I order a small pizza last night I never received. I paid $13 and some cents. The store that did not received is on Admiral Drive in New Iberia. I expect to get met pizza when I pay for one live at 502 W. Anderson Street Apartment B2, New Iberia, LA, 70560.Please correct it this problem. Have them bring what I payed for. I will not use your company if you don't correct it.
Sides orders are never prepared, only pizza
EVERY time we order Pizza with additional side orders, the sides are NEVER done. Sides cookies, cinnamon pieces, parmesan knots always not prepared. The want me to sit while they try to fix them and put into oven. Another 15 minutes wait. Excuse is "we forgot" to "we have no more cookies". I'm saying the last 5 times this had happened. Thin crust pizza
Last night I ordered a thin crust large pepperoni, green pepper, and mushroom pizza to be delivered to my house. It arrived in about 15 min. I told the delivery guy how fast that was, and he said that's what we try to do. Anyway, starving, I dug in. This was the thinnest crust I've ever seen or eaten. It tasted good, but it was like eating a pizza flavored cracker with little sauce and ingredients. I wanted to cry. I vented to my brother, and I felt better. But I wanted Dominos to know.

Yep, the economy is bad the craze less is more is in effect. Less shine in lipstick because it's cheaper to make "matte" products than regular. Less thread count, clothing so thing it's like they are one use disposables, dresses are so short that the world is your gyno, pants with rises so low that you get crack view in the back and almost a see shame in the front ( Not to mention one is just about sawed in half because they are so uncomfortably tight in the crouch.) because it takes less cloth to make and short zippers a cheaper. Why should pizza be any different. The thinner a pizza is the less dough they use to make it, thus they save on dough. But they will market it as being "healthier" or the new "in" thing. Or just give it to you that way without asking you how you want it. They've already cut on topping as much as they can w/out just plain giving you a piece of round baked bread with no toppings, so the crust was the only thing left. If they thought there were enough dumb consumers to buy it they'd actually try selling just a thin crust w/ no toppings. I've heard rumblings about "low carb" pizzas made w/out crusts. Just you wait, soon they'll be delivering sparse raw ingredients to your home or pre-made raw pizzas and expecting you to put together and cook the pizza yourself and charging you more for the experience. ROTFLMBO!

I ordered pizza last week and I paid with my debit card. I'm on disability so I tipped with cash, well my bank account is overdrawn now because the driver decided to tip himself $2.00 more on my card anyway. I live on a very fixed income and this is unexceptable anyway. The driver was also rude to begin with. I feel silly complaining about $2.00 but its more that i had already tipped him with cash, it's the principal.

I ordered a medium deep dish pizza with sausage and pepperoni on one side and ham/black olives on the other side. The side with the ham was supposed to be light on the sauce. When we received the pizza, it was not deep dish, it was not light sauce on the one side, and the price was 15. 89 We were not satisfied with the taste of this pizza because it was not what we ordered and the price was high for what we got.

I filed a complaint to the manager of this location also I had put in the complaint onlined and submitted that night after we finally recieved our order. Order pizza online (from Foodpanda) for my kid and paid online. Order status estimate time arrival cited at 45min. after one hour later my order was cancelled by them by update the order status. Too late to order other food for my kid. Poor service and stood people up. at least have a courtesy to call and update earlier. Very poor customer service. wonder how long for them to refund the paid non deliver item.

I ordered two pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, they were all mushed together . Please see the attached picture. They are completely uneatable. I have never had a bad experience with Dominos. This is a first and this is completely unacceptable. I expect Dominos to fully refund me for this monstrosity they call pizza. I have a lot of love for Dominos and i would hate to lose my partnership with Dominos. But that's where we are headed if this is a regular thing.

I had made an online pizza order through their app. When it didn't show up after 15 minutes being past the time I chose I called and was put on hold. We're over cooked and really hard to eat, the service was really poor and really rude and disrespectful. When I brought it to there attention they acted badly and did nothing about this. These kids want a pay check but don't want to work for it. I do hope that you take care of this because I have been please before. Purchase a margarita pizza which turned up with nearly no tomato sauce on it. Called and complained and a replacement was sent out and the second pizza was worse than the first one. Phoned back again and the manager wasn't interested at all and said that's how the pizzas are made. The pan pizza is too greasy, the dough taste like it was made frozen, not fresh, and the non-meat topping, red peppers, don't taste fresh. We are telling to this just to let you know because the word was "always made fresh" and the pizzas we had were not fresh today. The red peppers were sour and the dough was like it was made frozen and not fresh.
