Domino's Pizza staff

This dominos sucks. After a few times of being alerted my order was ready and getting there 20 minutes later and still having to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza, I learned to wait 20 minutes after they've lied about my order being ready to leave, to every time, have my order just coming out of the oven and Still have to wait. On top of that, every time I get extra toppings, it never seems to have extra toppings. Same situation tonight. Same situation as always with them. And they got my order wrong tonight. That place either needs new staff or new management. I mean, Someone Needs to get yelled at, I can't be the only customer who's repeatedly unhappy with them. The other domino's in my area sucks too, by the way

Domino's Pizza pizza

Well about 9 year we had just got home had been out of town for a funeral ab of meat aabout theout 230 some miles away about 930 something starvingand not much in the house the thought was to get pizza we live just out of delivery rangeso i sent my son so he got home with philly cheese steak pizza like i said we were all starving the kids started on the pizza then i steped up to get a peice tw o peices gone the kids had gotbut i starred at a crust with a layer of cheese there were three spots about the size of your pinky finger nail of course i called told them about itthe manager told me its all weighted out so there should not be a problem i fussed a little more he then told me to bring it back by this time it was 10;25 or later he told me i could bring it back tomarow i then told him two pieces wewe aready gone no he said you must have it all to get it replaced so very hungry not going to get this strainting out me and the wife ate some pizza and at that point i fired dominos pizza i used to get 3 or 4 pizza a month sometimes more i have not bought or touch a domino pizza since and i tell every one who says lets order pizza about what happen to me so now you see i got to bad pizza but it has cost dominos more and still is

Domino's Pizza customer service worst ever

I just had the Worst experience on the phone trying to order pizza for my daughter and her friends. The Dominos on 33 S Wilkes-Barre Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 didn't know the specials they tell you while you are on hold and transferred me to 3 people. Extremely unprofessional to the point where I don't feel comfortable giving them a chance anymore. EVERYTIME we called in the past, 6 or 7 times they always went to the wrong address. ALWAYS. even when told do not go to that address. Too quick to say yeah we know where you are, and Still go to the wrong place. SO, I called the Dominos on 2244 Sans Souci Pkwy, Ashley, PA 18706 (less than 5 miles from my home in Ashley and they said they don't deliver to my address. Refused to deliver. REFUSED I am sorry that your business reputation is attached to THAT type of customer service...EX customer as of 10/26/2019

Domino's Pizza product

Last night (October 25) we placed an order with Domino's Pizza. We are a fairly regular customer of this particular Domino's location. Normally, the delivery is quite fast, but, last night it took longer than we usually expect. When the delivery came I said to the delivery person, I hope the pizza is hot. He assured me it was, unfortunately this was not correct, the pizza was almost cold. We suspect we were the last in line of a few deliveries. Hence the cold pizza. If this is going to continue, we will switch to another local pizza supplier.

Domino's Pizza service and product

I placed an order at 7:13 pm 25/10/2019 order number 753, was told there's a delay of about 60 minutes because of the weather fine I accepted that. 2hrs passed, in between I have been in contact with the contact centre calling them to check on my order. 21:30 they call me one of the people working at the store was so rude. Order arrived pizza is so cold like it was leftover meals from a braai. I had to turn it back. Pity I didn't take the delivery guys name. But the managers name in bluedowns was apparently Siya cs I had requested to speak to him on the phone. When this guy said "nanku lo uyagwashula apha, " before handing the phone to the manager. Domino's Pizza incorrect topping and rude customer service

I placed an order in 10/12/2019 for the two 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each (one with ham and EXTRA black olives, which was NOT done; the other pepperoni and ham) and an order of stuffed cheesy bread. When I picked it up the girl was very unfriendly. Only thing she said was "what's your number" and "sign this". I've sent in2 complaints via customer service and received the "form letter" response saying complaint would be sent to local store for someone to contact me. 2 weeks later and I've still NOT been contacted. Your commercials say you'll make it right BUT that has NOT happened! Very dissatisfied customer!

