Domino's Pizza pizza

No cheese on half side of pepperoni pizza and. Also pizza crust was burnt on bottom. The manager was rude and hung up on me people do not have to deal with employees like this and when you pay for a pizza you expect good good.so it seems someone needs to correct this problem and soon. Please look into this matter and see if you can be of any help to the next customer who complains.

Domino's Pizza lied to me about the deal I was getting

I had to call this order in to get delivery to the house I was at so I was unable to select the 6$ mix and match deal online. When I called my order in I specifically confirmed I was getting the 6$ mix and match deal, when he said the total on the phone for my two med pizzas and chicken it sounded like $24 which sounded right and it was $34.notCool

Domino's Pizza 2 wrong bases

Orderd a phone order at aprox 2.40 name chris on 4.9.17 at westlakes Adelaide aus. We orderd 2 thin creme base pizzas and got 2 classics we had to catch bus back and ate 3 pieces on way back and he refused to replace with thin bases we had the classic pizzas with us to replace. Worst cusromer service ever in the end took 1.5 hrs... the photo is from my previous experience with westlakes store.. port adel store is always good

Domino's Pizza delivery service

So it's my 18th birthday and I ordered 40 wings a medium pizza a large pizza cinnamon sticks and garlic sticks totaled at about 85 something my mom had a 100$ bill and gave it for the pizza. the delivery driver manager started complaining about the 100 dollar bill when you only had to give 15 bucks back? She started being nasty and rude we got our food but my mom tossed change at the driver only because of how rude she was to my mom and at my party. we are very very frequent customers are highly disappointed

Domino's Pizza no service/ bad service

I've tried to call tonight to order pizza and I called an hour and 15 minutes before they close and no one seems to want to answer the phone you would think Domino's would want to to give their customers Pizza but obviously the people that work there don't want to answer the damn phone I've been there before and the workers there or rude I might just take my business somewhere else and tell people that I know not to go there I need someone to get back with me please

Domino's Pizza food order

On Sept. 1st, at 7:40pm we ordered pizza from Domino's Pizza (Domino's Store (3956): 352 Anderson Ave Cliffside Park NJ 07010 | [protected]) to be delivered at 9:30pm. As the order was not delivered, we checked the domino's tracker on line and it said they only started making pizza at 9:45pm. At 10:00pm I called the store and was told that they had some technical issues. Unfortunately, no one called us before to apologize and to ask if we wanted to cancel the order. At 10:45 the pizza was not yet delivered. As our children already fell asleep tired of waiting, I called again to cancel the order that didn't come after more than one hour of agreed time but no one picked up the phone at the store. Feeling very disappointed and upset with the service.

Domino's Pizza customer service

Upon walking in the store the cashier was rude and served a customer who walked in after me. Secondly when I notified her of my concern she ignored me and asked someone else to take my order. Typically I have my order delivered but today was the first time I walked in because I was excited about the store upgrades. After placing my order the second cashier voided my order causing money to be withdrawn from my account. I asked to speak with the manager about solutions to resolve this concern he stated there's nothing I can do the bank has 30 days to resolve the void. I was truly displeased with the customer service and sad to say my experience in the store with the upgrade was disappointing due to the interaction.

Domino's Pizza domino's delivery driver

As I was on my way to lunch on 9-1-17 I was about to cross Camaron Street with the right of way when one of your delivery drivers came flying around th corner at a high rate of speed . I literally had to jump back onto the curb to avoid getting hit. I did stop by the store on my way back from lunch to report the incident but didn't feel like anything would be done. The driver was driving a four door dark colored charger.

Visited my local Domino's tonight and ordered parmesan garlic bites. They were burnt, not just a little brown but actually black and smelled burnt.

Domino's Pizza inappropriate behavior at work

I placed an order online. So my boyfriend and I arrive to pick up our order at the Dominos in Beach Park IL. When we arrive we park if front of the dominos store and when we look inside we see an employee (a male) smacking and grabbing another employees ( a female) butt then they begin to kiss in the mouth. That is so unprofessional and disgusting to see as I'm walking up to the place that is preparing MY food! Nobody wants to see this from a restaurant that they are ordering food from.

Domino's Pizza service horrible

Ok, so at 8:00 I place an online order for my wife, son and i. By 8:28 the order was checked for completion perfection meaning about to be out for delivery by an employee named jerry. At 9:20 the order still has yet to arrive. This is not the first or the second time this has happened to us. But is the first i'm complaining about this [censor]. It's absolutely ridiculous, this is the slowest most unprofessional domino's I have ever dealt with. I call the store to find out what's going on and the guy has no idea what he's talking about telling me I put a time frame on my order and I most certainly did not. I got pissed because he was so rude after going back and forth with this a hole he hangs up on me and I tried calling back got put on hold for 15 minutes hung up called back several times and no answer and no pizza. This store does not live up to the expectations of the fancy commercials about being there for families! If I don't hear of anything about this situation i'll make sure others do.

Domino's Pizza online ordering

I went for the first time to order a pizza on line to pick up after work. The on line ordering process seemed easy enough. Asked me if I wanted different sauce so I picked a white sauce and extra chicken. no problem. Never did the process say they would charge me over $3 extra to change the sauce and add extra chicken. I would not have minded except it did not say that.

The choices should have a disclaimer that there is an extra charge!
I would not even complain because I actually called before placing the order an the person answering the phone said he would make sure I only paid the price of the coupon, $7.99. However when I got there it was a different story. I would have left except I had guest coming over for pizza!

