Domino's Pizza customer service

I placed an order online today July 10, 2017 at 3:10 pm from the echo park /chinatown location in los angeles(I was given a wait time of 30-40 minutes). I had just gotten off work and had eaten nothing and was trying to feed my mother and niece as well. At 3:21 the domino's pizza tracker stated that my order had been inspected an was ready to be sent out. However, my pizza was not sent until 3:40 and did not arrive to my home until 3:55 and I live less than 2 miles away. I waited to call untile 3:50 to find out what the hold up was with my order and when I inquired as to why my pizza had taken so long to be delivered I was met with a terrible attitude from a female employee who stated "well we're uh really busy right now" to which I retorted. "well why is it that noone could call me to inform me of the delay?" .. (Dominos takes a callback number for every order).. And she had no response except to say that they were short on drivers. Which did not answer my question as to why a person handling customer service was not doing their job and providing good service or taking any sort of accountability on behalf of the team. I was really upset about the way I was treated by this person whom I unfortunately did not get the name of. The food way fine the driver was great but my interaction with your team member has really ruined this experience. I do not think it is right to treat a patron of your establishment that way even if there was nothing within your control to fix the situation simple good service would make the situation better. I work with the public and must provide service and answers to all inquiries with a pleasant attitude eve if i can do nothing to remedy the situation. I really want to have this situation remedied in one way or another.

Domino's Pizza delivery service

I called 3 domino's last night because I was hungry. I stayed in Brooklyn park Minneapolis, MN. I had performed at an art show and had friends staying with me at Marriot NW. Each location gave me a wait time of over and hour before telling me I was to call another location. I ended up ordering from Pizza Man. All I wanted was two pizzas and I was openly willing to wait 1h 45min but after clarifying that was given a new phone number. I enjoy your pizza but after this experience I don't think I will e ordering from you any more. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Domino's Pizza domino pizza

I placed a order on Sunday july 09 2017
About 8:10pm. At about 8:35pm the tracker said that my order was here. So I waited till about 8:50pm. No one showed or called. So I called the manager Anthony had me on hold for about 10 minutes to tell me that they still didnt delivered because they didnt have a driver. That they will be leaving soon. So I cancel my order and now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. The domino is on merrick road in Freeport n.y. 11520.

Domino's Pizza refusal of service

I made on online order and paid for it. I was then called back after 10 minutes and told they would not deliver because of our gate at the army reserve center. Our soldiers have served this country more than once and to be denied delivery because of an inconvenience is appalling. I then called 3 more dominos locations and they said they don't deliver either. That is B'S.

Hello my name is flor Estella my phone number is [protected]. Oh my lord! The waiting period on my pizza was over 1 he and 30 mins that's unbelievable and unacceptable! At the end of the night I wasn't hungry any more bc of how pissed off i was. So thank you my daughter and I went to bed hungry. I will not recommend you to any body I know. If you know you will be busy on Saturday hire reliable driver or cookers to give legendary service.

Domino's Pizza product

I am a regular customer at this Domino's location and I have always enjoyed what I considered to be the best pizza around. However this time it was the worst pizza in the world! Minimal pepperoni minimal sauce, cheese and sausage. It was like he didn't have the time to make a proper Domino's pizza because he was just way to busy working the shift alone. I will never purchase another pizza there while the same person is working again. I will always insist on inspecting the pizza before purchasing it from now on! This really sucks because I have always sworn about the quality of Domino's to everyone. Not now! Robert Flohr

Domino's Pizza harassment of customer

Hi there, my names is [removed] email [protected]@gmail.com my partner and I placed an order yesterday with Dominos. Our address is [removed]. The order arrived in the evening time. The Delievery man gave me the EFT machine to pay what I owed, approximately 30CAD which was fine, the machine itself could not receive connectivity in the apartment building so I went outside with the delivery driver to try there, which still did not work. At that time I specifically asked the driver if he wanted the food back as the machine was broken which he will verify. He said no, apologizes and shakes hands and says I can Keep the food. That was early evening time, the name on the order is [removed]. So at this stage I've been put out by having to leave my building and though annoyed I say fine and go back to my apartment. Later my partner and I went to bed at approximately 10pm as we both are required to be up early, Then at between 11pm - Midnight I was shocked to hear my door being hard knocked on repeatedly. I get out of bed my partner is upset and the neighbors are probably hearing this too. I open the door and the delivery guy is back looking for money . I ask why is he calling this late and making so much noise he says his manager made him pay as opposed to calling it what it was which is a tech error. I pay the bill and the guys goes away. This is outrages behaviour by Dominos and I want an apology, we are regular customers and should not be woken up in this fashion. It is completely unacceptable.

