DoorFront Direct oprah magazine

This was in my front yard near the street. I have no sidewalk on my side and my rural style mailbox is up against the front porch which is about 8 feet from the street. I do NOT want my magazines thrown on the front yard.

With the magazine is a postcard notice about Doorfront Direct saying "your publisher has refreshed the way you'll receive some of your materials" and "Doorfront Direct saves you time since you don't have to walk out to your mailbox".

So instead I now have to walk past my front steps, past my mailbox to the front yard close to the street to pick up my magazine off the ground. THIS is terrible service!

DoorFront Direct harpers bazaar & elle magazine

Harpers Bazaar & Elle 2 year paid subscription for 2019. I have yet to receive my September issue of Bazaar! Customer Service stated that the September issue of
Bazaar was mailed out September 1, 2019. Today is September 18, 2019! Also when contacting customer service for the third time, staff was very rude and hard to understand how complaint could be resolved. English was very broken and hard to understand.!

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery

Some of my magazine subscriptions were no longer coming via USPS, but had been dumped in my driveway by the carrier of The Denver Post newspaper at times I was out of town and the deliveries were exposed to rain for multiple days. I reached out to the Denver Post to get replacements for those soaked and unreadable delivered, but never received any. Previously I had already cancelled my Denver Post subscription due to unreliable carrier situations. I have now cancelled/not renewed all those magazine subscriptions that were switched from USPS to DoorFront Direct. In the future I will make sure to ONLY subscribe to magazines that will be delivered via USPS.

DoorFront Direct hgtv magazine

We just got back in town and drive up to our home and wonder why there was a magazine in the middle of our driveway. My husband was driving and I got out of the car to pick up the magazine, so as not to run over it. Much to my surprise I see a notice
indicating that this is a new way of receiving our magazines.. We are Senior citizens and do not need the additional stress of having to contact someone else when we will be away. We prefer to have all our deliveries made through the Post Office, where we can pick up all of our mail at our convenience. Please remove us from this service, if that is not possible, we will have to cancel the magazines that are scheduled for delivery through your service.

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery service

I have not received my Vogue subscription in 3 months . I did not receive my September issue of Bazaar. I have called both customer service numbers to find out what was going on since my subscriptions were current and paid for automatically each year. Imagine my surprise when I was told that a new service called "Front Door Direct". Unbelievable. How embarrassing for this company. Looking into canceling subscriptions since I don't get them anyway.

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery

This complaint is regarding a magazine subscription delivery or, more accurately, non-deliverey. A friend kindly gave me a subscription to Food Network Magazine which had always been delivered via USPS. After the subscription renewal, the magazine was no longer delivered by postal service but, rather, tossed onto my driveway. I say THE magazine because there was but the one; no further issues were delivered. Today I received an email from this outfit with no explanation except for "Please exclude the address below." followed by my address. This wouldn't be bad enough except the email was directed to me with 7 people I don't know cc'd. What kind of irresponsibly is that? I don't know who these people are but if this is how they operate, they might want to consider reorganizing to a professional business model.

When I called the publisher of Architectural Digest to inform them I haven't received an issue In months, they told me I was on Doorfront Delivery. I haven't received an issue of Architectural Digest since they switched me to Doorfront Delivery. This company is a fraud. When I went to lodge a complaint I got an error message. If publishers want to lose subscribers, then this is the way to do it.

DoorFront Direct delivery

Somehow I got into this service. I received 1 hgtv magazine since last spring. I have every issue from the very beginning and now I don't get any of them. I am running around looking for them at the grocery store or the drug store which is silly because I have a paid subscription. I can only assume someone has all my missing issues, or they are in the trash somewhere. Run from this service! Dates missing... march 2019, april 2019, may 2019, June 2019, july 2019, August 2019, September 2019, October 2019... acct# hgt0902987841/3. I would like to be removed from this "service" immediately, and sent replacements for the months listed.

DoorFront Direct food network magazine delivery

As all the other complaints state. My food network magazine arrived today at the end of my sidewalk by their road. My mailbox is on my front porch right by my door. If your company is called front door direct then shouldn't we receive our product at our front door! If this is the service my publisher is paying for they are being ripped off and so am I. Who is going to replace the magazines that are destroyed by the weather? And will it be done in a timely manner? Magazine subscriptions are not cheap and if this is the service that I will be receiving then I will not renew and will cancel future shipments for a refund!

DoorFront Direct food network magazine

When you first started delivering my magazine. It was put on the front porch.
Now it comes on the driveway, closest to the sidewalk.
It seems to me it was better to get it in the mail on the porch in my mail box.
I think people should write to the magazine itself to complain.
Then, maybe it will go back to coming in the mail. Probably cheaper too.
This service isn't making it easier for us. We have to hunt for our magazine.
Why is it not put on the porch?
Also, someone can walk by and steal it from the driveway.
Changes have to be made. I will tell food network I won't order anymore.
I thought this was designed to make it more convenient for us, the consumer.
And, what about when it starts the rain season. We have to run out to get it.?
I want it in with my mail. I will write to magazines.

