Dolls Kill Hidden import charges not disclosed at purchase

My order stated no shipping or handling fees. I was surprised to get a letter from FedEx for £22. When I asked Dollskill they said simply that it is a charge that is charged on import and has nothing to do with them. What utter rubbish. They said it is in their faqs. This is unacceptable the lack of transparency surely when purchasing an item does not comply with trading laws? All fees should be brought to the customers attention before they agree to the purchase. Please help

Desired outcome: I don’t believe I should be responsible for the FedEx fee.

Dolls Kill Shoes and socks

Ordered shoes and socks online the morning of Nov. 27th, and paid $77.00 with "guarantee" that delivery would be made within 10 days.
I made it clear that item was special gift for my granddaughter.

This is day 9 and Customer service says, "I see that we packed that order up and shipped it out but it's pending pickup and processing by the carrier." They will not cancel order so I can pay for overnight shipping. They said, "I'm sorry, we can't change the shipping method on orders already placed. I apologize about this delay. If you don't see the tracking update by 12/11, hit me back up."

I see that this company has many complaints with the Better Business Bureau. No one answers their phone, and they send an automatic text message reply. Their website is worthless.

Dolls Kill Sizing, delivery and overall service

Placed an order for 2 halloween costumes, due to poor sizing, as many customers have complained about in the reviews I had to send them back and processed a new order which an advisor kindly helped me to do so using my store credit, I returned the package which cost me £20 and got an email today to say I had to pay £30 more. I paid extra for delivery within 3-5 days - which was on the 14th, which would make this the 8th working day. I went on to see what was happening with my order and still hasn't been dispatched? Keeping in mind my first order took seven days to get here after being dispatched so after spending over £100 to get a halloween costume it looks like it won't be here on time. Not only that I am getting no response from the customer service team when I have sent multiple ranging from annoyed to furious to see what's happening with my order so I can go on to spend more money else where for a costume for my birthday/ halloween party due to poor service and terrible sizing. I have spent the full morning upset as i'm down so much money with no costume and no one replying to me.

Dolls Kill Incorrect invoice incurring incorrect customs charges and no delivery after a month

So I placed an order with Dollskill 138 gbp, was delivered by ups pending a 122 GBP customs charge which I paid. Placed another order with Dollskill for 240gbp, when ups tried to deliver they wanted a 187 pounds customs duty charge. I asked to see the invoice and realised that the customs ups fee was so high as Dollskill had made a mistake on the invoice and calculated at more than double actual order value. 612 dollars! I asked the ups driver to redeliver the parcel when I could contact Dollskill to rectify the problem.
Been trying 3 weeks still no rectification. Order was placed a month ago.
After realising the invoice attached to my 240 order was incorrect at 600 thus incurring a huge fee, I decided to check the previous ups invoice.. the one with a 122 ups charge I'd already paid. To my shock the previous order I had placed with a value of 138 had an invoice attached for 388! Another mistake! That's why it incurred the 122 ups charge! Again I've been trying for weeks to get a partial refund on ups charge as if invoice was correct? Charge wouldn't have been so high. Customs charges are determined by order value and both invoices attached to my orders were more than double actual order value 😭 Please note... Ups have not redelivered my order, nor can I seem to get anywhere with Dollskill customer service.
I have the initial reply asking for information but even when I provide all information and evidence requested there is no further reply.
I think I now have around 60/70 saved emails trying to get this sorted to no avail.
Therefore I'm owed around 325 pounds which I can't seem to get back via refund or store credit 🥺🥺 x
The 240 pounds for second order never redelivered and the excess 75ish pounds customs charge I overpaid on initial order.
I'm 18 and the money I spent was a gift from my grandmother as I'd not been feeling well. Trying to cheer me up 🥺x
It's added extra stress really making me feel unwell. Therefore Dollskill have taken my money yet I don't have my order nor do I have a partial refund on overpaid ups charge due to Dollskill mistakes attaching invoices to both orders that were over DOUBLE the actual order value.
I have order numbers and ups invoices as proof and evidence which I have sent to customer service. So even though I can prove it was a mistake with Dollskill invoices I've received nothing.
I can see from reviews this sort of thing is happening Allot with the overcharging in one way or another with lots of other Dollskill customers so is therefore not an isolated incidence.
I honestly feel robbed. In the middle of a covid pandemic, they've taken my money not rectified the problem or reimbursed in anyway, im self employed and am unable to work due to covid restrictions. I really can't afford this. The amount I'm owed is not far off a months rent payment for me 😭😭 xx

I have attached evidence.. order number's and actual value as well as ups invoices stating that orders are double actual value.
I have also added ups tracking information which states I've refused delivery several times which is a lie. They couldn't even be bothered to make that look believable and according to tracking I refused delivery twice in one day. I'm currently in isolation and am at home all day every day...

