Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Domino's Pizza in Leland, NC: Dry Pizza, Rude Staff, and Chemical Smell

I had a really bad experience with Domino's Pizza at the 318 Village Rd. Leland, NC *** location. I placed an order for a pan pizza with extra sauce at around 8:15 pm, but when it arrived, it was bone dry. I called the store and spoke with a staff member named MJ, who offered me store credit, but I declined and asked for a new pizza to be delivered instead. However, MJ's tone became rude, and he told me it would take another 40 minutes, and I should give the driver the old pizza. He then hung up on me.

The second time I received the pizza was at 9:45 pm, and the staff decided to get petty. The extra sauce that I requested was ladled in the middle of the pizza, and sauce was also spread across the edges of the crust. The dough was lifted so that sauce could be applied to the sides of the dough. I guess this was their way of punishing me for requesting the pizza I ordered and paid for. Although the pizza was not cooked through or cut through, I decided to try and make the best of it since it was late.

However, my growling stomach made me call the store again. I got MJ again, and when I told him the problem, he laughed. I asked him to please send me a pizza made correctly and if I could receive my order before the 40-minute time quote when I called the first and second time. But he said it would take at least 40 minutes. The third pizza arrived at 10:40 pm.

Unfortunately, the third pizza was also a failure. It was overcooked, and the sauce on the edges was burned along with the cheese. It had a weird chemical smell, and the box was wet with the same smell. I was starving and needed to get to bed, so I tried to give it a shot, but it was a bust.

This is a franchise store, and I've been in contact with the district manager multiple times. He texted me that they reviewed the footage and found no evidence of food tampering. They also checked all potential sources of chemical injury and found none. All of their cleaning supplies are ordered from Domino's and are safe for food service. However, I found that odd since the most recent health inspection noted the storage of hazardous chemicals.

When I asked him about it, he asked me to complete a liability claim form for the franchise insurance company, but I refused. Overall, my experience with Domino's Pizza was terrible, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Service at Domino's Pizza: Missing Order and Rude Behavior

I called up Domino's Pizza to place an order for a pizza and some Cinn Sticks. When I reached the window to pick up my order, the girl handed me the pizza but forgot to give me the Cinn Sticks. I reminded her about my order, and she went to the back to check. A man came out and told me that he was the one who took my order, and if I wanted the Cinn Sticks, I would have to wait for 10 minutes. I was disappointed because I had called ahead to avoid any waiting time. My son, who has special needs, was also upset that he wouldn't be getting his Cinn Sticks.

I decided to use my coupon for free Parm Bites instead. While waiting, I could hear the man in the back yelling about us and the Cinn Sticks. I found his behavior very rude. It was his mistake, and he was blaming us for it. When the girl at the window handed me my order, I had to ask for my change and receipt.

I was not happy with the service I received at this Domino's Pizza branch. I don't plan to go there again. They lost a loyal customer. I want to clarify that I am not upset with the cashier. She was very polite and helpful throughout the whole ordeal.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Experience at Domino's Pizza: Rude Employees, Unsanitary Conditions, and Poor Customer Service

I recently had the opportunity to order from Domino's Pizza and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The employees were not willing to honor my coupon and to make matters worse, they were extremely rude about it. One employee, who goes by the name of Jaclyn, was particularly unpleasant to deal with. She had a terrible attitude and seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time.

To make matters worse, the store was not very clean. There was garbage sitting around and the food stations were not being cleaned between making different types of pizzas. I also noticed that the employees were not wearing hair nets, which is a major health code violation.

Despite all of these issues, I decided to place an order anyway. I asked for cheese sticks, but the employee corrected me and asked if I meant cheesy bread. It was clear that they knew what I meant, but they still felt the need to correct me.

Overall, I would not recommend this particular Domino's Pizza location. The manager, Ashrad, was not helpful in resolving any of the issues that I encountered and the overall experience was very disappointing. I plan on leaving negative reviews on any online review sources that I can find because I believe that Domino's Pizza has really gone downhill in recent years.

