I recently bought a carton of 305’s menthol 100’s. They have no menthol in them. I thought it was just maybe one cigarette but I’ve opened more than one pack and gave three different people one to try and they say the samething. I’m not sure if they’re old or they got packed menthol instead of non menthol. Now I am out of $47.00 because I can’t smoke those. I’m highly unsatisfied and would like a refund or a free carton. I would hate to change brands over this but if we can’t come to some agreement to where I’m satisfied that’s what I’ll have to do. Thank you. I purchased a carton of 305' Menthol 100's at Cirkle K in Inverness Florida on Friday January 5th 2023. I purchase a carton there every week to two weeks. I've never had an issue. These are not Menthol. I can't smoke them. I only smoke menthol. The code on packs are 23340T.

I have opened three of the packs with the same results. I had to buy a new carton.

Has anyone else got packs of 305 full flavor cigarettes to find out they were menthol inside? I have been a 305 full flavor consumer for many years. I’ve never had any complaints until now. A couple of weeks ago I bought 5 packs of full flavor 305s the purple box. All 5 packs were menthol cigarettes. Yuck. I do not smoke menthol. I contacted Dosal and they sent me coupons for 2.25 off per pack. Next issue hardly any stores want to accept these coupons. Saying things like it makes the cigarette more than 50% off so we can’t accept that. Or I’ve never seen those coupons we can’t accept that. So it’s been a hassle to say the least. Out of ten coupons I’ve only been able to use 3. Then just yesterday I purchased 2 packs and same thing. Both packs are menthol in full flavor box. I can’t keep spending my money on cigarettes that I can’t enjoy. I have sent Dosal several new emails in regards to this but no reply yet. I don’t have money to waste like this. I am switching brands. Unfortunately.

Something happened to the tobacco wrap sealing machine and for the past three packs purchased @Family Dollar in Summerfield Florida on CR42 every cigar was wrinkled and perforated along the seam making the cigar virtually unsmokable.

I hope someone caught that.

Apparently it's at least a case of cartons.

I've been a satisfied customer of 305s for many years. I just bought my 3 packs of cigarettes for the week as I have done for 20 years. Those 3 packs were totally stale. I complained to the gas station attendant and they just laughed it off. I have spent thousands of dollars on 305s and this is not right. To whomever is reading this please consider my frustrations. I would like to be reimbursed for these 3 packs. However you do that I will be okay with it. Have a blessed day.

Unlike others I have yet to find any holes but: 1 they don't taste the same, 2: The lighted end falls off more than half the time, thank goodness I haven't been burned badly and 3: I have take them out of the pack as I smoke them and the filter comes off but the rest of it stays in the pack. Ok you want more information how about I buy 2-3 cartons a month or a pack every day for the last 3 yesrs.

The last 2 or 3 cartons that we have bought has had holes in at least 3 to 5 cigarettes per pack I understand that mistakes happen but this is ridiculous With the price of cigarettes and the economy the way it is this should not be happening Very disappointing I went to 305 because of the price But the holes are so big it makes the cigarettes unsmokable I smoke the 305 blue 1 hundreds But if this is the way you're going to make your product I'll have to switch [protected]@gmail.com

I bought my 2 packs from store I always go to they sold me stale cigarettes so tried to return them they told me they can't it's not their responsibility

I moved from Florida to Virginia I cannot find my 305 red cigars anywhere I've been trying to order them online but everywhere says they're out of product can you please help me I love my

bought cartonn had tony pin holes in them. hard too smoke..tnen last week, i could not keep them lite. had to relite 2/3 times

I have smoked 305’s for about 8 years now and I never had a problem with them until now. I buy a carton every week this carton out of every pack at least 8 cigarettes the filter fell off! And you can’t fix it, which really pissed my hubby off! What can you do for me? I sent a photo. I bought this carton on February 12 2022 at a Murphy gas station, this is where I by my cartons all the time, I hope we can resolve this problem

You can't just change people's cigarettes like that. The newest ones made my gums bleed and recede. Please return the the original 305 menthol cigars back, the new ones taste like clippers or chesterfield, we don't want that! Please hear us,

There is an ongoing issue with your 305's MENTHOL filtered cigars. The pack on the left I purchased as an individual pack (see picture below). The pack on the right was purchased as a carton. As you can see, the pack on the left IS menthol. The pack on the right is NOT. I have purchased 3 cartons in total at 2 different locations in 2 different cities and all 3 cartons were the same as the pack on the right. I want MENTHOL. The packs in the cartons do not taste like menthol and I've been smoking menthol cigarettes/cigars for YEARS,

I would appreciate if you would reimburse me for the 3 cartons that aren't menthol or ship 3 replacement cartons to me. I wonder how long this has been going on.

The new filter on the 305 cigars taste disgusting. Everyone I know that smokes them agrees with me! Why change them? I wish we had notice so we could have found an alternative. Please change them back!

My complaint is the same as everyone else, I dont no if the filter changed or what happened but they DO NOT taste the same! It seems to me that they taste exactly like clippers now. I cannot buy these anymore after being a 2pk a day buyer!

I've been a loyal smoker for quite a long time but all of a sudden you guys are now putting clippers brand cigars in your 305 packs clipper brand cigars are garbage and taste like crap please go back to sell the regular cigars that we fell in love with PLEASE

Ever since y'all started putting new filters on, I'll buy a pack everyday and only maybe half is smokable cause the filters falls right off.

Is there anyway I might could get a refund for them. This is stupid

Every pack of cigarettes i have purchased in the past 4 days (6packs) have fell apart before i can light it or get it out the box! We have tried several stores in palm coast florida and the same thing keeps happening we shouldnt have to waste our money on cigs that fall apart before u can smokw them it isnt fair

Changed Filter and tobacco without any notice to customers. Very inferior product to the original. Called company and was told that only filter was changed and not the tobacco. That is a lie. My taste buds still work. I smoke 2 to 3 packs per day...that makes me an expert. My local Tobacco plus ran out, so I bought Derringer. Bad taste and same colored filter. When my local store got more in stock, they let me return the three cartons of Derringer and I bought my usual 305s Gold. When I opened toe first pack, it was the same as the Derringer.

Who do you people think you are going to fool? Like I told you over the phone, Your sales will drastically change in 2022.

I've been a loyal customer to Dosal for 10+ years. I started smoking 305 cigarettes, then about four years ago I switched to the filtered cigars, and I have never had any issues until now. Just as many other have reported, I too am not pleased with the recent changes to the 305 filtered cigars.

Not only that, I've tried to reach out to Dosal myself and I have to say that could have gone better. I first tried to send an email inquiring about the shortage that sprung from seemingly nowhere, only to never receive a response. A little over a week after sending the email I decided to try and talk to someone in person.

The number on the contact page of their website connected me with a woman who was unable to answer any of my questions, then transferred me to their "customer service line" where it continued to ring until the answering machine picked up. I did not leave a message.

With how little info I'm finding online and in my area (posting from Zephyrhills, FL), it seems that either Dosal doesn't care, or there's something going on that they don't want going public.