Dolls Kill Horrible Return Policy

I've never experienced buying clothing where the return policy is only store credit. Because this is such a unusual practice, they should have a big note when doing online orders. During checkout before you confirm the order. This is the decent thing to do. I bought 2 dresses because I was looking for something really specific and we can't really go shopping during Covid and when I returned both (weird fit and designs) I learn now I can't get my money back but I'm obliged to use store credit?! Who does this? This is basically forcing people to spend money when maybe you won't like anything else from the store. I have never had such a horrible experience and I now lost $118. Their clothing are pretty weird and I won't buy anything else from there EVER.

I would think that many stores may not accept returns at all. I would always read the policies before ordering.

Are you just going to let the $118 credit go unused?

Dolls Kill They are refusing to refund six pairs if shoes sent back and a wrong order

I have six pairs of shoes that I sent back because they did not fit and 1 pair was sewn irregular. I ordered a pair of shoes they sent me a suitcase instead. This has been going on 2 months. I continuously send them information. They continuously ignore in. I have an ultimatum. If this is not resolved by MAY 1 2020 I will file a legal case because they choose not to help and act traumatized when asked for a refund.

Dolls Kill service / return policy / paypal scam

Ordered from this shop and when my packaged showed up (10 days after ordering!) it had a wrong item and an item that was in poor condition. Patronizing baby speak reaply from their email / nobody picks up the phone. Eventually I ran out of patience and had to file a claim with paypal. They are trying to convince me that to refund on paypal I need to mail the clothing items back and close the dispute.. Huge red flag. Once that dispute is closed, they no longer are obligated to refund me. The company is actively trying to scam people and is a pain to deal with. It's sad the store doesn't realize plenty of other locations sell the same merchandise and that even very very small shops benefit from having great customer service. I would suggest people avoid ordering from their online store.

Dolls Kill shipping/poor customer service

I ordered a few items for valentines day for my daughter. The system showed that it shipped on 2/7, and I paid priority to have it arrive within 2-3 days. The tracking shows that it never shipped and only a label was created. Customer service was not helpful. I asked for a replacement to be sent via overnight paid by them, it was refused. I was told over the phone that they could give me an immediate refund and reship at my cost, and this afternoon, i'm now told I have to wait until the 18th. On hold for 30 minutes. Emails and chats not answered. I could not even talk to a supervisor or manager, they only send you an email. A lot of lost time and patience. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dolls Kill customer service

All of the costumer service lines listed are rigged to go straight to a voicemail saying you're busy and then hangs up. At all times that i've tried calling and on both numbers provided. The text message number also does not reply. I just sent an email and i'm hoping for the 200$ I just spent on your website i'll get some kind of feedback on my order.

Dolls Kill customer service

Had a problem with a jumper I ordered, it was falling apart and badly made; unfinished hems, loose threads, holes and pieces falling off every time I moved it!

I contacted customer service and heard nothing. Luckily I paid through paypal so opened a case to which they responded, asking my me to send pictures of the garment to their email, which I did. They then sent a blasé email telling me they could only help if I closed the paypal case, which would leave me with no comeback if they decided to ignore my emails!

I paid $39 for the jumper and have since discovered I can buy the same one from a chinese company for $5! I'm all for businesses making a profit from wholesale items, but this is a blatant rip off!

Dolls Kill delivery, tracking and customer service and overcharged

By far the worst customer service I have ever received.
Firstly, I purchased my order and got the confirmation page which was all fine. The next day I checked my bank account and see that dolls kill had charged me $200 more than the price confirmed that I payed, and then I checked my emails to see 5 additional items in my bag which I did not purchase, as they were not in my bag or on the confirmation page.
Secondly, the parcel is over a month late, when the delivery time is 5-10 business days. It has now been well over double that. The tracking has not moved since a few days after dispatched and I have contacted both dolls kill and dhl multiple times to see where my order is and have not been contacted back. So basically I am down and out $300 with no items to show and no one to respond to me. This is awful considering that dolls kill markets their items at young girls, most of whom I assume are like me, that don't have infinite amounts of money to throw around. I feel absolutely robbed and will never buy from them again. Dolls kill by far the worst experience I have had with online shopping.
I am entitled to both my money back and the items I purchased and am failing to retrieve either. Do yourself a favour and save yourself stress by shopping elsewhere. You can buy most of the brands from other retailers.

Honestly the first time I ordered from dolls kill it was amazing I got the items at a good time they were great quality I mean I’m broke af or I’d order from their more often one of my items had a hole and they refunded me some of the money so I could keep it cause it was an easy fix, I’m only upset cause I got express shipping and my item is 2 days late

Dolls Kill where's their customer service?

Absolutely worthless and useless. Hopeless and terrible.
All of the items I ordered from them were cheap looking, some of them were worth their price, but some were terribly overpriced for no reason.
Good luck in contacting them. I had no luck at all. I tried 4 or 5 times and no one picked up the phone. I don't know what's going on.
But I will surely never buy anything from them.

