If it were not for the people that work at the Greenville PA domino's I would not use domino's at all. I have tried to order on more than 5 occasions to collect points and it will not let me. Sandwiches
Ordered a Chicken Parm sandwich, Basically sent me bread with sauce, not even close to what is advertised on TV. Also ordered pizza with extra cheese, basically was sent dough with sauce. This Dominos get worse and worse every time I order. They just opened a new location by me and this one is ten times worse than the old one. I'm done with ordering from Dominos, kids love it but it's trash.
Pizza
I asked for large extra cheese with 1/2 of it pineapple and ham. I pick up my pizza and 1/3 of it is extra cheese and 2/3 extra cheese. It wasn't even a circle pizza. It just isn't how all the other Dominos do there's. I'm very disappointed in this and would have never let it out of my store. Remember take a picture and share. Well would you share this?!! Please just train employees properly and stop rushing on Fridays.

Upn arriving at marion va. location I was told I would be with shortly After waitng approximayely 10 minutes A gentleman asked a lady to get the front and her reply was as soon as I am done I will I saw they weren't even going to see if I wanted to order several items and I walked out without ordering and was very upset with the rudeness of the staff. I ordered a pizza for my daughter and mother n law because I was running late and could not get dinner to them. The app never confirmed the order. I tried 2 times.
Again the app never confirmed the order.
3 days later we found a pizza on the front porch. I paid top dollar and delivery tip for this through the app. I called corporate. They have dropped the ball 2 times and the local store wong help. Completely disgusted.
Order was made8/16/20.
I called the following week when we found the order. I forgot about it waiting for them to call me back.

Placed order, never received, but was charged.
I placed an order totaling 45.00 on March 17th. I keep up with the status online. While it was in quality check, the manager called me and said because it was raining out and the roads were flooded my order could not be delivered and then asked me if I could come and pick it up, I said no, I didn't have our car today. He then said do you want me to cancel the order, I said yes. No mention of refunding my money. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Refund of the money I paid.
Bad product / employee using very foul language toward customer
I don't believe we will ever go to your store again and your reviews I have now read I can see it is a on going issue with the staff and your not doing anything to change it so these employees will eventually destroy your business little by little until it's too late to bring it back at this location. I called and placed a order from hotel 6. two large pizzas, half pepperoni half cheese, I got too large peps, I called that night, spoke to a manager and was told a credit would be placed for two large pizzas and a two liter. I called to use them an was told they didn't see them but would be checking into it. I've still recieved nothing and I've very upset

The order was dry and burns and I didn't get the amount of food that I paid for over 40 bucks

Service/found object in pizza
This is a complaint to the CEO of Domino"s Pizza, the complaint is for domino's located at 9592 Federal blvd, Federal Heights, Colorado 80260. Usually my order is hot and on time when the text message is sent, but last night on February 27, my order was 45 minutes late after I recieved the text message saying the driver is entering my neighborhood. I called the store and the General Manager is what she said her title was told me we are backed up so she could not explain why it was delivered 45 minutes later after I recieved my text message. So, by the time the driver arrived he said he was new and got lost, so I backed off and thought well he is new so I won't complain. Well, as my family started eating the cold pizza and hot wings, my daughter bit into something hard and it was an inch long plastic probably sharp enough to hurt someone. I am glad no one got hurt in my family, we immediately stopped eating and dispose of pizza so after working all day long and hoping to have a hot meal and not having to cook was all GONE. It was better just to have a bologne sandwich. I got back on the phone and explained to the General Manager and all she could do was put a free meal on my account. She said nothing about fixing the problem, that is my concern. Do you really think I am going to order the next night for a free meal, I don't think so. My next concern is how old is this General Manager, sounds like she's still in High School, she did not even know the protocol or complaint phone line or information for me. You as CEO for Domino's need to take care of your employees, I could complain all I want but it is not going to do any good saying it to the employees I am sure they have a situation that made my pizza arrive cold and why there is a hard plastic piece in my pizza which could have resulted tragically. PLEASE take care of your stores your employees! There are times they delivered my pizza hot and on time or times when I did not want to drive in the snow or when the pandemic hit. Something is going wrong at this store, they have always followed through so please help this young lady whom says she is the General Manager, she's got a situation.
Buffalo wings
A bunch of fat little meat. Like putting fingers through a bat of lard.🤢🤮🤑 very disappointed i. This. I usually have good service from them. So when I got this box full of fat I was upset. My fingers literally ran through it like soft lard. Gross, disgusting and will never get wings or pizza again from there. I should have known better than to order from dominos!!! Seriously my bad.
