DriveTime Automotive Group - Refusal to honor extended service warranty/selling the car 4 times after it was returned and now selling the debt subjecting me to debtor harassment

In 2017 I got a care from Drivetime and paid $100 for extended warranty. Within a cooouple months the front end and brakes were acting up. The tires wer warped. Drivetime had said that if the had had problems "just take it to Pep Boys." When I did, Pep Bost said DriveTime refused to pay for servicing and I had to pay $488.94. The company ahs sold the car 4 times after it ws returned. It is an abuse of trust and FTC rules to not have fixed the came. The never said that they would cover theynecessary service repairs when I got the car. The car is now the subject of a major manufacturing recall on the braking system. This was the exact problems I had complained about.

Desired outcome: I should get back the money I paid including for service repairs.

DriveTime Automotive Group - Drivetime car dealer selling rigged vehicles without proper inspections and wood in framing of the vehicle.

I have had this car for about a year now. However for the last 3 to 4 months I have not been able to use the vehicle because it isn't mobile. I found out that there is a piece of wood in the framing of the vehicle and that the compressor was propped it up on that piece of the frame. I reached out to dry time and they told me that they were not responsible or assuming responsibility. However I had not had a mechanic with the vehicle and I had not had any mechanical part time aside from a routine oil change At Walmart. The car is still being financed and this has put me in a very very tough situation. My income has suffered my livelihood has suffered immensely. I really need a lawyer who would be willing to represent me in this case because the vehicle is still being financed And it is it drivable. And I truly believe the drive time and you did this vehicle had not been properly inspected before hand.