Domino's Pizza very rude employee named toni will not buy there again

I placed an order online went to pick up but was told they dont have change for a $100 bill which was understandable but was to tired to go elsewhere to get change so after going home we called to have the order cancelled at this time a guy named "toni" picked up answered but hang up on us when he heard about the cancellation we tried calling back twice but got rejected we need corporate to step in and take care of this matter rude employees like that shouldnt work there and spoil the reputation of a good place we have been customers for years but what this guy did today, I think they lost a customer. This was (August 29th 2017 at around 11pm).

Domino's Pizza preparing food

I've been to dominoes several times and noticed that all the people preparing the food never wear gloves. For one it wouldn't be a problem if we were to see them cleaning thier hands all the time. Its more so nasty that we see them grabing other things then going back to prepare the food. This should be against heath code violation. After seeing this several times I'm not sure if we will go back to eat there.

Domino's Pizza parmesan twists/service

This was you store on Mccarren Blvd, sparks, NV. 8/29/17. First, the store is hard to find. I had a craving from Parmesan twists, so went through the hassle of finding the place. I ordered and the price was $6.49. I gave the guy $7. He gave me .02, I questioned that so he added a quarter. I gave him back the .27 and asked for .50. He finally gave me .51. I get my order and get in the car with the box balanced between the shifter and seat. As I drive I notice it has leaked, so I mop up what I thought was a small spill. I look in the box and the twists are nearly floating in the butter Parmesan sauce. So I put the box on the floor. I get home and empty the car and find that the sauce did indeed run out of the box to the crease at the back of the seat. If I knew how to get the pictures off my phone, I would send them. Have you a phone I can txt them to? Anyway, this is a leased car that I try to keep in great condition. So not only is the seat a mess, since all I had handy was Kleenex, which spreads. But also the corner of a roller bag I had n the seat, also got in it and I tracked that into the house and carpet. Not a happy camper! Although they did taste good.

Domino's Pizza med pepperoni pizza was dry and stale.

Upon oredering two med pizzas one having pepperoni and the other was one I created with white sauce, chicken, olives and roasted red peppers. The latter was delicious with a nice fresh baked quality to it. The pepperoni pizza possessed none of these qualities, more like it had been baked hours prior and was dry. Lacking any sauce as it had soaked into the hard stale exterior called resembling a crust. I am not sure how this would happen other than assuming the pizza WAS made a significant amount of time before I even oredered it, if not the case there is a larger problem.
I have always enjoyed Domino's pizza in the past and this wont be enough to steer me away just yet, I just though you should be aware of the situation.

I order a pizza for delivery an the pizza was not on time it was extremely cold an the driver was rude there was not extra pizza on my sauce like I asked an this is not the first time they have messed up my order I order from them all the time but lately it has been poor pizza an service I believe if I call an ask for something to be made a certain way it should I live 6 mind away from the dominos on Mann rd Indianapolis in an my pizza should have not been like ice

Domino's Pizza I'm complaining about the order was not delivered in time

i ordered the pizza for my guests.but pizza was too late after an hour of the order and i got embarrassed in front of my guests. i sent the order back .they tried to compensate many times . they asked me to deliver the order again but insane my guests have already left. this is not the first time i got this problem i faced this time many a time before. i m fed up of this kind of attitude from dominos. kindly give me the feedback as soon as possible.

the nearest dominos near me is at Z BLOCK DHA LAHORE CANTT which is at 5 mins drive max from my house.

Domino's Pizza why doesn't the store display some sort of sign or advises customers that are carrying out that they do not accept 50 or 100 dollar bills?

On the night of the fight on August 26, 2017, my son Antonio Moran placed a order with a total of $34 and so change. I go to the store to pick up order for him and they tell me they can't take a $50 bill. No where in the store does it state that, no where on line does it state that. The manager named Victor I think didn't even want to come speak to me, he sent one of his workers. I went to the dominoes on Rosecrans and Central in Compton. You guys decided to open up business here, I know there's a lot going on in this world but dont make us all to be criminals. There's pens to detect counterfeit money but instead several of us had run out to find change. Ridiculous.

Placed an order, after calling 3 times to track my order I finally talked to THE MANAGER "Lucas" . He said my order is on the way, I called again after 2 hours because we never got the delivery, he said he was gonna cancel my order because according to the driver we got the delivery which is not true, I said if he can resend the order, and I was so clear by telling him I didn't want anything for free but I had 3 hungry kids at home, and he hung up on me instead. No respect at all!

Hello, My name is Shmorris Smith! I ordered 2 Boxes of Chees Bread No Jalepenos With Bacon and Marinara Sauce from Dominos @ 8822 Stagecoach Rd Little Rock, AR 72210 Loccation. It took about 22minutes for them to make and when I got to the store to pick it up the order wasn't correct the didn't put bacon in it. Drove all the way back to the store and told them that my order was incorrect. One of the employees told me that I was going to be about a 2hour wait. I asked for a refund and he told me that he don't think he can do that! So they told me they were going to remake it went back and sat in my car for about 30minutes and asked for my order they gave me the 2 boxes I checked the boxes it was the same cheese bread that I pulled apart on each order. So the manager stepped in, in made it himself. I waited for New cheese bread for a 1hr & 35min. Checked my order and it was loads of Jalepeno peppers in it. And I'm allergic to jalepeno peppers. I'm at the hospital trying to stop from suing but I need some to fix this.