If you're looking for a good pizza place, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Domino's Pizza.

Domino's Pizza Mixed Review: Improved Food Quality but Terrible Website and High Prices

The local Domino's store in my area has definitely improved since they replaced their previous management staff. However, I must say that the overall experience with Domino's as a corporation, especially their website, is absolutely terrible. They use sneaky tracking cookies and other data collection tools that you can't block if you want to complete your order. As someone who uses uMatrix, I can see all the unnecessary connections being made to other domains, which is completely unacceptable to me. I can't even imagine what kind of information their application collects. It's frustrating that their website is unnecessarily difficult to use just to order a simple pizza.

On the bright side, the quality of the food has improved from Domino's as a whole, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars instead of just one. However, I do think that their prices are too high for what you get. They tend to raise their prices to extreme levels just to make their coupons and savings look better. Additionally, their piece of the pie rewards program is not as great as it seems. I recently redeemed a free pizza, but it still cost me $1.50 because I wanted a certain crust. This was while ordering three other pizzas as well.

Overall, I think that Domino's needs to work on their website and pricing strategy. While the quality of their food has improved, it's not worth the hassle of dealing with their website and high prices.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Rude Manager and Burnt Pizza from Domino's Pizza

Ordered from Domino's Pizza last week and again today. The manager was super rude both times, which made me want to order from another place. But I decided to give them one more chance. Unfortunately, the manager answered the phone again and was just as rude as before. I called an hour later to ask where my pizza was and he said the delivery driver had just left. When the pizza arrived, it was burnt and the cheese was already hard. Some of it was even inedible! I had requested jalapeños in a small container, but it was obvious that they had just been picked off the pizza. I was so hungry that I ate some of it anyway.

When I called the manager to complain, he pretended not to know who I was and asked me why I was calling three times. Finally, he gave me three options and I chose to have my card refunded because I didn't want anything else to happen to the pizza before it got here.

I doubt I'll ever order from Domino's Pizza again after this experience. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the manager made this noise like I was bothering him and even dropped the F bomb about messing up my pizza. It was a really unpleasant experience overall.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Domino's Pizza: Cold Food and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with Domino's Pizza was not great. The first time I ordered from them, my food was cold. I mean, really cold. And when I called to complain, they basically called me a liar and refused to do anything about it. I was pretty ticked off, to say the least.

But, being the forgiving person that I am, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. This time, they got my order mixed up with someone else's. When I asked if my food was going to be cold again, they assured me that it had been sitting under the heat lamps for an hour. Well, surprise surprise, my food was cold again. When I called to complain, the representative hung up on me. Can you believe that? And the manager, Frank, was no help at all. All he did was give me the name of the guy who hung up on me. Real helpful, Frank.

Honestly, I don't know what's worse - their food or their customer service. It's like they're trying to be bad at everything. And when I tried to file a complaint, the 1-800 number told me to call the store. Pathetic.

Save yourself the trouble and just call Papa John's. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Domino's Pizza: Inaccurate Tracker and Terrible Customer Service

I placed my order for a delicious pizza on the Domino's website at 6:45PM. The website informed me that my order would be ready in 30-45 minutes, which was perfect for my dinner plans. I was excited to try out their new toppings and couldn't wait to dig in. I kept a close eye on the order tracker and saw that my order was received and being prepared. However, by 8:00PM, I was still waiting for my pizza to arrive. I checked the tracker again, and it still showed that my order was being prepared. I tried calling the store, but no one answered, and I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I was getting frustrated and decided to drive over to the store while still trying to call them.

