Domino's Pizza delivery

Over a period of 4 months, waiting for my delivery took anywhere from 45mins to an hr, to then have cold cold food arrive. When placed order told 20mins for delivery. Driver then took money for order but Said had no change. He would have to go and get change to then drop back with change owed. Leaving with no concern food was stone cold and took close to an hr to return with change.
Last night was the last Straw when Again Same Happening, except driver was very Rude. No more. I'm not after Anything. No free meal etc. I will never again order from Morningside (Brisbane) store and will Word of mouth Tell my friends and family. Very disappointed. Have ordered from this store for 9yrs never a problem till recently.. very Rude driver.

I have neen a long time customer of Dominos .i had redeemed my points for free pizzas yesterday .but i never received them they had sent the order to my old address that was on my online app with dominos. Domino's Pizza the assistant manager

When I got hired I was very excited. I love pizza seriously. I went to work one morning an the assisted manger was in. She told me I was going to train on the pizza table. Okay. Well we was working a couple of pizzas went good then I notice one thing in particular she dropped the chicken on the floor. I watch her pick it up look at me put it back in the chicken ben an say its "all food". I was super disgusted about her actions. She was a assistant manager and I could not believe what she did. They fired me. I didnt care. I don't want to work for a company who's dropping chicken on the floor and putting it in my pizza or my people's! The whole store needs to be fired!

Domino's Pizza food/ staff

I have constantly ordered dominos and 60% of the time my order is messed up. I order cheesy bread no jalapeños and they almost always out the jalapeño in. Usually I call and they just replace i and deliver me a new one or return my money. Now they're are refusing to do both and it's ridiculous that I keep wasting my money there. I have been informed that unless I order something worth 15 dollars or more I can't have my food replaced. Which you already messed up. It's on the app to show I made the order. You're trying to charge me for your mistakes. I called twice to either get my food brought or money returned and was turned down but offered a credit. I won't be eating there anytime soon.

Domino's Pizza item delivered more than substandard

On August 3, 2019 as part of an overall order I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with onions only. I hope the attached photo came through. If not please let me know. As you can see, the size of the serving was pitiful, barely covering the bottom of the roll in one layer. Plus the thin layer of meat was actually burned/charred. There were about 10 pieces of onion. You should be ashamed. Never in 60 years of eating cheesesteaks in Pennsylvania and New Jersey have I been served anything as sorry as yours. You disgrace the city of Philadelphia. Why don't you stop by a Papa John's or anyone else for that matter and see how a steak sandwich should be prepared and served. Oh yes, and thanks a lot, I was up a 3 am and spent the better part of Sunday on the toilet.

Domino's Pizza feedback about domino's pizza.

Dear Team,

I would like to give a feedback about Domino's Pizza.

Domino's pizza has the worst customer service.
I have never ever seen this kind of careless service before.

Without delivering the order they have mentioned delivered and when i called them they are not at all responding. Because it was more than 30 minutes and the ware unable to deliver this.

I feel helpless here, because domino's pizza doesn't take any responsibilities of there customer. They are not responding on feedback.

I'll never ever order from them again, also I have uninstalled the domino's app from my phone.

I had placed an oder online on July 27, 2019. The order hasn't been delivered yet. The restaurant was unreacheable throughout the evening on their number listed. Netiher was the order delivered & nor have I received a refund yet. I called the Dominos standard customer care number & they registered a complaint as they were unable to reach out to the Gurgaon Sector 4 restaurant. The restaurant store manager called me the next day & offerred to deliver the order in the evening, to which I refused as I had other plans. It's true that my order had sides only, but if you check your records, there was a separate order for pizzas, placed from a different contact number for the same adress on July 27.
I don't have any information on what's happening. I'd like to understand what are your complaint procedures. Is this the highst level? I'd like to register a case of fraud if the refund / information of refund is not shared immediately.

Domino's Pizza missing dips

I ordered for £47.20 a meal for my children. When I paid the delivery man in cash, I noticed 4 barbecue dips, worth £1.96 were missing. I mentioned this to the man but didn't even get an apology, he told me I could go to the store-I would have had to walk as I had no car- to get them. He kept the money of course...
The order number was 299050230. Order date and time was 31/7/19 at 19.43h.

