3 medium 2 topping pizzas and boneless wings
I ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas and paid extra for toppings, when i got the pizza it barely had any toppings, then my boneless wings looks nasty and wasn't even wrapped with tine foil like the pictures, i had to throw away my wings because it was poorly made and i didn't wanna get sick from it, i spent $34.80 and i didn't even get what i paid for, i always order from dominos in culver city and they always do an amazing job but this time i ordered from this location and they just amazing me on how they really don't care about there job. I tried to comtact dominos for a refund but nothing and it's already been a week since then.
speed of service & quality
My order was checked for perfection at 8:02 however did not leave the store til 8:42 and was delivered at the address at 9:03 a whole hour after popping out of the oven. I do not find this convenient as I am a regular customer. I do feel something needs to be done I was ordering the pizza for my kids who are at the sitters and they were waiting only to get a cold pizza.

The manager, Don, hung up on me on the phone while calmly voicing my complaint about his personally rude and callous service and also provided false information regarding the online services in accordance to my issue simply to get me out of his hair because he didnt want to make reparations for making my son leave the store and walk home empty handed. I am extremely dissatisfied, and am never using dominoes again. You lost a very loyal customer.
my pizza was wrong
I had $50 order last night and on my medium pizza i ordered half pepperoni and banana peppers and the other half onions and olives what i got is in the picture below. I called and talked to a guy name Chris and told him what was wrong and all he said was i will have my front line do better at checking the orders before they go out. Did not offer any kind of refund for the pizza or a replacement. I am very dissapointed in the customer service i recieved.

went to Domino's to pick up a pizza which I previously ordered online. I ordered at 5:15pm. Arrive for pick up at 5:30pm(given time allowed for estimated pick up given online). Pizza was to be ready in 5 minutes stated a team member there. 20 minutes go by. Still no pizza. During wait time I experienced employees deliberately destroying pizzas just to be put to the side on which to be eaten for their own satisfaction. All while behind glass on front of customers. My rant to the girl Tia and the other guy( pizza oven operator) back there that kept eating the pizzas which people had ordered on 115th Halsted in Chicago store #9172 was that it is inappropriate for this type of behavior. There is no such thing as a customer service phone number like the good old days. I guess You or your opinions no longer matter in the real world anymore. Just about spending your money is more important. Domino's stop hiring careless and unqualified people to do a REAL JOB.

My son and i ordered pizza today which we can almost never afford to do...but i scraped together all my money to do so because he is staying with me for his Thanksgiving break this week and today is my ONLY day off...I wanted to make it special. We have nowhere to spend Thansgiving and I'm working from 12pm to 10pm that day. We ordered beef...green olives and the garlic sauce...our FAVE...we got black and green olives...no beef...I didnt check it at first becwuse ive been battling a migraine ALL DAY...another reason i wanted to splurge for him...its just disappointing...he gags at black olives...so it just was ruines...i would SO GREATLY appreciate anything you may can do to right this...thank you so very much.
Did you try returning the pizza along with your receipt to the store of purchase? If you no longer have it, have you tried calling them directly? I know migraines can make many simple tasks difficult.

I am very disappointed. I called Dominoes Pizza on November 19, 2017 at 9 pm, in Philadelphia, PA. The location was 7325 Castor Avenue. I called to place an order and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, he told me he was going on vacation and not going to take my order. I was upset but I called back and he told me to stop calling, and my order was not going to be fulfilled in which I hung up.
You may want to consider calling and asking for a supervisor, although technically they typically do have the right to refuse service to anyone.

I had ordered a Pizza (Rs:-473) from Dominos Thrissur at 10:08 pm on 16/11/2017.(order number- #JPT25819722806, paytm ref number - [protected]) I did it online via Paytm and the amount was deducted from my account. They had taken the order, but later it came out that my order was failed and I was asked to use an alternate payment method.I contacted Paytm regarding the same and they asked for a confirmation from your side. The copy of the same has been attached below. I had filed a complaint siting the same and there is still no response. Kindly take immediate action regarding the same and arrange refund at the earliest.

My husband called and got prices for pizza. Later, He called and order a pizza. He order extra cheese and half pepperoni. When he got the pizza home, it had pepperoni on the whole pizza, not only that but the charged us $14.81 instead of the $8.99 (plus tax) quotoed. He called and talked to them. They said all they can do is remake it if we brought it back. We are 15-20 minutes from Jacksonville so for us to bring it back would have been 30-40 minutes and extra gas for their mistake. I called back to talk with a manager. I asked how much a medium deep pizza is...He hatefully said that he had already talked to a man about how much the pizza was. I had never ever said who I was or why I was calling. He just assumed that he knew. What if I had been a "different" customer, how does that make your company look. I told him that we had already called and been quoted a price. He said that you have to ask for the discount. I explained to him that we have never had to do that with the Oxford location and have never had these kind of problems when I have dealt with the Oxford location. As a matter of fact, I have never had this type problem with any pizza restaurant. Sure, some have mess up our orders but they have always make it right...and not at our expense. The manager was hateful and had no concern for our circumstances. I mean was I really suppose take the food off my three year old plate to bring back because I don't like pepperoni!?!?! I am suppose to tell my three year old that she has to wait thrity minutes to an hour to eat her dinner. I was really and true upset with how this manager handle this situation. I have never been spoken to or treated as bad as this manager treated us.
missing items
Store 1105 nw 22 Ave in Miami, Florida is where we order from 2 times a month. The past 4-5 orders have been missing the sauces that I pay extra for. Once we receive the order we realize they are missing and it takes any where from 1-3 hours to actually get the sauces delivered. Today 11/19 I decided to not only order online but I called the store as well and reminded them to check my order before it left the store. They assured me that the sauces would be included but they were not for the 5th time. This is a problem that continues to happen, when I call the manager doesn't even get the phone she passed her message along to me through her employees. I understand a mistake can happen but it happens 5 times consecutively then it's more than a mistake it's complete incompetence and lack of management. I want a return call from someone in corporate because at this point it's ridiculous.

