on Friday April 26 in Las Vegas i ordered a delivery pizza for a rate of 18.72 approximate price. the website had it registered as carryout and I called to change the order to delivery at a local bar. the first person a female was helpful and still waited over an hour and i called again. the manager Juan was not helpful and not customer oriented. i would like to get my refund. for more information please contact me at [protected]@aol.com

Ordered square cut pizza and got traditional style, I ordered the square cut in order to be able to feed more people. The box has a picture of a square on it so I'm not sure how that could've been misinterpreted. I'd understand if it were busy but when I went in there was only one name on the screen after mine. The man who rang me out was polite though.

This location is the worst I've ever been to in my life. After one visit I decided not to come back. Although this incident happed in late November it says a lot about the franchise. The kids that they have working there are clueless. There was one incident to where I came with a family member and was met by this employee giving me the stink face before I even placed my order. After my order was place the worker and the cashier gave me constant side eyes and decided to play this stupid game to where they pushed my order back for the hell of it. AFTER my family member lashed out this stupid employee tried to contain her composure but was laughing. I reported this to corporate twice but the owner said that she said sorry and offered me a drink. That doesn't excuse it this employee wanted us out of the story out of jealousy and we waiting 1 hr 5 minutes for an order that should've taken no longer than 30.

Bought 1 mega meatlovers and 1 korean bbq steak online at (domino's carlton shop 2 121 grattan st).
When the deliver man come, he only give me one phone call, I did not pick it up because already in the lift. But when I go out to wait, nobody is there. Deliver man has gone without any message. I wait him for 50min afterwards. I paid the money for my food and delivery, but he took my pizza and left. I called him so many times, he reject us automatically. Moreover, rude manager refuse our refund and said it is my falt, he blame on me because I did not show up after 2 mins. He said it is the rule for deliver man only can wait 2min, and can take the food away to eat by himself.

I ordered from your Raritan NJ store. My order number #251 placed at 10:34 pm. I only are the pizza not the wings. I started to feel sick about 2 or 3 am. It's now 9:15 and I vomited / threw up a large portion of that meal. I want my money refunded immediately $42.54 plus what your going to do about it. I only ever order the bacon chicken alfredo pizza with spinach and green peppers.
I even make everyone always order domino's and this specific pizza whenever I am out with friends (and they love it btw)
I was super disappointed to find out my free pizza after saving points on the app does not offer this as my free pizza : (
Not only that it is only 2 toppings, but the alfredo sauce is not and option & I do not eat anything else from the menu besides this option.

I don't normally like to make any complaints cuz I understand everyone has their good days and bad days. But this manager at Domino's Pizza 4561 N. Peck Road, El Monte, CA. 91732 was the rudest manager I ever encountered. I called and ordered 2 large 3 topping pizza at 10:49 am. The lady that answered the phone told me to pick up in 25-30 minute. I arrived at 11:15 am. When I went inside she told me she didn't put my order in yet and that I would have to wait an additional 25 to 30 cuz there's two orders ahead of me. She kept repeating "I told you 25-30 minutes." I got there in 24 minutes so I was 6 minutes early. I asked her, so how much longer do I have to wait? With the rudest response and personality she told me she will put the order in now. I was so turned off I just told her never mind. She said, "ok then I will cancel your order." This domino pizza location has been our family take out pizza since we moved to El Monte a year ago. This was the first time I've seen this lady. When I called back to make a complaint she answered the phone and told me she was the manager. As shocked as I was to find out she was the manager I still can't believe she was still being rude over the phone. She kept telling me she was the only one working and I need to understand. Wow! She had no customer service skills at all! I am very disappointed and actually sad that I won't be going to this domino's again.
You seem to mistake not getting your way as rude. Grow up. How is telling you that she is the manager rude? How is she telling you she is the only one working there rude. Gosh you need to grow up. You won't be missed little girl.
medium pan pizza
I ordered a medium pan pizza from the dominos on bustleton pike and when I received my order, most of my toppings were stuck to the top of the box it came in. For a fifteen percent tip the delivery person should have known not to pile everything on top of the pizza box. They told me they were too busy to rectify the mistake at the time and to call back later and they would take care of me. This was my lunch that I paid almost $40.00 for, gave the delivery guy a fifteen percent tip and all of my toppings are stuck to the top of the box. I wanted extra sauce with my hot wings and they had me pay for the extra that I asked for but didn't give me what came free with the order. What was the point in even asing if I wanted extra sauce if all I was getting is the $2.25 worth that I paid for. I feel scammed and my family orders from dominos a lot. Not anymore! I know you don't care. Scammers!

