I have been to the dollarama store in Centenial Square in thunder bay ontario. Specific date latest incident was there this morning and the condition of the store that the employees keep the store is disgusting. Today I went and I am in a power chair. This is every day all visits I have had there they have so many dolly carts they fill them most times 3-4 full big boxes high and put them wherever in the isles almost every one at an end or middle doesnt matter. the boxes some are leaning towards center of the isle or almost falling off. they put them there they leave them there and no one is doing a thing emptying them or anything. This leaves me so I cannot go through the isle because is blocking it so I turn around and go down another isle just to run into another messy dolly with 3-4 full big boxes loaded onto it and just left there and no one around doing anything with it. what is worse is they are not always put right to the side they just push them there and abandon them wherever. Also there has been absolutely numerous times I have gone down isles and the products that are hung up on the pegs or just put lying on something on the selves are just left all over the floor disgusting mess no one picks them up. it looks like a teenagers bedroom people walk all over them yet they try to sell them to people. Bought a box of gauze paid for it got home opened and the box was empty. Spoke to the male manager or sorry cant do anything about it. Often are talking or laughing in the isles. This store is disgusting and horrid that I cant get down one isle with a majority of them left with boxes on boxes on dollys just left there for how long dont know but next day went in andwas still there. blocking many isles I cant get down or see something I want to buy because it is blocked by these dollys everywhere. the product just tossed on the floor left there for a least 3 days the same when I went there for something 3 days in a row. people step on them and then the employees go ahead and sell them, the staff seem incredibly lazy there only for a good time. I have never ever in my life seen a store as disgusting and a mess like this one with employess who go down an isle with the product left strewn all over the floor and walk on right by. I have no idea how this store stays open. It is so bad I am trying to find somewhere I can put in a complaint at how messy and unsafe this store is leaving dollys in almost every isle boxes hanging almost off falling and no employees are even doing anything emptying them or anything. I am sorry this has been like this for a long time and I have gotten to the point I cant take it any more as I cant get to what I want to buy because are blocked and I cant even get by in my power chair having to turn and go down another one only to find another dolly with a lot of boxes packed on top falling over the edge.

I went to west edmonton mall dollarama and first time i used self checkouts first they wanted to scan my items i said no thank you. on my last item ziploc bags the weight didnt register on the scale and it called for help. the lady came over, went thru my bags, 3small green bags i had one item left to scan it was just ofver $50. then she told me she would have to take all my items to rescan them, keep in mind i am aboriginal and only had one item to scan left. well i was offended that she wouldnt approve that i put the ziploc bags in and it didnt register. i worked n have used self checkouts so i know how it works. so very embarassing she took me to scan all my stuff thru it was not busy. after she scanned everything n wasted my time it came up to $48 so i overcharged myself and wasnt trying to steal. i was so upset.

next time i went in i was actually blocked from using the self checkouts cause i had less than half a cart and they said i had to go thru the till i asked why do you give me such a hard time? she said she wasnt. walked toward the til as she and another employee talked about me out loud i let the cashier scan my stuff thru. i honestly live too far to go to another dollar store n needed some stuff that is only sold there. I then witnessed a lady approach the self checkouts with a cart of stuff and was not told she couldnt go thru them. i felt like a criminal.

i called to complain the next day got a assitant manager n she told me it was over her pay grade to help me, i asked why isnt it posted that if you have a certain amount of items you may not use self checkouts, she again said it was above her pay grade, i then asked why cant i just use them its their job to scan when their self checkouts make a error or what not.

i also dont care about my spelling and [censored] either .

I am looking for a certain Christmas tree that is only the height of your hand it's small. It is a wired spiral christmas tree with green tinsel on the wire. It looks like a small christmas tree.

The customer service guy did not give me the right tree and was being lazy to find the right one. He was able to go into the system and look up the tree to give me the number.