Domino's Pizza pizza not cooked

Both pizzas was not cooked all the way... The doe was soft and toppings not cooked.. I called and was putt on hold for almost 25 mins untill the phone humg up... I called back to be put on hold for 17 more mins.. Then when the phone was answerd they told me tht I would have to come get my pizzas... I doint drive thts why I got it delleverd... They said tht they wew closing and didnt have anymore drivers tht coulld bring the pizzas down to me

Domino's Pizza complaint: my online order was not received, requesting payment be reimbursed on my credit card

My name is Mc Kenzie Menard, I made a online order to be delivered. When I did not receive my order, which I made online to be delivered. I contact the Domino's store #(8876) at 10:57 pm to confirm my order, No answer. After wait for an extended time for my delivery. I contact the store location again at 12:31 am ; An employee of the location answered. I explained my situation, She claims the store does not deliver at that address.( 169 Trinity Ave Atlanta, Ga 30303). I continued by implying that the store location was listed as one of the locations online that could take my order and deliver. She stated, the store no longer delivers to that address. I asked to speak to management. She said, she was manager and that theirs is nothing she could do. I said I would contact the store or either drive to the store location about what has happen to get my money back. However, I did not go to the Store. I called the location at 10:07 am. I spoke with an employee. Explain what happen. She stated my payment would be reimbursed to my card within 3 to 5 business days. I've paste a copy of my receipt and order details for further review, if needed. thank you.

Domino's Pizza 5.99 two topping deal, call or go online

Hello. When I try to order by phone, people at La Sierra branch, wont let me. They tell me, I must order online. even though, that the, 5.99 deal, I want, states, that people can order by phone or On-line. This has happened twice, now. The last deal, that was the same deal, some time ago. I was told the same info... The manger then, had given me an offer, with my next purchase. Both times, I had to call the, Van Buren Franchise, to get a pizza, and this store, is 8 miles from me. The La Sierra Store is 2 miles, Me.

Domino's Pizza med. thin crust pizza's, hot wings

Ordered in person at Cedar Hills Location.

1 med thin crust. Two toppings ham and pineapple
1 med thin crust, Vegetable

Advertised as $5.99 each

The total was $34 for these two pizza's, and eight wings.

The employee was very slow to ring up the order, had trouble making change

The pizza had hardly and sauce or toppings.

The crust was not good in flavor.

The wings were terrible. Plus way too expensive.

Will not go to ANY Domino's again, Little Ceaser's is a much better value and flavor. and the employees are quick and efficient.

I remember WHY we did not go to Domino's for quite a while.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE TV ADS, THEY ARE LYING.

Domino's Pizza stuffed cheesy bread

On October 18 2019 I ordered a large pepperoni handtossed pizza, a large Philly cheese steak pizza, a large thin crust deluxe pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. The order arrived early which was great and the pizza was good but the cheesy bread was over cooked. It was dry and the cheese on top was crisp and did not have the melty cheese in the middle. It was like it was just pizza dough with overvalued seasoned cheese on top.
I was disappointed with it because I usually love the bread. To me it was like a giant dry breadstick. Not good!
I wish I would have taken a picture of it but I didn't think about it.
I ordered it from the Buechel Bardstown Rd. Location in Louisville Kentucky

Domino's Pizza place order online at 5:30 for a 7:00 delivery

October 11th, I Ordered on line at 5:30 for a 7:00 delivery. I watched the online process. They started cooking our order at 6:40. I called at 7:10 and asked where my order was and I was told "oh yeah, sorry, I guess we go swamped with orders" I responded, "I placed my order at 5:30" His response "ok"... I asked if I could speak with a mananger and his reply was "uh, yeah I guess". Someone came on the line disguising his voice. Explained again and he said, "yours is next". He told me he would refund my money and that hasn't happened as of today. We didnt receive our pizza until 7:45. Please follow up and credit my credit card. If you have any questions, you can call

Domino's Pizza product

Quality of the Product was very bad, and returned back to the branch to complain, we found only justifications and no apologies, briefly ranch sauce was horrible, and he already said that they changed its ingredients 5 months ago which is very werid, secondly the pizza itself wasn't cooked properly which was very obvious in its taste, noted that I am a 25 years client of dominos pizza.
I attached the order I made, and please we don't want dominos in Egypt to lose its credibility and taste, because this was my worst experience with it since I started eating in dominos 25 years ago.

