Good day to you and thank you for reading .We are an event company based in Malaysia and been in this business for the past 10 years (we wish not to reveal our company identity due to an ongoing legal suit by our legal expertise on the below mentioned fraud company). Hence we decided to cater our customers for their wedding with a good design of mandap from India . So we look through some websites and came across this company called D.S.T Exports based in Patiala India . The sample designs published in this web portal by D.S.T Exports claiming to be their handwork was astonishing . I decided to contact a person ( Mr.Jagjit) who's name and contact number stated in the website and made a deal with him .I stressed to Mr.Jagjit more on the quality(hand work) and design I expected in the deal which he promised and assured me of good quality by showing some of his samples in their website www.dstexports.com to get my confidence in his product .
The terms and conditions are that I have to make the full payment of USD7565 for the product inclusive of the shipment from India to Malaysia port prior receiving the items, which I did (bank transfer prove attached). Later after I received the product on my side I discovered all the items the welcome lady statue total of 8pcs (picture attached) purchased and the mandap set (picture attached) seem to be too roughly made and are in inferior handwork quality and many are out of shape. My customers(bride & groom) refused to except this product due to the inferior hand work and quality, hence it has cost me dearly and lost my business reputation .I have sent numerous emails but not replied and he even refused to answer my phone calls, therefore I have sent a complaint notice to High Commission Of India in based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and they promised to investigate in this matter . I advice customers/manufacturers those who intend to purchase products made of fibers with this company to be wary of their quality especially the handwork which are very bad touch and misleading through their sample pictures in their website. company called KANAN ENTERPRISES AND GUPTA INDUSTRIES based in Patiala India . The sample designs
published in this web portal by KANAN ENTERPRISES claiming to be their
handwork was astonishing . I decided to contact a person ( Mr.SUMIT VERMA)
who's name and contact number stated in the website and made a deal with
him .I stressed to Mr.SUMIT VERMA more on the quality(hand work) and design I
expected in the deal which he promised and assured me of good quality
by showing some of his samples in their website To
get my confidence in his product .
WE had ordered 3 type of mandap value abt RS350000.00 and swing... he agree to delivery the things within one month... but he took abt 8 months to delivery after we make rushing...once we received the container, , , he only send two type on mandap which not as sample in their website... its totally diffrent and in a bad quality, , never send a full setup of mandap, , , ...he only send the value of the things abt Rs100000.00.. we done a police report againts him in PATIALA POLICE STATION...
SECOND FRAUD ... MR.MANISH GUPTA, , WHO take our ordere abt rs90000.00.. we had paid abt Rs 40000.00.. just runaway, , , not even answer my calls .. dear friends pls be carefull with this cheater.. there are pic which received frm KANAN ENTERPRISES, , PATIALA INDIA, , ,
We are an event company based in Malaysia .There are two cheater, , based in Patiala India.. One is kanan enterprise and one more gupta industries, , mannish form gupta industries cheat abt RS40000 and sumit verma frm kanan enterprice cheat abt Rs10000, , and not load items as per agree... we are going to do police reports.
Can you reccomend any other company in India who produces similar products?

They never mention the shipping charges but they ask you to purchase the articles by credit card or by Bank transfer and they will communicate the shipping charges and when you finished paying, you are at their grace
I have worked with other Indian companies selling video accessories who are honest and excellent professionalism.
The list on Ebay and the payment is thro paypal where the buyer has some guarantee.