Domino's Pizza delivery guy took more than an hour

The Delivery took more then an hour to deliver my food when I got my food it was cold & he brought the wrong soda & he was nervous & sweating so that didnt seem right. I try calling the store also but no one never answer the phone I called twice and waited 20-30 mins for each phone call . I told the delivery guy he brought the wrong soda & he was suppose to bring me the correct soda in 15 Mins or so, he never showed up I called him he never picked up. So I had to called the store the next day to get an answer and spoke to a manager but he could do was refund me my soda this was a very bad experience for me idk if I'll be ordering from you guys anymore due to lack of service and on top of that the store is only 5 mins away by car from my home . I hope you guys take this to consideration and help your customers .

Domino's Pizza pizza

I stay in Lubbock Tx, me and my wife are regular customers, well were. 7/2/2017 we ordered pizza/wings like we always do and the pizza presentation and quality was a 4 on scale from 1- 10. pizza was warm and cheese was hard and nasty. I'm a regular or was, and I know PIZZA..We will be taking our business to Papa Johns or Pizza. Sorry poor quality or bad cooks or cooking machines...WOW. THUMBS DOWN!1

Domino's Pizza store 8039 in san antonio, texas

I placed online orders all the time and love it! I live in Floresville and I have never had a problem. With that being said I expected all Dominos to work in the same way. However on July 1st I ordered for store 8039 and quickly realized that all stores are not the same. After ordering and paying ($46.15) I received a call saying that delivery will take over 2 hours and that I should just come on a pick it up. If I would have know that I would not have order! But after I paid I had no choice but to go get the order. The young girl was rude and didn't even seem to care about the issue. She kept asking if I changed the order from delivery to pick up. I had to explain twice that they switched it over. Then she didn't even care that I paid a $2.99 delivery fee. This is not how to run a business and it very disappointing.

Domino's Pizza delivery issues

Whenever I use to order in bulk then they dont say anythin about the area and if I use to order any single pizza then they use to say that they dont deliver in that area so I want a kind of strict action because the area from which I use to order that comes only 1 km from dominos and that comes under the city center and from other sites they dont have any this kind of issues so if you wont resolve it then I would file this complaint in consumer forum...

Domino's Pizza dominos delivery driver

I did not receive my food. I put the wrong number in to be contacted by but no one knocked on the door or anything. I paid almost $20 to not receive my food and I need a refund of all my money back! They didn't even leave the food in from of the door or anything. I ordered at 10:49 pm, I fell asleep waiting for the delivery driver but again, no one knocked on the door to let me know they were here, I need a refund.

Domino's Pizza services

Was a bad experience. I was there waiting to be served when a white man with a kid come beyond me and the white man been served before me . When I asked why this happen the white man say the F word to me and I told him why you have to say the F word to me after that another cashier white come to the counter and asking why I said the F word in front of the kid I told him that wasn't me twice he didn't believe he not even say anything to the white man me he asked me to get out in store.

Domino's Pizza delivery

Ordered at 12:13 A.M and was sent confirmation email. My child had diabetes and the fact that it is now 1:30 A.M this could cause a Serious issue so I now must get my child and take her for food. I've also been on hold for 30 min with the Mt Washington location in Cincinnati ohio for over 30 mins with no Answer. This is very unacceptable and I have a mind to see what other ways I can bring Attention to the matter many 4 year old diabetic daughter can't recieve her food. They even called to confirm the order.

