Domino's Pizza Poor customer service

I placed order #673040 from the store at 5101 SE 29th St. in Midwest City, Oklahoma. I signed up for texts. I got a text it was being made. I got a text it was in the oven. I sat in my car outside the shop waiting for a text that it was ready. It never came. I finally went in only to find one employee working, one employee sitting in a booth, and one employee sitting on the counter. The pizza was sitting in the heater. It was given to me, i had to go back in because it was incomplete (no garlic dipping sauce). It’s not like they were overwhelmed. I was certainly underwhelmed.

Domino's Pizza Delivery driver

I ordered pizza at 3:23 and received it at 4:15. I was telling Stephanie I thought it was wrong to have an19.98 for delivery when I live in a senior community & some of these seniors don't have that kind of money, and can't drive or have a car. She then told me "Just because I was OLD I did not have to be a BI — H. I am 70years old & the woman who was there with me is 80 something. I would like to have something done.

Domino's Pizza Tom Sullivan village road in Leland nc

I ordered two large pizzas today and they were due to be ready at 7:48. I get there a little after that time and my pizza looked old and dry the crust was broken but I wasn’t going to press that. I took my pizzas back and asked if they were premade because they look old and dry and why do they look like that. And Tom Sullivan said they weren’t premade he wasn’t remaking them I should have came and got them at the right time. I told him I did him I came at the time. He sqid he’s not remaking pizzas because they look old I asked him what he meant he’s not remaking my pizza. The whole pizza was there untouched he said again he’s not remaking them. I said then give me my money back he said he said agin he’s not remaking them and called me a [censored]in [censored]. He kept cutting me off when I was asking him who he wasn’t talking to and what was his problem. I didn’t come in there being rude until he started yelling at me. I asked him for the manager he said he was I said where is your general manager and he told me back there on the phone. And I said he just lets you talk to me like that and not going to do nothing and Tom says he can fire me if he wants to. I work in customer services and managed McDonald’s for years I was completelyAppalled that that store carried on like that and not one person tried to Intervene or make the customer happy. I wasn’t asking anything other than to have my pizza made to my liking and I couldn’t even get anything out because Tom was very rude. I can’t believe a Major franchise allows things like this to happen. The general manger is very poorly trained if he didn’t see a need to step in and fix a customer complaint. All the other employees were just carrying on like it was ok with Smirks on their faces. Needless to say I will never go back to this location.

Desired outcome: General manager needs to attend a basic management course. Tom Sullivan does not need to work in customer service.

Domino's Pizza 4th time

I have been declined from this Dominos 4 times now, their hours are 1 AM here in Carson City, NV. I placed an order 5 minutes later they canceled it now I have to wait for my money back? All I got for this was "Sorry I tried calling you we closed at 11:00*

I used to order so much from you guys now every time I'm turned down.

Domino's Pizza dominos pizza

ordered carryout 3 topping pizza las vegas location on blue diamond road. The pizza was soggy with almost no cheese. I sent an e mail complaint on June 9 2022. Got no response. I WILL NEVER ORDER A DOMINOS PIZZA AGAIN. You are rip offs and offensive for never responding to my complaint. I will order from other pizza stores and send all my followers this info. You should be ashamed after all the advertising to treat a customer in this way.

Domino's Pizza Chicken parm sandwiches

My family of 5 ordered sandwiches for dinner, 2 of them being chicken Parmesan. We start to eat and both of the chicken Parmesan have little to no meat ….. I’m not kidding, I should’ve taken a picture because one sandwich had 3 bite size pieces on the ENTIRE sandwich. My daughter calls to see if they will credit us back for these expensive grilled cheese sammies but she gets hung up on. Ok not a big deal, she calls back and is now told she needs to hold and then is very obviously hung up on again. She calls a THIRD time~ to be told that the manager doesn’t believe her, that she has to bring the sandwiches back. WHAT? So naturally my very pissed husband heads down there only to be told by staff that the manger is not there. He tells them to get the manager there, in more words than that. The manager shows up, immediately talks to employees but does not talk to my husband about his issue except to say he needs to leave because he was upset with the employees. Thankfully someone there gave my husband his money back before he left. WHICH IS WHAT WE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

If the manager and his employees want to play games wasting a customers time and gas money don’t act offended when a customer comes in irritated~ obviously! Welcome to actions have consequences.

Domino's Pizza Delivery

Ordered pizza came piled together on one side of box, called location ordered from and received second pizza mangled in box second time.

Called and spoke with manager , offered to make a third pizza and speak with delivery driver .

I will NOT order from Dominos ever again if this is the quality and training you provide to your franchise owners and employees !