Domino's Pizza delivery

I ordered a pizza and wings last night. I received an update text saying my driver was on his way. 25 minutes later I called to ask why it took so long as were are just over 1 mile from your store. I was told that text isn't really accurate and he had only left 10 minutes prior. We are one mile away. I understand he may have had more than one order but still, 25 minutes. I am starting to wonder how warm my pizza will be. About 15 minutes later I receive a call from your driver. He doesn't know where we live but I figure out he is on the street that doesn't have access to our community. He needs to go in on the main road not the back road. He had a hard time understanding where we live so I had to give him turn by turn instructions on how to get to our home. BTW: this has never happened before. I am unsure what app he is using because every app we have used takes us in via Huntwood not Ruus. About 15 more minutes later he arrives and he only had about a mile to go. (we are up to an hour right now from when I received the text saying my driver was on his way.) Sure enough the pizza was luke warm and so were the wings which are usually almost too hot to eat. We had to microwave both of these items. Not what I expect from Dominos or any other delivery service. BTW: I had done my tip online so that was lost money because I never would have tipped for this service. Ok, so what happened today? I called the location and asked to speak to the manager. She proceeded to inform me that it isn't their fault as she was new and she was given a totally messed up store. She claims she has no drivers to handle what is needed and that she wasn't there yesterday. Not my problem. I do not want excuses and I would have loved an apology. I told her that it is not my issue that she doesn't have the ability to do their job to a standard that is expected by the customers you serve. She also told me that they were super busy because of some wrestling match. She kept going back to an expectation of 45 min to an 60 delivery time. I kept reminding her that if I receive a text saying they are on their way and it shouldn't be an hour later from the text. I understand that should be from when I ordered it not from when the text was sent. She told me that maybe they got 20 orders before mine and that she can't serve me before those just because I live closer. Another excuse and snotty. I am not stupid. I realize there are expectations that we should have as well, but not this. Luke warm pizza is not the expectation at all. Excuses upon excuses upon excuses. I am extremely unimpressed. Never has anything happened like this in the past 40 years of my history ordering pizza. I don't have time to write to you today or to call the store, but here I am. I finally had to disconnect the call and I was angry because she was going on and on with the same excuses over and over again. I did not hang up on her, I told her I had had enough excuses and wanted to keep it at the local level but no apology and no offer of my tip back, which is the least she could do. She continued to talk over me. I told her that she left me no option but to take it to the corporate level. So I terminated the call after telling her I was doing so. So here I am. I want my tip returned. I do not want a forced apology and at this point they would know who I was and I don't trust them to make a pizza for me that would be assured to be not messed with. So I don't want you to just toss me a free pizza. I just want my $3 tip back. It is the absolute basic thing I deserve.

Domino's Pizza I ordered 2 medium pizzas.

When I got home I noticed the pizzas looked didn't look cooked all the way. I've gotten pizza there before and this time the pizzas looked awful compared to previous visits. I don't believe they left the pizzas in the oven long enough. Order # 21 Sunday 7/28/19 12:32pm. I spent too much money for slop. I am very dissatisfied and would like a refund or to speak with someone other than the disinterested employees that fixed my order.

Domino's Pizza customer service

I called and complained to corporate they never responded! Ordered a pizza over the app ans paid for it. Then the manager tried to get me to pay for it again. Named Marisol! They then called me Tyler and gave me the wrong pie when my name is Reggie. The other employee proceeded to open the register and pay me cash and offered to pay out of pocket then stopped me in the parking lot and tried to get me to pay again! marisol refused to get me someome higher than her (assistant manager) to help me. This isn't the first time I have had issues there! It is so damm frustrating!

Domino's Pizza lack of extras

ordered a lg. pie /with sausage I was told 10 min got to the store waited another 25 min then was told they made the wrong one it will be a little longer 15 min later i got my pizza got home to find that my sausage pizza had 12 little pieces of meat and still doughy called the store they said ok what does ok mean WORST PIZZA EVER! dont know if I will order frm this store again when the questions are asked by local reviews this is a no brainer for me thumbs down

Domino's Pizza delivery and manager non compliant attitude over the missed delivery

Hello, My name is Darren Horsey, I live in a building that houses all veterans, and 3 weeks ago on the 2nd I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, they never were delivered so I called the store, the manager which was a female sent them out again, and for some reason after explaining where to deliver them, they still never got delivered. I called maybe an hour later or so and found out they just did nt deliver them. I called to speak to a manager the next day, and unfortunately, he said there was nothing he could do about it, I must have given them the wrong address? Now I was upset and trying to explain to him how was it my fault I have had other orders delivered here before and never had a problem, well he hung up in my ear once, then I called back a day or so later and he hung up again, stating that he was going to fix that problem but I was shouting, which i was not I was explaining to him what had happened and he hung up again. So I am really upset when a manager does this, and it wasn't the fact that I had the order delivered twice, and it still did not make it to my apartment, it was the fact that the manager tried to twist it and make it the customers fault. Please see what you can do about that because if this is how you do your customer s, and especially when your a manager, its a shame.

Domino's Pizza large hand tossed pizza

I made order through app and I place the order 3 hours in advance. 3 hours passed one more hour pass almost 12 o'clock I get call from store and asked me did you order some pizza I said yes then immediately he ask someone in his store where is the pizza that needed to deliver to abc address . He said it's still here and ask me do you want this pizza. That pizza they cooked 2 hours ago laying somewhere on floor. I did not even decided to say yes or no . He just canci my order. And I had to work whole night empty stomach.