Horrible food ordered online. Pizza was cold and hard. Cinnamon bites were just balls of bread and all the sugar/cinnamon was at bottom of the box. Called the store and they refused to accept my comments with a bunch of excuses. The person on phone was very rude and told me that is just that way it is!

brooklyn style pizza/ parmesan bites
I placed a mobile order on the dominos app for delivery from the Watertown CT store that cost $33 and I was highly dissatisfied. I ordered a large pizza half red pepper and pepperoni pizza and it tasted so bad I literally did not even finish my slice and same with the parmesan bites, and now I'm pissed off cause I just spent $33 on Dominos and it sucked.
Did you bring it back to the restaurant of purchase along with your receipt? They should be able to offer you a replacement or refund.

This is about the third time I receive a pizza that hardly has cheese or chicken. Not even half the pizza has cheese and only 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. I've never been satisfied with their service. All i eat is just bread, not how a pizza is suppose to be. I also get my pizza from the same spot hoping for them to reach my satfiaction, but they never have.

an extremely poor pizza
I ordered a pizza on Sunday 11/12/17. I believe the order number was #126. I got the white pizza and it was really freaking dry, huge bubbles and just plain bad. I mean the bacon was popping off since there was no sauce to hold it and only two slices on the right side of the pie were okay. I reached out to them that night, then two more additional times to complain and I haven't heard one word back. I used my hard earned money for this! I work so hard and don't get to have burgers or pizza often at all; I was 402 lbs and now I'm 270 and food like this only gets to happen once a week due to my lifestyle change. I chose Dominoes and they provided me a less than average pizza but then shove my complaint under the rug - not even an apology. I attached a picture, though taken with an inferior phone (mine was being fixed) you can see the difference between the two slices I mentioned and the rest of the pizza. I have gone on the site and praised the workers there for a superior job on some pizzas they provided me and my buddies and they thanked me when I walked into the store the next time but now that I have complained, I don't even get the decency of recognition. To pay for services and get inferior product is bad but to be blatantly ignored as well is infuriating! It is just pizza I know but the principle is one that cannot be ignored. I praised you for your awesome service you should square up and admit when you dropped the ball. Social media is my next step if this is not handled. In the beginning, for resolution, I would have been okay with a small discount for my next order but since I'm being ignored now, resolution for me would be free pizza and additional discount/free perks for desserts and the like. I hate being this guy but I paid money.

I ordered at 7:17 pm . I called an hour and a half later and they told me it was on the way . I called again at 9:20pm just for them to tell me that my order was in the oven . I did not receive my order until 9:33pm . No explanation was given and nobody was apologetic in any way . According to the person I was on the phone with, they were understaffed .
I did call to speak someone and they told me at 9:15 that my order was just now coming out the oven!

Full description of the incidence: I ordered two medium size pizza (alfredo sauce, spinach, feta cheese) along with one diet coke. We found a small piece of meat in pizza. We are vegetarian and the pizza was not consumed.
Desirable resolution of your complain: I had taken a picture of pizza having some piece and can show if required. Don't know whether to ask for the refund? I know it's a hard work dominos workers do to prepare the pizza and deliver that. But then I think the pizza is useless. Its upto you that you review the case.

On Thursday Nov. 16, 2017 at 12:48pm, client #395120 for $10.89. I would have sent a picture but I don't know how. I ordered a $7.99 3 topping large pizza with extra cheese. My toppings were Ham, Bacon, Jalapeno Peppers and Provolone cheese as an extra topping.
The presence of cheese was barely there! You couldn't find the cheese on this pizza! There was hardly any cheese on this pizza! I paid for a topping of cheese and extra cheese and there was no cheese on this pizza! I called the manager of the Franklin, LA store to complain and his only comments were that he made my pizza and the toppings were on it. I purchased this same pizza a week ago and it was the best pizza I have had in a long time but I can guarantee with service and attitude from your manager at this store I will not purchase another pizza and will let everyone I know what service and attitude I received from your store and manager in Franklin, LA! The only resolution that would have made me happy was a refund because I refuse to have someone spit on my pizza because I complained! With the attitude from this manager if he doesn't like his job and doesn't want to be there to provide quality service he should find him another job where he doesn't have to deal with people!
Typically they can only refund you if you return the pizza to the store. You could try bringing your picture along with you receipt to the location, but they may no longer be able to refund you if you no longer have the food.

On Monday, November 23, 2017 my son tried to place an order by phone to the Dominos Pizza (9053) located in East Grenville, PA, because he is in a boarding school he forgot the zip code of the debit card, after 3 times he decided to cancel the order but when I saw my bank account I had three charges for different amounts. If he cancel the order why this happened, it is not supposed to be any charges at all.