Domino's Pizza delivery

Ive been ordering through dominos for over a year now I never complained but after yesterday ive had it I live in pensacola fl I order from dominos on navy blvd and everytime I order something is said about a tip my food is always correct but the tip thing gets to me I believe in tipping at restaraunts but for a delivery are you serious I worked at fast food for 4 years ive never been tipped once but I do not complain I already pay a 2 dollar and some change delivery fee on top of that you want a tip for doing your job if tips are that important the employees should be waitors it first began with one dude always bringing up the tip situation he would say things like "leave a tip if you like" which would make me feel bad after they look at the paper and after some time delivering to me I told him if I had the money I would tip him and he says "whatever I deliver here all the time you never tip me" and yesterday I had someone tell me to fill out the reciept which I did and I walked in the house I had a screen door open I seen where he looked at it and it looks like he threw his hands as if he was mad I can not prove 100% that this is what happended but he look back at me 3 times fat while walking to his car I have a somewhat long sidewalk to my house he kept looking repeatedly as if he wanted to fight I dont know if he could see me staring at him but it looked as if he was mad about the tip situation because I put zero in the tip spot I order from a card you know so I dont want anymore money being pulled off especially after paying for delivery im still a teen you know I dont own a car so I have no other means to get my food unless delivery or my parents but this tip situation been going on to long and the day before yesterday someone else looked at the tip part as if they got mad and this is really pissing me off

Domino's Pizza 2 medium pizza and 14 piece wings

I ordered pizza and wings with you all at 9:14pm from Gulfport, Ms. My order came to me 25mins later. When I opened the box my pizza was cold and looked like it been sitting up all day. The meats were very stiff and the cheese were also stiff. I called up there for the manager and he told me my pizza was fresh. I told him ain't no way this pizza fresh. I can take a slick and brake my window glass. He was very rude and short. Kept telling me if I ate it then it want be replaced. I said how could I eat a whole box of rubber. He really pissed me off. They service is so poor and I hope don't not a soul eat or order from there with they unprofessional [censor].

Domino's Pizza cinnamon sticks

The new shape of the cinnamon sticks which are to be a criss cross came out looking like small penis shapes made for a bachelorette party not 16 yr old girls which got them n brought them to my attention. N remeber u dip them in the white cream cheese icing. I don't think anything was intentional they just baked up that way. Maybe go back to old shape. No misinterpretation there

Domino's Pizza intaliano garlic bread

Ordered a intaliano garlic bread, along with some more food for the family.. when our order came the garlic bread was not there and the pizza we ordered was cold, so we called the store and they said it would be sent straight out! Had to wait 2 hours after calling the store more than 3 times! We won't be ordering again if something isn't put in placed! Not happy at all with the service, many thanks.. ms mcgregor

Domino's Pizza product, and service was terrible

i recently ordered 2 large pizzas with dessert from this location on Mack Ave in Detroit Michigan. it was the worse service ever because it took almost an hour to get to me and when i did get my order everything was cold. and the driver forgot my soda, i called back and asked for my soda and i got hung up on twice. my pizza was getting so cold that my cheese wasn't as appeasing as expected. please reimburse me or help me get better food next time.

Domino's Pizza customer service.

I called my order in, while I was placing my order I could hear an altercation in the back ground. I arrived to the Lindell location to wait on my pizzas. while waiting on my order, I asked the Store associate if I could pay and he said yes. The store associate went to the back to grab another employee because his credentials was logged into the terminal. When the store associate came to the front where I was standing he cursed out the employee in front of me. He told him "all he you had to do was use the [censor]ing key!" The associated that was being cursed out said he did not feel comfortable using the key when his credentials were not logged in the terminal. The angry associate said "man, shut the [censor] up talking to me, key the [censor] from from around me!" At this point other employees got involved to try to come down the angry employee, the other employee even mentioned hey "we have a customer don't talk like that in front of customers." The angry employee looked at me and said "I don't give a [censor] about a customer!" That same employee told the angry associate if he did not want to be at work he needed to go home. I couldn't believe that happened in front of me. I would have never expected that type of behavior at that location. I added a picture of the order sticker of one of the pizzas.