I have a Manager waiting for the number to try and find me another one. I paid for one that the customer service girl forgot to put in my bag and then was sold. It's for my 5 year old daughter.

The tree was from last year and I think it came in a silver and white as well.

Can someone please try and help me find this tree and its number.

I was charged wrongly for the product i purchased from dollarama in scottsdale mall, surrey.

I approached cashier named kamal who billed me for this mistake so as per retailer scanner code this has to be honoured.

On the contrary she tells me that dollarama doesnt follow this law in short she told be they don’t respect law of land.

How can these chain work in land on canada where we have fair practice, just imagine like me how many other people would have been looted and never paid attention to the receipt they got.

My name is Judy from Calgary, I go to this Dollarama many times, it is close to me .On sept17 Saturday I went shopping there at noon, bought what I needed, and stood in front at the cashier, I was the second customer standing there, in front of me was a gentleman in a wheelchair, behind me, was another 4 customers, all together 6, so there was one young lady working at one cashier, she was cashing out another young lady. when they were done they start to have a chit chat, like they know each other. So we waited, and we waited, the time was going like 15 minutes, and us the customers we were just looking at each other, that when are we going to be cashed out? So me, I approached this young lady, "sorry! could you please cash us out, and then have your chit chat?"well! she looked at me and said 'you are very rud! don't you think I should have a break! You should try my job how hard it is!' I was speechless! with all the other shoppers there behind me, so yes I did get upset, I felt i was dreaming this, I did then tell her, I am the customer here and please do not treat me this way, now about your job, it is your choice where you work, I am not here to measure that up for you!I Then came a young man, who works there, and he said what is the problem? The cashier said to him, I have a friend here who I didn't see for a long time and we were having a talk, and this customer here interupted us, and was rude with me! I was dumfounded hearing this! So the young man went to another cashier and told me to come here, i went there and this young man, threatend me that if i don't stop this behaver he will get me removed from the store! I never ever experienced anything like this! I asked for the store manager, and he said I AM THE MANAGER! I felt like i was dreaming! so I said to me then maybe you should say your sorry, cash me out and life goes on! he said he doesn't has anything to say sorry for and he is calling the police on me now!I wasn't the only one standing there and listening to this no commensense! and it took him on the 911, calling the police talking to them like 15 mins, probably they didn't understand either what does this manager want now? Then he told me they are coming for you and they will arrest you! and they did get there. wowwwwwww, i asked to be cashed out and they call the police on me! when the police arrived they were shocked too that what is this? so i told them what happened and the officer said, well yes I wanted to hear the whole story, and he did tell me mam, you can go with this to there headoffice complaining. so he aske me very nicely, do you still want to pay for what your shopping? I said yes and he took me to the cashier and said ok cash this lady out, and let her go! I was sort of relieved, but then i still felt like this was a nightmare! That something like this can happen? I am a very nice customer, I always have patients waiting till they do have ther talks at the cashier, but not for 15 mins! I was very hurt , disturbed, I never even heard anything like this, that all I wanted was to pay for my stuff and go!

I frequently visit the store and this time on 17/09/2022 at 5:30 pm. I vosited the dollarama store opposite champlain mall in dieppe New Brunswick. I just askes the lady in the counter if i could return the product and ahe rudely said that i am wasting her time and made wierd faces. The supervisor besides her was witnessing everything but he also reacted sacarstictly. I wear a hijab and i am a muslim. I could feel they got racist and i will never again visit the store. I hope dollarama trains its staff and most importantly the supervisors to follow intergrity and ethics.

I ask for a specific product if its available. I waited and so I was shouted by the employee if I still ask for something. Very rude I think she is an officer because she came from a door but very far from me and she shout loudly everyone heard her. Very disgusting manner how Dollarama find their employee to manage the safeway dollarama in horizon NE Calgary store.

