Domino's Pizza customer service

I went to Domino's to order pizza this afternoon and the people there acted as if they were doing me a favor to even try to take my order. The TV was blaring so loud I couldn't hear the cashier nor could she hear me (evidently). I ordered, sat and waited approximately 25 minutes. I asked if my order was ready because I am pretty sure the order that had been boxed was my order. Besides that... I was the only person in the place. I was told no it isn't ready. Then the one person goes to the back to get the cook who didn't cook all of my order to come back and cook the bread sticks. I said I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for the bread sticks. Very unprofessional they looked at me like oh well... Then one worker says oh it will only be 3 minutes. Well she was right. 3 minutes for some half cooked bread sticks. Just in case you need to be reminded... Without customers you will not have a business. I seldom visit Domino's because of the customer service. After today, me and my family will never spend another dollar of our hard earned money at an establishment with such unprofessional business practices.

I just had open-heart surgery. I attempted to order a pizza, and could not remember my passwords and had to use another phone miner and address to make the order go thru. I could have made a Chef Boy-R-Dee pizza in that time, and not had the hassle. And by the time it went thru, I could not leave a tip online.

Domino's Pizza medium hand tossed pizza

This was the worst pizza I have ever had! Not cooked, tasteless, soggy,
I will never order from dominos again.
Italian sausage with mushroom. scant amounts of sauage and mushrooms
What a total waste of my money.
Also ordered chicken wings that were tasteless and warm.

I have ordered from this same Dominos for years but the quality has gone down hill.
Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this decline in the product.
Sorry, you have just lost a long standing customer.

Domino's Pizza delivery driver on a bike

Hello,

You need to be looking closely at your delivery driver road safety skills. I was driving in my car down Hartford Avenue HA3 today 17th July at 19:11 hrs. This is a narrow road with cars parked on both side. So the one who enters the street gets a priority. One of your driver on the bike who entered later just kept on waving out telling me to get off the street. Later he started swearing at me.As he was in speed I could not take down his bike registration number.

I immediately went to the Dominos branch in Belmont Circle ( 397 Kenton Ln, Harrow HA3 8RZ) as that is the local branch and complained about this behaviour. Very surprised the way the local staff st the branch took this
1) first they denied it was there branch driver. Even before look into there tracking system they said it can be driver from another branch which is like miles away.

2) then they said it might be someone using Dominis Bike but not on duty.

3) I gave them the address where this incident happen and they did not even care to look on there system who It might put on delivery that route.

From the moment I expressed my complaints it was just denial from the local staff

Can you please let me know why such behaviour from your driver is acceptable. Is this the customer service you offer?

Domino's Pizza absolutely terrible management follow up on complaints

There is a history of poor services with pizza's in south African part of the world, but what is an absolutely slap to the face, when you complain and don't get any feedback.
I have seen the many complaints posted yet no replies from the company, it seems that customers are not worth the effort to hear their complaints and try to help solve the issues. Yet your company is only focused on making a profit, and does not care its customers yet we are the people who enable organisations to be in business.

Domino's Pizza 131 888 service delivery orders

The Manager
On Wednesday evening, the 10th of July at 6.45pm I phoned 131888 from the Brisbane Area, in an attempt to buy a delivery pizza with the use of a discount voucher. I spoke to a young Indian sounding male.
The voucher I attempted to use is described as; ‘Unlimited Large Value, Traditional or Premium Pizzas…from $15 each, Delivered…No Minimum Charge…expires 21/7/2019.
I explained the details of this voucher on a number of occasions against the backdrop of this young man's instance of a $21, 95 charge. During my several attempts he just wouldn't explain why my $15 voucher was no good until I spelled out the obvious questions. Why is it costing more than $15? What's wrong with the $15 voucher? Finally, he told me that the voucher was no good unless I ordered on-line. Is this true? Is this a condition outlined in the print too small for most people to read?
I'm a mature age person who doesn't personally have access to Internet on-line services at home. Are Dominos Vouchers useless unless you order on-line? Is there a selective service going on whereby the Domino's vouchers are only good if it suits the person answering the '131888' orders. Further, I suggest that the Domino's brand has a service delivery problem in having this particular person answering phone delivery requests. I found him to be very rude and arrogant!