Domino's Pizza Chicken alfredo

I ordered from Dominos on 5/18/2022 Store#3820. I ordered two Chicken Alfredo plus Brownies which costs now $32.00. When I got the Chicken Alfredo both had one small layer of noodles and Zero chicken in it.

The manager's excuse was, I guess the person who made it just forgot the chicken...

Not only was the price that went up ridiculous but getting food that isn't even complete and a manager who truly doesn't care about the customer is beyond terrible.

Desired outcome: An apology, Two chicken Alfredo's made the correct way exactly as asked and how it is suppose to be...with chicken, hence Chicken Alfredo

Used to enjoy Domino's pizza, but now it's just garbage. I quit buying Pizza Hut Pizza when it started swimming in grease. Now Domino's is the same.

I paid over $40 for. Won't waste my money on that crap again

Domino's Pizza Store # 5586

I ordered on 5/8/2022 and it was never delivered. I had to pick my order up myself. The employees had no explanation whatsoever. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve also waited long periods of time for deliveries. At least have the decency to call the customer to let them know something. I loyally order many times throughout the month, as does the rest of my family in my household. Buying customers expect better from one of our favorite places.

Domino's Pizza Philly cheesesteaks pizza

We ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza and we have ordered this pizza so many times that we know every single ingredient that supposed to be on it and trust me when I tell you red sauce is not one of the ingredients. They also burnt another pizza that we ordered. Aransas Pass Texas Domino’s Pizza is where we store number 8047.

Domino's Pizza Unauthorized credit card charges

your local dominos took $$$ for my online orders three (3) times consecutively since april, 2022. these orders amounted to over $450 which dominos failed to deliver, and only on the 3rd (last) failed order did the store staff bother to notify me. it's a shame because the quality of pizza cooked at this location is really good.

this local dominos provided no notice the 1st or 2nd undelivered online orders i placed in april. when asked the dominos (phone answering) staff member falsely claimed the driver called me. i pointed out my instructions were to please text any questions. then staff member changed his story and said the driver also texted me. both claims untrue. then the staff member claimed they may not deliver to my area. also untrue. in my opinion, whoever took that call from me should be indefinitely suspended without pay.

small local family owned pizza shops around here were forced to shut down as a result of large multinational pizza corporations moving into our neighborhood. the only delivery choices left for this neighborhood now are the few large entrenched food corporations, like dominos.

nothing was done to compensate me for these fraudulent transactions. each time my credit card was refunded $150+ several days after each fraudulent transaction. i am not wealthy and cannot afford to be used as a payday loan service. i am not here to float this dominos outlet weekend numbers, or here to throw away quality food that was ordered.

if good service and good quality were reliably provided, and better management oversight enacted when a store such as this goes "rogue," then the absence of our old local family owned pizza shops might be tolerated. otherwise, boycott and complete withdrawal of our business may be our only appropriate responses.

i live at a recreational boating facility where hundreds of seasonal family vacationers visit every summer. why shouldnt i warn all my neighbors of this store's shady practices? why should i ever order (from this dominos) ever again?

Domino's Pizza No longer deliver to area. Lived here over 20 years.

The Saraland Al store says that they no longer deliver to my area (7305 Grissom Drive, Saraland, AL 36571 off Kali-Oaka drive). I've lived here over 20 years and Dominos has delivered and now they won't deliver. Why? I always tip. I just don't understand why Dominos no longer wants customers.

Domino's Pizza Pizza and buffalo wings

I went to dominos for a pizza and Buffalo wings when I ordered I let the cashier know to I wanted my wings well done and my pizza with sauce cause the last time I ordered my pizza was dry and this time it was the same results dry pizza with hardly no sauce and wings where not well done. So when I came home and looked at my order I was unhappy I had to put the wings in my oven and bake them some more. To be honest I did not eat the wings cause I was not satisfied

Domino's Pizza Rude and disrespectful employee

Ordered from domino’s last week (boneless wings and Alfredo pasta) left on the porch no knock or doorbell ring food was ice cold. Called domino’s about the issue and had a employee screaming in the background by the name of Adam saying it’s not our fault you didn’t go get your food and no can’t nothing be done you got what you paid for. Rude and disrespectful towards customers after they spend their money is not good customer service and a person like that should not rep nobody business.

Domino's Pizza Food poisoning

Hello, I ordered pizza Friday and have been sick since. Couldn't eat all yesterday and have been having major stomach issues. I have been throwing up and in the bathroom sleeping on the floor all weekend because of it. I couldn't even keep my medications down. I will be missing a day of work because of this and my God Daughters 4th birthday...