I just want customers to be aware of the terrible customer service at the Dollarama Orleans Blvd location. I was unaware of the their policy about no exchanges or returns - which is absolutely ridiculous ! I had purchased extra items (wrapping paper and stuff) and went to rerun it 1 hour later. While I was being serviced by a young lady, an older lady stormed over and was extremely rude to me telling me to look at the door and receipt - she was beyond rude. The store should review their policies and definitely need to provide customer service training ! HORRIBLE !

Hello, I go to the Dollarama in Burlington New st and Appleby Line location for many years. In all those years every staff member has been rude, dirty and I could tell they just didn't want to be there at all. There is NO eye contact or politeness. I was trying to get down an aisle there were 2 with friends young staff standing around talking and not moving to let costumers pass.

There is a new guy with green hair and he is the dirtiest most rude person. He will fly by you in the tight aisles breathing on you and brushing his body against yours. There is never an " excuse me" or " sorry, I just need to get by".

Head office needs to do something about the quality of staff working in the stores.

This is what happened to me Shopping At Dollorama At 747-Notre Dame Ave Sudbury On. I bought a visa pre-paid The Perfect Gift and went home to register only it would give me a message, tried and tried so called the number on the back of the card and the visa reps said to go back to Dollorama and tell them to scan the card and due some thing cause they didn't load the card. instead, they pretty much told me to f off and called the police.. I waited and waited for the police to show up So Called them and told them my name they said they aren't gonna go and I told them what was happening.. Dealing with client services sucks send this send that picture knot clear.. Got the BBB involved and done with that Garbage Racist Place and I've never ever stole anything from all the years been shopping there and I'm in my 50's.

Store on baseline rd London has self-check and no cashier, I should not have to go looking for a cashier. He had a bad attitude when he came up. Will never return . Unfortunately the company is too greedy too address this. Hopefully people will realize that they are a money hungry company who only cares about profit.

Yes, it's clear no refunds or exchanges. As a senior I made a mistake, I bought plastic instead of glass goblets.

So back to the store to explain my dilemma. Oh we can help you with one box exchange, but I bought 5.

Sorry no exchange then, can someone explain that logic?

Hi I fell in dollarmana Saturday June 25th at 8:54 pm in the tecumseh road east dollarama location. It's because of not having a wet floor sign. I had my daughter in my arms and my knee is bruised and swollen hurting me since and my hip on the side I held my baby. She is only 9 months old if I would have dropped her because of my fall she would have been hurt to. All because of not having the wet floor sign in that lane. The workers two one Indian and one white girl ran to me and came after with the sign because I said where was it. They said sorry for not putting it. I had a lady who was shopping asked to hold my baby as I got up. So there was cameras also to see me. They said if I wanna file a complaint to come on here. I bought this Power Foam glass cleaner from one of the Dollarama stores, In Regina,Sk. It said on the can, It is for commercial and domestic use, Being that

it said that on the can, I figured it was good glass cleaner , There was no price on it, Or on the shelf where i got it from, I went to the sales counter, And ask the lady that was working there, What the price of it is, She said it is $4.00 plus tax on it, She said she thinks it is very good glass cleaner, I told her , I will buy it, To make a long story short, This is the the worse spray foam glass cleaner, I have ever bought , I got it to clean the windows on my car, I waited till in the evening that day , When the sun went down , To clean them, They look good at first, When it was still light out, But when i got in my car later that evening , When it was dark out side, The winshield was very steak, And all the other windows also on the car, Also it left a white greasy looking flim on all the glass, Don,t waste your money, On this glass cleaner,

I'm the regular customer of dollarama which is beside my house located 1099 Broadview Avenue. Today evening I was passing through the aisle with my baby boy. There is a girl working over there and continuously coughing and sneezing infront of the customer. When I asked her that is she ok then asked replied me she is having cold flu. Her voice even seems so bad that she can't speak properly. Now my son started feeling sick. So I was really surprised of the management irresponsibility. They should have atleast little consciousness about the customer safety.