When I arrived at the store, I walked in, but no one even acknowledged me. I had to get someone's attention, and he then got someone else to help me. This guy then told me that they got backed up and that it would be another 2 hours before my pizza order would be ready. By this time, it would be 10:30 pm, and I was already hungry and tired. I asked him to cancel the order, but he got rude with me and told me that it would take longer to get the refund than to get the pizza order. I was shocked and frustrated by his response. I told him that this was ridiculous and that I just wanted to cancel the order. If I didn't get the refund, I would come back and sort it out. However, he then told me to leave the store, which was very unprofessional.

Overall, my experience with Domino's Pizza was terrible, and I would never order from them again. If I could give them minus stars, I would give them minus 50 stars. Their customer service was terrible, and their website tracker was not accurate. I was disappointed with the way they handled my order, and I hope they improve their service in the future.

Domino's Pizza Domino's Pizza Quality Has Taken a Nosedive - My Review

I used to be a big fan of Domino's Pizza, but now I can barely eat their food. It was about 13 years ago when they made a big deal about "upgrading" their recipe, and I personally didn't like it. Especially the sauce. But I still ordered from them every now and then. However, in the last few years, their quality has taken a complete nosedive. I used to drive for a living, and it was always quick and easy to call ahead to a Domino's wherever I was driving, pick up my order, and keep on trucking. You could always count on there being a Domino's nearby 90% of the time. I've eaten Domino's pizzas from Arizona to Florida and everywhere in between. My issues with them are not specific to one location. They never put enough cheese on the pizza, and it always tastes bland. The bread is hard and tasteless, and the sauce is way too acidic. It's like they deliberately overcook the pizza. In my opinion, they are now in the same category of quality as Little Caesars. The only thing I can stomach there is the soda. However, I will say that I rarely had any issues with the staff as far as customer service goes. And like I said before, I've been to many locations across the southern US.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Domino's: Undercooked Breadbowl and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. My breadbowl was seriously undercooked and almost as flat as a pancake. And to make matters worse, it tasted like it was covered in dish soap. I mean, come on, how hard is it to cook bread properly? I've complained about this issue several times, but it seems like no one cares enough to fix it. It's really frustrating because I used to love Domino's, but now I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I've been told to stop ordering the breadbowl if it's never fully cooked, but that's not the point. Domino's needs to learn how to cook it properly. I'm tired of complaining and getting offered a "free meal" as compensation. It's not like I'm getting anything different, and it's not like the problem is being fixed. Whenever I try to contact someone to get more information, they're always conveniently out of the office or too busy to talk. It's really starting to feel like they just don't care.

At the end of the day, I shouldn't have to keep complaining. Domino's needs to learn how to cook bread or stop selling it altogether. It's really that simple. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes, because I know I'm not the only one who's had this issue.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Dominos Pizza in Columbia, MO - Avoid at All Costs!

I had a really bad experience with Dominos Pizza in Columbia, MO. I wouldn't recommend ordering from any of their locations in this area. The management was really rude and the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. The service was just terrible overall. I ordered from the location at 1502 Columbia MO and it was a complete disaster.

First of all, my order was completely wrong. It took almost an hour to get it, even though the store was only three blocks away from my motel. I had to have a 30-minute discussion with the manager, whose name was Will, just to get him to fix one part of my order. It was already 10:30 PM and my group was at a State Wrestling tournament. We were really hungry and just wanted to eat something before going to bed.

To make matters worse, the food was really bad. We didn't even get to eat until almost 10:00 PM, which was really late considering we had to be at the arena at 7:00 AM the next morning. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I tried to upload a picture of the terrible food we received, but I couldn't find anywhere to do it.

If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would definitely give this location the lowest possible rating. I don't think I'll ever order from Dominos again after this experience. It's really too bad because I used to enjoy their pizza, but this experience has completely changed my mind.

