

I am surprised to know that all support that was extended for over 3 weeks via mail was nothing but a joke, my friend was sent back every time he visited them.

please be aware that I am currently In India sitting on a time bomb, that is nothing but a living grave yard and thousand of people dying in our neighborhood and the ruler of Dubai having sent his best wish's to India in such times and difficulties Du staff just over look every communication and tell me that this is not a proof but a recharge voucher and my presence in Dubai is important.

I am fed up of begging, pleading, making non stop calls crying and borrowing money to survive. my entire life is linked to the number and I am well aware that few basics are important for one to survive in the middle east. with respect I paid all my due to DU, my landlord, laundry, purchased vouchers informed my banks that I am traveling.

my request to Du is kindly reactivate my number.
there has been a mistake in your system.

kindly find below attached confirmation from Du via sms towards my migration request and proof of my last payment. all bills cleared and zero charges for early termination of contract.

Note - I cannot travel in such crisis we do not have flights operating form India.
I am willing send my original emirates ID card across to my friend if that helps since the mobile sim is registered on my name and my emirates ID.

option 2.

kindly activate my I shall clear the request amount which I do not have to pay. this what I strongly feel based on what has been attached below and I request the management to look up the system to tally my visit since I had to used my emirates Id at the counter.

I am fed up!

DU Bank OTP not Received

Dear Sir,

I am a Du Customer ( SIm No-+[protected]) and I have my Rak bank Account Linked with this Mobile No. I am facing the critical issue that, when i am doing digital banking transactions, I am not receiving OTP from the RAK bank . I contacted the Bank Responsible person and they checked in the system and confirmed that OTP delivered to mobile no. I Contacted DU Customer Care 3 times to resolve this issue but I am very disappointed that every time they told me the issue was rectified but still i am not receiving the OTP Message.

I am Kindly requesting to you to help me to resolve the issue because i am facing big trouble due to this issue

DU Du billing Service

ADVICE: If you are in UAE be careful to get the package from DU telecom..
I had a hard time to cancell my package, almost I waited 3 months and I paid each month AED 200 without using it.. and for the cancellation I paid again 36 last usage and she told me there are no amount to pay anymore..
Finally I cancelled my sim on 2020, its one year ago and till the date today they charging the amount of 275 after cancelled the sim.. its effect my ACEB report for financial status.. beware when DU standing next to the petrol station and offer you a free sim with package. Their service is horable and you will be in trouble..

Still I am suffering to close the bill for one year overdue.. insane.. DU down down..

DU services

Dear

Kindly be informed that this is an official complain regarding the latest bill where i got surprised for the amount

When I called the call center, they told me to wait till the bill is generated

The bill was generated yesterday and I was shocked about the charges

I had activated an extra data package and cancelled in the same time on [protected]

Also, your agent had confirmed me that it is deactivated on the system

but unfortunately, it is not and ultimately customer is suffering

For your kind information this is not the first time and I had this incident repeated for almost 6-7- times earlier, you can check the history

Accordingly, I will never accept ant " Sorry since I am totally upset and disappointed

I need a call back from the operation management or customer care manger as soon as possible

I will make sure that my voice and feedback will reach the higher management of Du as well as the responsible authority including Consumer right and TDRA

Immediate action and call back ([protected])is requested for further action to cancel the whole services provided from Du to our company

Desired outcome: I need to be compinsated fully for the whole year other wise the who;le company will cancel the contract with DU

DU Human rights

Do not enroll your kids here. Denver university is leading the way to remove students right and freedoms. They are pushing Covid vaccines and not fallowing what Americans have fought and died for. We earned the right to choose; and it should be left for all people to decide what is best for themselves. Not be told by corporations and government. Let's stand together and take our money elsewhere. Boycott all places that forget that freedom is essential. Say no to communism.

DU Complaint for their irresponsible service

On 22 nd of april, we have submitted the relevant documents for reactivation of our 4 business sim cards. But until today 27 /4/2021 this issue is not until resolved. From 22 nd of april onwards we are trying to reach them, almost for more than 5 agents we spoke with. But 5 of them are saying different different reasons, and they dont even know the exact reason behind this. For the last 6 days due to this issue, our business is not running and we are not able to do any calls or messages. Here by adding our account number : 6.109387.
our registration request is :-1-33TUPIWK. Actually this is the only registration number we got even after submitting the documents. Its not at all our fault of not receiving any kind of request number.