Domino's Pizza customer service

I went to Domino's to order pizza this afternoon and the people there acted as if they were doing me a favor to even try to take my order. The TV was blaring so loud I couldn't hear the cashier nor could she hear me (evidently). I ordered, sat and waited approximately 25 minutes. I asked if my order was ready because I am pretty sure the order that had been boxed was my order. Besides that... I was the only person in the place. I was told no it isn't ready. Then the one person goes to the back to get the cook who didn't cook all of my order to come back and cook the bread sticks. I said I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for the bread sticks. Very unprofessional they looked at me like oh well... Then one worker says oh it will only be 3 minutes. Well she was right. 3 minutes for some half cooked bread sticks. Just in case you need to be reminded... Without customers you will not have a business. I seldom visit Domino's because of the customer service. After today, me and my family will never spend another dollar of our hard earned money at an establishment with such unprofessional business practices.

I just had open-heart surgery. I attempted to order a pizza, and could not remember my passwords and had to use another phone miner and address to make the order go thru. I could have made a Chef Boy-R-Dee pizza in that time, and not had the hassle. And by the time it went thru, I could not leave a tip online.

Domino's Pizza 4 pizzas, 2 cheesy breads, etc

We have been waiting an hour and a half for our pizzas, which is fine. I completely understand. They have been telling us that we are only waiting on one pizza for an hour now. This is also fine. However, this one man has been sitting in the front on his phone for the entire time. He puts stickers on the boxes, and that is all. He would not talk to customers, he would not help in the kitchen, and he was not answering the phone. In between placing tickets, he was constantly on his phone. After he saw me take this picture, he walked back to the kitchen and continued to be on his phone, contaminating the kitchen and getting in his coworkers' way.

Domino's Pizza medium hand tossed pizza

This was the worst pizza I have ever had! Not cooked, tasteless, soggy,
I will never order from dominos again.
Italian sausage with mushroom. scant amounts of sauage and mushrooms
What a total waste of my money.
Also ordered chicken wings that were tasteless and warm.

I have ordered from this same Dominos for years but the quality has gone down hill.
Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this decline in the product.
Sorry, you have just lost a long standing customer.

Domino's Pizza delivery driver on a bike

Hello,

You need to be looking closely at your delivery driver road safety skills. I was driving in my car down Hartford Avenue HA3 today 17th July at 19:11 hrs. This is a narrow road with cars parked on both side. So the one who enters the street gets a priority. One of your driver on the bike who entered later just kept on waving out telling me to get off the street. Later he started swearing at me.As he was in speed I could not take down his bike registration number.

I immediately went to the Dominos branch in Belmont Circle ( 397 Kenton Ln, Harrow HA3 8RZ) as that is the local branch and complained about this behaviour. Very surprised the way the local staff st the branch took this
1) first they denied it was there branch driver. Even before look into there tracking system they said it can be driver from another branch which is like miles away.

2) then they said it might be someone using Dominis Bike but not on duty.

3) I gave them the address where this incident happen and they did not even care to look on there system who It might put on delivery that route.

From the moment I expressed my complaints it was just denial from the local staff

Can you please let me know why such behaviour from your driver is acceptable. Is this the customer service you offer?

Domino's Pizza absolutely terrible management follow up on complaints

There is a history of poor services with pizza's in south African part of the world, but what is an absolutely slap to the face, when you complain and don't get any feedback.
I have seen the many complaints posted yet no replies from the company, it seems that customers are not worth the effort to hear their complaints and try to help solve the issues. Yet your company is only focused on making a profit, and does not care its customers yet we are the people who enable organisations to be in business.

Domino's Pizza burn pizza, unfriendly employee

I order online, but when the pizza arrived home, the whole burned pizza, I decided to return to speak with the person in charge, at first a person told me that he could not help me, I told him it was a complaint. To which he changed his face and said a moment. the person in charge comes out, ask if she thought if it was correct? She never answered, but nothing more than remplacce again do the order, without an apology for the inconvenience ? Maybe if she had been nicer I could understand that they are mistakes that happen to us. but did not seem to mind?
Well I do not expect anything in return I just asked for my money back, but unkind attitude was what I disliked the most.
Nothing friendly.

Domino's Pizza 131 888 service delivery orders

The Manager
On Wednesday evening, the 10th of July at 6.45pm I phoned 131888 from the Brisbane Area, in an attempt to buy a delivery pizza with the use of a discount voucher. I spoke to a young Indian sounding male.
The voucher I attempted to use is described as; ‘Unlimited Large Value, Traditional or Premium Pizzas…from $15 each, Delivered…No Minimum Charge…expires 21/7/2019.
I explained the details of this voucher on a number of occasions against the backdrop of this young man's instance of a $21, 95 charge. During my several attempts he just wouldn't explain why my $15 voucher was no good until I spelled out the obvious questions. Why is it costing more than $15? What's wrong with the $15 voucher? Finally, he told me that the voucher was no good unless I ordered on-line. Is this true? Is this a condition outlined in the print too small for most people to read?
I'm a mature age person who doesn't personally have access to Internet on-line services at home. Are Dominos Vouchers useless unless you order on-line? Is there a selective service going on whereby the Domino's vouchers are only good if it suits the person answering the '131888' orders. Further, I suggest that the Domino's brand has a service delivery problem in having this particular person answering phone delivery requests. I found him to be very rude and arrogant!