In conclusion, if you're thinking about ordering from Dominos Pizza in Columbia, MO, be aware that you might have a really bad experience. The management is rude, the employees aren't qualified, and the service is terrible. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but until then, I'll be ordering from somewhere else.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Customer Service at Domino's Pizza in Lubbock, TX

I called up Domino's Pizza to place an order for their $7.99 carryout deal. The lady on the phone told me the total was $16 and some change and then hung up. When I arrived at the store, I told her that I thought I was charged for two pizzas, but it's always been $8.65. She explained that the coupon needed to be applied to get that price. I reminded her that we ordered the $7.99 carry-out deal, and she asked if I wanted to apply the coupon now. I said yes, that was the whole point. The total then came to $12, but I still felt like something wasn't right. She argued with me, saying that we ordered four toppings. I explained that we ordered a large pepperoni pizza with half jalapenos and half pineapple, which only counts as two toppings since each topping is only on half of the pizza. I told her to cancel the order, and we would order something else. However, the guy was already cutting the pizza and closing the box top. I was trying to bring up their coupons on my phone when the manager yelled at them to make us a plain pepperoni pizza. I asked her to wait while I looked up the coupons, but she didn't listen. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she was the manager. She was the rudest person I've spoken to in a long time. This was my first time at Domino's in over a year, and the rude people made sure I won't be back. There are too many good places to get pizza in Lubbock to deal with people like this. I even took a picture of the manager on my way out.

Domino's Pizza Rip off

I did an online oder for delivery at 11:09pm 06/17/2023.

Order #333 number of store [protected] Address 105 s. Dixieland ste. C Lowell, AR 72764.

I payed with credit card and I was charged for the order. A few minutes later I received a called by Heather saying my order couldn't be delivered. Because they did not had enough drivers and my order was going to take longer so they couldn't deliver. She ask if I could do carrie out and I replied yes then she said I will be charging you twice and I said why? she said carrie out was cheaper and my $30.62 dollars was going to take 24 hours to get back to my account I felt she did not wanted to take my order I decided to canceled the order.

Desired outcome: If you don't have enough drivers at a certain hour to post it online. So no one has to order if they choose not to Instead of being charged.

Domino's Pizza Placed order online and Manager rude?

I placed order online but I never got pizza. I called store location and manager said store was closed. I asked order to be cancelled but I still waiting. In the meantime the website would not allow me to report an issue so I tried corporate phone number but no was available. Most likely I will try ordering from another location or another company. What is going on?

Domino's Pizza The shift management staff

So I call the store a lot to ask for delivery and I often get we can't deliver because my manager is not here today or I'm by myself today and I'm the only one here at my store and they say we can only do carry out only today often this happens often like today I called today to order delivery today but they said they can't because she's the only person there and the manager isn't coming in today so I'm here by myself I also thought that was pretty unsafe a single female employee in the store by them selves on a Saturday I see the General manager in there a lot in there during the day but hardly ever see any other managers

Desired outcome: Get more responsible shift management so I guess the desired outcome would be more staff and shift managers that want to do their job more so the the management aspect since it's lacking severely

Domino's Pizza Delivery

At 2:59 PM on June 10 I placed an order for a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza with jalapeños as well as a side of Parmesan bites. I finally received my order at 4:17 PM with no jalapeños no apology and no explanation. I placed this order, because I am unable to leave work and myself, as well as many other employees were very hungry and new Domino’s was just a few minutes away. I am extremely unsatisfied with my care had they at least warned me that it would be over an hour before I received it I wouldn’t have been upset I would have just placed an order elsewhere for something else. Extremely unsatisfied.

Domino's Pizza Service

My name is Moneec Browne, on 6/6/2023, I called Dominoes at [protected], to order to orders a sixteen piece of barbedue chicken wings, brownie cake, and sour cream potatoes. I only received 8 pieces of barbecue chicken. Contacted the store at [protected], was left on hold for over an hour. Called back, spoke with manager, who said he would stay on the phone with me until I get in touch with someone. He called the store at 1800 N. Main Street, Dayton, OH 45405. at 8pm. The phone just range and range. No one picked up the phone. Then the manager just hung up. I called the store back and was left on hold for over another hour.