Domino's Pizza food service

I order pizza for delivery at 4:00 at 4:37 I was notified the driver left the store with my order at 530 my order still had not been delivered I called the store told me they only had one driver that it was delayed, fine whatever at 6 I call again for the store manager to tell me my order was sitting in the store and if I wanted it I could come pick it up mind you I already paid for the pizza to be delivered 2 hours ago, she said they tried calling and couldn't reach anyone to verify the address which they've never done before yet I still got a notification they were on their way with my pizza and the person I spoke with on the phone told me it was on its way as well the manager is repeating the same thing over and over I told her I didn't care I just want to verify the address and have my pizza delivered the kids were hungry and my husband is at work with the car this woman said no ma'am we called if you want your pizza come pick it up and hung up no if you can't come get it here's your money back or anything just hung up I'm my face that is rude disrespectful and just unprofessional I paid for my pizza to be delivered there was no reason she couldn't verify my address and relieved the pizza! No my kids are hungry and we have no way to get the pizza which I promised them way to go dominos 👏🏻👏🏻

Domino's Pizza whole $41 dominos order

I called Domino's, at address 2997 E. Hwy.501 Conway, SC 29526. (843-347-0602) on Thursday to order one large pepperoni, large cheese/half sausage and a 14 piece wing. Totalled $41 and some change. The food literally made me and my daughter sick. I took a few bites, and realized that it tasted like butane fluid. I called Friday to speak with someone about getting a refund, they said they could redeliver, and seeing as I will not eat there pizza anymore, I said I needed that refunded to me. They refused, and didn't care at all that their food made me physically sick. I then got a ride on Saturday around 1:45pm and brought along the pizza's. The man I gave them to had no concern whatsoever and refused to make this right. I am extremely upset and need to speak to someone that can get me a refund, as I will not eat their food again.

Domino's Pizza I need refund

I've ordered everyday value pizzas on 05-06-2019. The delivery came after 30 minutes guranteed delivery time. On querying, the delivery guy said this policy is not applicable at on-road delivery. I read all terms & conditions but found nothing auch written there. I need my refund right now.
They even blocked my email to contact.
I've been writing since 10 days but received no response. I need the relevant info. And my refund too.

Domino's Pizza pizza too well done. hardly any sauce and pizza very dry

Ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and pineapple. Dry and over baked with very little sauce. Have never had any pizzas like that before and will never order again if that is the way your pizzas are made. Who ever makes them so bad should be trained or let go. This is no way to treat a customer. See photo which shows over baked pizza. Cersinly does not look like ones on your ads

I attempted to order online but server was down. I called and was on hold for 10-15 mins I arrived at the location before he answered again. Then arrived and asked for my points, he said I cant. I asked how can I use when i travel TO Orlando, but not in north Miami beach. His answer was "this is North Miami not NMB" When i replied "i want a manager where ever the f* I am" he refused and said I would not be served and must leave. A pizza maker came over and placed my order and helped me. He was rude and when I asked for his name he said "please call, you dont scare me". I do apologize for using foul language, but after trying to order my pizza for over 30 minutes by this point I was very frustrated and clearly hungry. I just wanted my points and he wouldn't try to find out how to get it. I ended up looking online how to get the point after the fact instead. He could have just told me to sign in to dominos.com/claimrewards.

Domino's Pizza initially delivered to wrong address and then tried to deliver cold pizza to correct address