Dolls Kill still waiting for nothing...

Buying from them is like flushing your money down the toilet.
I ordered a beautiful dress and it never arrived. Saying this because it's been 3 months since I placed my order and there was no any tiny sign of it at all.
Their customer service rarely replies, but their emails contain nothing useful for me, they don't answer my questions and have no clue how to resolve my issue.
I want a refund, but it's hard to reach them. I'm so tired. Please, stop ignoring me, pull your head out of your a* and givу my money back.
Till then I will tell everyone how terrible you are!

Dolls Kill never received order, company won't give refund

I ordered an item from dolls kill on 9/10/17. I never received it. I had much difficulty getting them to respond to my emails about it. Then they said they'd resend it. Two weeks passed I didn't receive it. I emailed again and even though their auto-reply is "somone will get back to you within 24 hours, more than 3 days passed. I called several times but no one answered. I tried texting them and finally got someone who said they'd resend it! I said no, it's been too long, I have no confidence i'd ever receive anything from you. I asked for a refund and they would only offer store credit even though I pointed out that I was not returning anything (you have to get something to return it!). I don't want anything from them except my $70 back. They are not an honest business.

Dolls Kill order didn't arrive

I want to know where my order is! Ordered a pair of boots from www.dollskill.com and they never came. I found dolls kill on instagram and was amazed with all the cool designs and fell in love with their store and immediately made my order. I made a mistake not reading the reviews first!
I called them and their rep said my boots were shipped and asked me to wait a bit longer, but after another two weeks of waiting I contacted them and asked for a refund and of course they said no. That was a bad sign!
I called and emailed so many times but all they said was "no refunds".
Shoes never came. Don't deal with this scam business!

Dolls Kill dolls kill are just a bunch of liars

When I found about this site I immediately made a order because everything on their site looked amazing! In total I have ordered 5 items from them and when I received my order and tried everything on I realized two items were too small. I contacted dolls kill and asked for a refund and they agreed. They said they don't give return labels so I had to pay to the return shipping which cots quite a lot. Anyway, tracking system said that dolls kill received the package but when I contacted them they claimed they did not receive anything. I called the post office and they confirmed that package was delivered! Dolls kill are just a bunch of liars, they did not refund my money!

Dolls Kill do not deal with dolls kill! very low quality

I have ordered a pair of shoes from www.dollskill.com. when I received them I was extremely happy because these were the most expensive and the most beautiful shoes i've ever got.
The next day i've put them on and went to work. Wore them only once and one sole fell off!
When I came home I immediately emailed customer service and asked for a refund. They said that refund was not possible since i've already worn them and offered me a store credit $30!
I've paid over $100 for the shoes and also paid for the shipping and they offered me only a $30 credit! How ridiculous is that?
Do not deal with these people!

This happened to me just now... Bought 120+ dollar shoes and after 4 wears, the sole started to come loose. When issuing a complaint, they only offered me a 10% off gift card... Still awaiting a response from their end after I emailed them that I cant agree with those ridiculous terms. I love their shoes, Ive happily worn three pairs of which after a year two are still going strong, but this is my first huge disappointment from them and my heart is beating in my throat thinking about the huge amount of money Ive lost

Ive gotten mails back and ive got to be fair, after being contacted with a supervisor, i was asked to send pictures of the damage and got fully refunded in store credit of the total amount of my purchase. I for one am very happy with how it has been handled now.

Dolls Kill very bad experience

Do not order anything from dolls kill! I made an order and they charged me extra 25$ for shipping. It was suppose to arrive in three days, but it never did! So I tried to track the package but could not do that. I immediately contacted customer service to check what was going on and their agent said that there was some kind of problem, but they fixed everything and my order would arrive in few days. The package didn't arrive and I kept emailing them, and they just ignored me for weeks! Later I finally received a message stating my item arrived and that I had to pay $50 tax! So I ended up paying nearly 50$ extra for a product that was a month late! Do not recommend this company!

Dolls Kill strange company

I purchased two pairs of shoes from dolls kill. They charged my credit card and few minutes later I received a confirmation email. Two days later I got another message stating that they cancelled my order because the information I provided did not match with the information my bank had. They asked me to send them a photo copy of my id and a photo copy of my passport. Asking for anything that contains the confidential information was weird. How was the payment processed if the information I provided did not match with the information the bank had? I did not send them anything and later received a refund. But I lost 10$ for nothing on bank exchange rates.

Dolls Kill the dress was torn and seller refused to get it back

We bought dress for my daughter from the company www.dollskill.com. we bought for 13-14 years girls, but the seller sent us the wrong dress. It was short and the size was wrong. As well as the dress had two skirts and one of these skirts was torn. We couldn’t fix it; therefore we informed the seller that we would like to get refund. But we took off all labels and the seller refused to take it back. He also told us that he never sent defective dress. Don’t trust him.