Desired outcome: I need to be refunded for a partial order of 22.00. I only received 8 pieces of barbecue chicken instead of 16 pieces.

Domino's Pizza Theft and cold food

On 5/29 at 9:25pm I placed an order for 3 pizzas with the Domino's located at 510 S Carrier Parkway #141 in Grand Prairie Tx 75051 for delivery. When my delivery driver Jordan arrived to drop off my food it was COLD. Once I got my order and signed my receipts he then ASKED me for a tip (big no no for me) so as I signed them WITHOUT providing a TIP. I inspected my food and they were COLD! I tried calling the store several times and there was NO ANSWER! This morning at around 4am I received a notification that my total amount from Domino's increased from 22.16 to 25.16. No please understand that I am well aware that it was ONLY 3.00, but also understand that I am a single mother of 3 who has no HELP. I went to the store and tried to explain to him what happened and how I made several attemps to call the store to advised them of how unsatisified I was with my meal and how I was made aware of an unauthorized tip that was taken from my account he became extremely rude. I asked to speak to the store owner or if I could even get a corporate number and he refused. At this point I am so fed up with the lack of professionalism I have received I just want my money back. All 25.16, I was not given an apology, I was not offered to make things right, I was offered NOTHING at all.

Desired outcome: I would like to have the total amount 22.16 plus the additional 3.00 that was STOLEN from me credited back to me immediately

We have been longtime customers. We have a replacement order on-file at our local store #8485 in cathedral city ca 92234. Prior to the pandemic, 3 items were placed in my account [protected] to be replaced due to a previous error in the store. I would often call the store and confirm the credit was there. I spoke with maria as recently as last month and she told me don't worry. The credit is on your account. Just call when ready to redeem them. Yesterday I was sooo rudely treated by juan (manager) who basically called me a liar and told me yes he sees the credit but he can not honor it because it was too old! I asked him to call maria and he told me there was nothing else he could do. I am so disappointed with dominos and this poor treatment. Dominos should honor this credit as I was promised.

Domino's Pizza Where's the sauce and garlic/buttery crust?

On May 26, 2023, I ordered a medium-sized, two-topping pizza from the Hillsboro, Ohio location. I've ordered from them several times and was usually happy with what I received. On their website, you can choose how much sauce you want on your pizza, and I ALWAYS order "light", but this time I received NO sauce. I ended up throwing the pizza away. Their hand-tossed crust was supposed to be their usual crust, (buttery, and garlic), but the crust I received was plain with no taste at all. The crust is one of my favorites and I was very disappointed. I attempted to call the manager that night, but after holding for five minutes, I hung up.

Domino's Pizza Service

On Sunday, May 21, after driving home from the beach, we decided to order our favorite pizza from our favorite pizza place... Honolulu Hawaiian. I placed the order online around 4:40 and watched the tracker stall at 4:57 at "quality check." As the minutes clicked by and it never moved to "delivery" I thought maybe something was wrong with the computer. Anyway, at 5:40 I called the store and was told that my pizza was "next" to be delivered... no apology or anything. All she said was they were short staffed. It had been sitting in the warming tray for 40 minutes! At 5:45 the tracker moved to "delivery" and we received our pizza at 6:00. When we opened it, the box was soaked in grease. The pizza was warm, not hot, and when I took a bite, I didn't get the yummy, gooey cheese that I usually got. It was rubbery. We also ordered extra pineapple but I would be surprised if we got extra... didn't look like it. AND there were NO roasted peppers on the pizza (see picture). We still have pieces in the fridge... just not good. I have also been trying to change my email. The one on my profile (james. [protected]@cummins.com) is obsolete (I retired). My new email is [protected]@gmail.com. The store we ordered from was in Rocky Mount, NC.

Desired outcome: I'd like a response and I would like either a refund or a coupon for another pizza.