I ordered 2 pizzas from Dominoes in Dayton TX from my daughters phone. When the lady asked if this was for Jessica Ripkowski, I told her no it was for Jonene Burton I had forgotten my phone at home. the woman asked if it was going to be delivery or pickup. I said pickup because I'm in town getting a pedicure and then I said no it will have to be delivery because I didn't have my card with me. The woman told me it would be delivered in approx 30 min. I said not a problem I'd be home by then. 30 minutes later no pizza. I called and Said I ordered 2 pizzas 30 minutes ago and they aren't here. He asked for my name, and said no pizza ordered by this name and he asked for my address and still nothing. I then explained to the manager I'd had to order with my daughters phone and that hit and my pizzas were going to her house but that the delivery man had a flat and another driver was on their way to get the pizza. I told him I wasn't accepting any cold pizza because his employee screwed up. We got into a heated debate and the manager kept saying it was my fault because I didn't give the lady another phone # and they don't keep names on file. I felt like she should have asked me what my phone number was when I told her I was only ordering from my daughters phone because I'd forgot mine at home and especially when I have her my name. How am I supposed to know Dominoes doesn't keep names on file. Sure enough that cold pizza was delivered to my house and I refused delivery and refused to pay for it. My phone # [protected].

Domino's Pizza we have placed online order from dominos for home delivery.

we have placed online order from dominos for home delivery which get placed from Dominos Bhootnath patna, panday motors campus today 06th june 2019.
Delivery destination was Hanuman nagar patna which tooks almost more than 90 minute.
This is really very frustrating and this was the second time we faced this issue.
Requesting you to please try to take necessary action/steps to get rid of waiting so long time for food.

Domino's Pizza ordering pizza from dominos 2700b lawrenceville hwy. lawrenceville ga

i ordered a 24.99 special and my son put in the order, when i looked at the credit card reciept i noticed that the price looked high to me so i calculated it and was charged full price for my order. I contacted the general mgr about it and he was rude and short, he said that we didnt ask for the special so thats it, we did ask for the special and he would not correct it, also the driver complained about not enough tip. i deserve a refund for going throug all this hassle before ill ever order from dominos again. order number is 860697, charge was 40, 77, orderd on 6/3/2019. customer service is very poor.my name al kerkhoff 660 oakland rd lawrenceville ga 30044. Domino's Pizza small food big price

Nowhere near what I was expecting. Big price for little food. Also it tasted like a vending machine sandwich. Pizza was ok, but could have got better from the frozen isle at the grocery store. Never again. I will be letting everyone know what to expect. I don't know what has happened to what used to be a good pizza restaurant. Also, I gave them a 15 percent tip, on top of a delivery charge. Wish I could get it back. Pictures do not represent the food that I received. No wonder you are trying to expand the menu. If you could just concentrate on making what you have on the menu, better, you might get more business. But once again, you are one of the restaurant's that have lost all concerns that your customers get what the pay for.

Domino's Pizza all staff weekly off cancelled due to staff shortage and forced to work 12 hrs branch @ green park delhi india

I am domino's employee working @ Green Park Branch domino's Delhi India -110016, last week surprise when the Store Manager (Mr Updesh and Mr Deepak) announced for weekly off cancelled for all staff for the reason is staff shortage issue and forced to work for 12 hrs. In this branch all staff is doing shift 10 hrs. When ever our Factory Act 1948 Work Hours and Overtime Pay in India. Working Hours in India: As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. According to Section 51 of the Act, after all the Management is doing this like behave with the current employee few month ago some employee have done complain in HR to Mr. Madan Mohan & Ms Kamalika Dekha North JFL HR Head, about the abuse of store manager but nothing happened now they left job current employee who working now they cant do anything only can go HR but they can't do any thing instead of helping that employee they did't do anything. Even I have seen that one of female Employee Name Mrs Uma She is pregnant, 7 Month and above going on for their time, but not provided leave which should be maternity leave for Six Month.

I am writing because I am hoping form domino's that can't do this like abuse with their employee. I am hiding my identity because of fear to loss job I cant leave domino's loved.

i hope you will be take action and shift will change off will be provided which employee has been loss.

Kindly look into matter and provide resolution to employee and share their smile on face.

Domino's Pizza 14pc boneless chicken

I ordered a 14pc boneless chicken from Union City NJ, my Wife and I had terrible diarrhoea. The Manager at the store now refuses to contact me.
Plain awful customer service, there are plenty of alternatives to Domino's. Got in touch with Richard Allison the CEO, got robbed off there too! Forced to go down the legal route. Will never order from them again.
