Dr. Pullenimproper care disdiagnosed

My daughter had been to the emergency room on the 5th and they wrapped her foot/ankle with thick gauze and ace bandages then boot her foot in what was referred to as a "boot" and put a plastic sprint on her wrist/hand. When we arrived the office staff was very kind and professional. I cant say the same for the staff in the back (exam room). When he came into the exam room yelling to someone down the hall saying "this will be quick I have to get out of here I am already 30 minutes late". I believe he said he had to be at a hospital. He came in and introduced himself quite rudely and began literally tearing the wrapping of her and she began crying almost immediately and said that he was hurting her and he said (I quote) " I dont want your drama show it dont hurt, I have a teenage daughter know what it like and dont need your drama show". He did what I guess what he considered an exam then said there's nothing wrong with it its probably a sprain we will put a brace on it and have her back in a month then left the room.

A woman then came in with the brace for her wrist and foot who was nice enough but also in a rush. I asked her a question about a note for school from them and to ask for it at the desk then put the braces on my daughter gave us some suggestions about ice and so forth. My daughter told me that the brace was hurting her foot worse and didn't feel right. I told her it may just take some time to get used to it and the woman agreed.

When I asked at the desk about the note and I said I wanted to ask the doctor whether he could give her a prescription for the pain they said sorry he is already gone and asked why I didn't ask him when I seen him I told them I was going to when he brought the brace back but he didn't come back a lady did.

We were told she was to wear tennis shoes with the brace and when she went to put on her shoe it wouldn't go over it (it is thin so it should have) but I said okay maybe its because your foot is so swollen and kept her home from school the next day and she still couldn't get it on so we went to get her bigger shoes and that's when I realized it was because of the brace, the brace was size medium for the RIGHT foot. I guess in the haste someone pulled the wrong brace and since everyone was in a rush to leave they missed it. I called them and told them and they said we can give you another one if you want to come get it but we have to charge you for it. I asked why its not my fault they gave her the wrong one and that I would return the one she had and they said that may be okay but might still have to charge me I just replied "do what you have to do but we need the correct one" and sent a friend to pick up a size small brace for the LEFT foot.