I was asking about my order at the register in which I placed for pick up and was unable to understand or hear the gentleman speaking to me due to the fact the manager was screaming at his workers (new this because I asked him whom is the manger in which he replied he was and why) now his entire attitude was rude and when mentioned that he should speak on a lower tone when customers are in the store he responded to me to close my ears and shut my mouth and leave if I don't want to hear him talk like that, I was extremely shocked to his response and mentioned to him that I am a customer and shouldn't be spoken to in that way he responded I don't care and told the guy at the register to close me out (which meant ?). I asked for his name and he ignored me and told me to leave. I surely don't understand at all the disrespectful and horrible manner I was spoken to, this is and was unprofessional to highest extent. I ordered a small order of one regular medium pepperoni pizza with twists stix on April 12th 2019 from the Domino's store located here in Escondido Ca. I placed my order online around 9:25. After about an 1hr and 45 minutes, I called Domino's to ask about my order and was told that it was gonna be ready in another hour, but that if I really wanted my order soon then I would have to drive in and pick it up myself, which I did. When I picked up my order, I paid and was never given a receipt for my order. If I had waited it would have been a total of about 3 hours to receive my order. I would of not received this order if it wasn't for my kids that really wanted the pizza, this store is definitely lagging and making Domino's look unpromising of delivering the proper product on time. Please help this store achieve efficiency and satisfaction. We really like Domino's and don't want it to disappear. If we can get a repair voucher compensation for time loss and great dissatisfaction my kids would really love it. Thank You

On today April 13th, 2019 @ 3:38p.m., domino's store 3102! order # 510790! I ordered pizza online at this location. An hour passed and I called the location to see why my pizza had not been delivered. The lady whom identified herself as Sasha, when I asked whom I was speaking to after I had asked my question. I always checked my tracker when ordering and have never had any bad experiences before. Sasha told me the tracker was wrong and that the delivery was behind and an Hour and half! So I asked why was I not called and warned of this as an hour passed already and she said she just walked in so she didn't know if my pizza was made yet or not. APPARENTLY it WAS, and WAS delivered right about 5 p.m. COLD! I am very disappointed in the service today as either pizza should have been remade or I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED, AS I COULD HAVE PICKED UP MY PIZZA AT THE LOCATION way before the hour passed.

deceptive delivery time update of order
Order number 336 was placed on dominos website at 8:25pm using my daughters phone number . By 8:45pm the online status was changed to DELIVERED . Delivery address was 711, Ferns Paradise, Doddanekkundi, Bangalore. Because the order said delivered, we called the store back. The store that took the order was Dominos, Marathhalli branch. The manager said there was a system glitch and hence it was wrongly marked as delivered. I believe that this was done to falsify delivery time and beat the 30 minute clock.
We called again and the branch manager very rudely placed the blame on us saying we chose the wrong branch of domino's. The system does not allow us to choose the branch. The horrible manager did not want to listen to reason and kept blaming us for choosing the wrong branch. The pizza was finally delivered at 9;25pm, one hour later. The manager finally hung up and said if we were not interested he will cancel the order.. this was 45 minutes after the order was placed and paid for by paytm.

My complain is that I thought I was ordering pizzas to get there to pick it up and now only wasn't no pizzas, my name, my phone number neither was the order in the computer. So I made a blank trip for nothing after being on the phone with her for about 12 to 14 minutes repeating my name, my phone number and also my card number..she keep saying hold on ...I told her that I have place orders before with Dominoes and I paid when I got there to pick up and she finally said that I could do that..Please make sure that this doesn't happen to many times you're going to lose customers

The crew at the front desk is not alert to what Im saying until I need to repeat it over and over again. Her name is Nur Atirah. I think she dont know how to take orders in a proper way because she kept asking the crew at the kitchen about the code and others. She didnt welcomed us or even smile while taking orders. She also made us wait before taking orders and without saying sorry or whatever, she just let us order. Next, I realised that the pizza maker is not wearing any gloves during making the pizza. I think hygiene is very important in every restaurant. I really hope that Domino's take actions and be more alert with the crews behaviour for a better future.

I, Brandy Taylor placed an order in San Antonio Texas approximately a month ago, after calling back to check why the order had not been delivered a manager informed me that the order was placed at the wrong store so no delivery could be made. But the order was already payed by credit card. Why would they complete the order before verifying the delivery? The same incident happened to me March 29th in South Padre with a different dominos Both time the manger assured me that my money would be discounted, the money was never refunded back to my account on either incidents. my number is [protected]

7.99 large pizza special
Store 3151. I place the order for the 7.99 special, warned up front as to what i wanted and at the promotion price :large with three ingredients. When order was ready and i tendered my credit card for payment, a middle-aged woman intended to charge me 18.00 and change. I objected and she and others at the place tried to blame me. They said i had to warn them about what i ordered and at what price. Of curse i was irate that i had to be on my toes to stop being overcharged and ripped off.

Unaware customers are exposed to be overcharged. This store is not run by honest and transparent people. Second, wrongly they blame the customers. Third, i am not stupid, i am a lawyer in florida.