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery

My magazines used to come to me in my mailbox, completely protected from the elements. They are now tossed in my front yard, end of my driveway, even in my neighbor's yard. I found my September issue of Harper's Bazaar on the rocks between my neighbor's house and mine. I have no idea how long it has been there, but it is completely trashed and useless. It is completely falling apart and unreadable. Can I cancel this service? I never signed up for it. Please just put them in my mailbox!

DoorFront Direct I have not received my 3 magazine subscriptions for 3 months, since hearst magazine started using doorfront direct.

I, Niurka Cleveland, am not receiving my Hearst Magazines since company switched from USPS to FrontDoorDirect. I request to return to USPS service.

Last issue I received of Elle Decor 6/2019
Last issue I received of The Oprah Magazine 5/2019
Last issue I received of House Beautiful 5/2019

I have called Hearst Magazine several times about this problem. I was finally enlightened by a supervisor that the common thread seems to be the change from USPS to FrontDoorDirect. I am very dissatisfied with FrontDoorDirect and would request to return to USPS in my mailbox. Thank You.

i have not received the December 2019 or January/February 2020 copies of HGTV Magazine. i was never informed that my subscription was being referred to Door Direct and either the magazines were never delivered or they were lost. This is completely unsatisfactory.

i am considering cancelling my subscription as i am paying for nothing.

I'm having the same problem. I tried contacting customer service for all three magazines first. Everything was correct regarding name, address, etc. Been getting these for years with no problem. I haven't received any issues in the mail since the ones Niurka Cleveland listed above. I've also contacted my local post office and I've filed a claim with the USPS. I have a feeling that this is not the fault of the post office. Either someone else is taking my issues of these mags or they are not being delivered at all. At this point, I plan to cancel all three.

Please stop this useless - actually, detrimental - magazine delivery service.
We live in Florida. It rains every day. Unexpectedly at times. Throwing the magazine out the car window hoping it lands somewhere within property lines isn't "door front direct" delivery in my opinion - and NOT what I signed up for when subscribing to various paper publications.
I have a mailbox on the wall of my house for a good reason. Please place my magazines in it.

DoorFront Direct delivery of magazine

My favorite magazine arrived today sopping wet, in spite of the plastic cover. It is unreadable and I don't want this service when my mailbox is literally a few feet from my door and provides essential protection during inclement weather. This is a service I simply do NOT want. I very much like the magazines I continue to subscribe to and am so unhappy that I cannot read this issue of COUNTRY LIVING. What a waste!

DoorFront Direct delivery of country living magazine

On 09/03/19, my husband found my Country Living Magazine at thhe end of our driveway near our mailbox. The magazine drench from the morning rain even though it was packaged in a plastic bag. Please deliver my magazines to my mailbox or else I will cancel my subscriptions. The winter is coming and I don't need to find my magazines next March after the snow melts.

DoorFront Direct country living magazine

The magazine was at the bottom of my driveway next to my mailbox in a stream of water. Since the wrapper was torn, the magazine was soaked. I did not ask for this service and would prefer mailbox delivery if whoever is bringing it cannot get to my door. The magazine is ruined. Your service is terrible. Please stop this service if you can't do it correctly.

DoorFront Direct delivery of country living magazine

The magazine was sitting at the end of my driveway, right next to the mailbox. It was raining. So the magazine was partially wet and it would have been better being in the mailbox!

I did not ask for this service.
I am happy with my magazines being delivered to my mailbox. I do not want Doorfront Direct. Please cancel this service.

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery

I was surprised this morning to see my Country Living magazine delivered with the morning newspaper. Unfortunately, despite the magazine packaging and an additional plastic bag containing both magazine and newspaper, due to heavy rain the magazine was drenched, soggy and falling apart. I live in a rural area where newspapers are typically left at the bottom of the driveway. If my magazine had been delivered to my mail box by the US Postal service, it would still by dry.

I just finished with my complaint. I have suggested we all contact the Better Businss Bureau, complain to the magazines who were duped into buying into this unnecessary system.

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery

To Whom It May Concern:
While this might be a convenient way to deliver magazines and catalogs it is not if when I retrieve my magazines they cannot be read. Recently I came home to find my Bon Appetit magazine sopping wet and completely illegible. I would like to receive another copy of this magazine. DoorFront Direct delivery service

Found a GQ magazine (which we never even ordered) thrown on to one of our new small shrubs out front. NO THANK YOU FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. At least when it is put into our mailbox, our plants are not destroyed... Do not know who you are or why it was decided that doorfrontdirect would deliver this magzine but PLEASE STOP! The shrubs are obviously NOT on oour front porch but along the sidewalk leading up to the front porch so you do not ever deliver to the front door.