Domino's Pizza delivery

My husband and I ordered a couple of pizzas with side orders. After an hour we called them to find out what happened. We were told the pizzas were on the way and they will be with us in 7 min. After 10 min we called again and a different staff said that the pizzas were still in the oven. We couldn't believe it! It was getting too late so we cancelled the pizzas but the charge was already done. When we ask for a refund they said it will take 7 days to do it! We will never use again Dominos pizza as unfortunately it's the second time it's happening to us. Appalling service!

Domino's Pizza quality, service, and food preparation

Upon calling in an order to be delivered to my address, my girlfriend and I waited on the balcony of our apartment with cell phone in hand in case the delivery driver had any issues with finding my apartment.
Ample time went by and still no call or delivery, so my girlfriend called the store and whomever was on the other end of the line, was very rude to say the least and kept passing the phone around to whomever wanted to play manager, the person stated that the driver tried to call and according to him, he couldn't find the address and tried to call. I then went to the store myself, to pick up the order and had to go to the drive thru window, was not greeted properly, and saw a bunch of teenage kids laughing, cutting up, and no visual sense for taking their job seriously. My food was cold and seemed as if it were 5 hours old, I will never order from Domino's Pizza again! As a truck driver, I can get pretty much anywhere and the last thing that I need at night is a bunch of childish games from Domino's Pizza, you need to properly train your driver's and staff on how to properly conduct themselves and use a GPS if needed, and proper communication skills with customers.

Domino's Pizza drive thru and dine in

The door was locked when we arrived at 9pm to try to place our order and they was ignoring our family plus 4 other people as well. Their was a man there to pick up his order also and they told him to go to the drive thru window to get his order but they Locke window and then they ignored him at the drive thru for 15 mins or longer. They was very rude and very unprofessional by all means! It say on the door and the website that they didn't close until 1am! The worst part about the whole situation was none of the employees wouldn't even acknowledge any of the customers that was there at the moment to tell us why or what was going on

Domino's Pizza pizza delivery

My husband ordered 2 pizzas on Friday 11th October. After an hour and a half, they had not arrived and I called the shop. I was told that the driver was not available and the pizza was cooked 10 mins ago but would be with us in about 40-60 mins. I said the pizza would be cold! The person said he could not do anything about this: did we want the pizza or not?
We went and collected, given we had waited this long.
I am really frustrated with the poor service and the acceptance that the pizza would have been delivered cold, after it had been sitting for over an hour to be delivered.

Domino's Pizza my pizza

I order from the store alot but this time the pizza quality of my pizza was not up to par. I ordered your email special 5.99 large pizza special.
I ordered extra sauce with pepperoni and pineapple hand tossed and the crust seems more more thin and well done and dry then normal...just not happy...but I'm hungry so I'm goin to eat it. Thks for your time

Domino's Pizza service

Tried to order by phone but because there was no service to order online from where we were ordering from. I decided to call in the order. We were put on hold . 5min into the hold time I decided to drive to the dominos location and see why such a long wait time. Walked into the store and stood at the counter for another five min before I was even greeted. Finally about two to three min later they took my order and at that time I let them know that I was still on hold from calling in. Placed my order and was told 25 min wait time. The worst service e ever . I've been there when they were so busy there were people standing around and phones were ringing like crazy. Not the case this time. Phones were not ringing there were only three people waiting. No one was at the counter. Just me. So disappointed. Order #911931 I was also not allowed to purchase a side of pepperoncini's.

Domino's Pizza entire order

So here is my order took a hour a half to get. Look at the salad how could you even send that. First I'm pregnant and visiting from fl I'll be here a week. But unbelievable didn't get but one soda not garlic sauce pizza was cold salad omg look yourself and just nasty. Cant believe the service either I went up there and only took 10 mins to get my pizza and salad. But waited a hour and half. Unbelievable
