I am disputing the transaction I triggered last June 16, 2021. I was not able to do the STEP 2 which is the validation process for the transfer of Php 50, 000.00, which only means that the transaction should not push thru and should not be debited to my account but they did. This is a clear breached of security feature.
I contacted them the following day June 17, 2021 via phone and they told me to contact ZOTOPAY directly. This is not right because i did not deal with ZOTOPAY but with DRAGONPAY only. Until now I have not received a clear answers from them.
DRAGONPAY is a FRAUD! they should be banned from its operation!
Desired outcome: credit back my Php 50,000.00 to my account

The process of dragonpay is to call them so they can do manual posting and since ALL their numbers are not reachable this has not been done.
Pls note that this happened before typhoon Ulysses.

Aug. 4, a notice received thru txt regarding settlement of loan obligations of a certain neighbour.Followed another txt received last Aug.6, Aug. 7, harassing us(me, my mother in law and my husband) of this person's loan obligation we know nothing about.I also recieved calls from them that bothered me so much during meetings at work.They are Urging us to talk to this neighbour of ours.I called up informing them that they're already bothering us but all i got was an insult, telling me "makapal ang mukha, mukhang pera, walang hiya at connivance ng neighbor which i find so innsulting.

You can read the conversation. He/she doesn't apologize after all the inconveniences. It was happened today, Sept 21 at 10:30pm. Very poor customer service. I'm so mad! He/she ended the conversation without saying thank you or sorry.
Dragonpay is the most worst, headache, problematic, stupid option for 3rd party online payment. I could rate this company a negative -7 review rating.
