Dollar Tree returning items and no one has responding to me yet

Always shop at store #4310 never had a problem before. I brought 22 pirate hooks for a birthday party. Well it stormed the day the party was scheduled so therefore could not use all the hooks. I went into store #4310 to EXCHANGE the items( did not have receipt) so I ask from the beginning she said yes let me get the manager. I said ok then the assistant manager came up with an addituide and say no you can't exchange with out receipt so I say since when. Then she goes to say you can only do 3 items I had 18.(13 hooks and 2 table clothes) . I ask for Dee the store manager they said she not here. So I say ok I'll come when she's here. Then she says I don't know her schedule.
I called costumer care on Tuesday 7-16-2019. Left message for District Manager I have not heard from him as of yet. Something need to be done.

Dollar Tree all bread items

They are always out of bread yesterday went to grab a loaf and the manager tells me they never received it from the truck, she claims bread was ordered they just didn't get it, hmmm. Twice a week I've gone in for 6 months to both locations they either never received it or sold out the same day and these stores are never packed. Managers are either not doing their jobs or are allowing a single person or business to buy them out, time to start implementing a maximum each customer can buy in a day or per visit. If you can't maintain a steady stock of goods you shouldn't have your doors open period!

Dollar Tree poor management/ cleanliness

The Dollar Tree on Hicone Rd in Greensboro NC has a sorry manager. The store floor is never clean. I can be in Food Lion which is behind Dollar Tree & look out & see the manager out back smoking with the back door open & during my 4 hour shift at Food Lion she is out there at least 5 to 6 times. When I go in the Dollar Tree she is always on the phone. She is a nice person but is not management material. I have complained before but nothing was done . I just think maybe it should be looked at more closely & maybe interview the employees in private.

Dollar Tree manager judy

I was there today 7-18-2019 around 4:30pm with my great-granddaughter and daughter in law, My grandbaby picked up a small ball in a wrong part of the store and asked me to put it back where it belongs. So i tose it over the shelf to my daughter in law to put it back, Yes that was wrong for so many reasons, especially that it was not a good example for my 3 yr.old, besides the dangers of hitting someone. Here comes Judy ? who i was told was the manager YELLING " lady do not do that, you could hurt someone, ect ect "i said i'm sorry your right to which she kept yelling over my apology. I got so angry at how she was yelling I walk away to calm down, came back and apologize again and told her not to yell when she had something to say, come up to a person and calmly state her concern. She just kept yelling, So unprofessional for a so-called manager. I know of a few customers who have had issues in the past with her big mouth. She yells at people. In the store was another senior citizen customer who stopped me and told me that person yelled at her last week, ''to get back to the end of the line'', when all she wanted to do was ask a question. The senior citizen said she gave her a lesson about respect. Customers are not suppose to give sensitivity lessons to your employees. Everytime i go there are new girls all the time, Jeez i wonder why? I take giving complaints very seriously as i do a praise reports on a good employee. Maybe she thinks she can yell at old people..SO SO SAD...

Dollar Tree shopper discrimination/ racial profiling

Was at the Dollar Tree #125 this afternoon and there was a line at register 1, and a cashier at #3 so I asked her if she was open and she said NO. So I go over to the long line and she proceeds to wave over certain customers to her line one at a time.
The cashier At #3 is black and I am a white senior. I only had 3 items. She waves over only black customers to her line. So I comment to the cashier at #1 (Doris) that I was just profiled for being white and the customer in front of me agreed. As did the customer behind me.
My husband went into the store after I got home to speak to the manager and she refused to speak to him and walked away went into the office and closed the door. She said she was going to call the police because he took a picture to confirm which cashier I was referring too..
I feel both the manager and the cashier should be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!
Because of this I will not return to this store and will advise the other residents in my adult community to do the same.

Dollar Tree service.

I have submitted pictures of proof. Currently standing in a line of 17 families (familes, not amount of people standing in this line) One register is open. This has happened on multiple occasions at this location. I have always given the benefit of the doubt, maybe some one called in, maybe they're under staffed etc. This however is ridiculous. What absolutely horrible service!

Dollar Tree The whole store is nasty

I like the Dollar Tree and this one is convient to where I live and work.
I am soooooo tired of the front of this store looking like a pig pen...also the inside is hardly ever clean. If it was my store, I would want to make it more inviting. I I see this filth again, I am taking pictures. My place of work is right behind this store and we take pride in our building.

Dollar Tree store always empty

I live close and this dollar tree is a huge disappointment! Its hardly ever stocked.U-boats sitting in the back of the aisles full and nobody stocking. We asked the 1 employee there he said they dont wanna pay employees to stock shelves. Please im tired of driving to other dollar trees because the one closest is always empty. If u did a visit u can see for urself. Many customers are upset they just dont know who to complain to.

Dollar Tree my check

Hello I been reach out since 6/26 regarding my PTO. Check they responded saying send my address I did that so I called on 7/15 to see what was going on I finally spoke with someone and he said he was going to send an email so he can stop payment on the first check and send out another one to the correct address because you guys sent the first one to the wrong address I never revenants email I been calling only to be sent to voicemail I left over 5 voicemails to different people and emails still no response

Dollar Tree i’m an employee

I was fired Monday July 15, 2019 for no reason by new manger Tianna. I have worked there for over a year she fired me because she claims I was a no call no show which isn't true assistant manager provided her information that I contacted her an called out for health reasons on Thursday July 11th please get back to me I'm 3 months pregnant and since she's been manger she has tried writing me up for things that did not make since I have complained to my assistant manger who have been there way before she became store manger my number is [protected] thank you

Dollar Tree customer service

The workers here never want to work. Always in the back talking amount each other. They will only have one register open the line is incredibly long is horrible no one want to work the place is always empty is ridiculous.Everyone complaints they will talk back to the customer so rude. People come in and steal like is nothing and they don't do anything. They would walk out and leave the one person on the only register open alone is so disorganized always a mess, almost nothing in stock ever.

Dollar Tree long lines, manager in office and cashier raising her voice at me and others in line

I was in the Dollar Tree at Chene and E. Jefferson in Detroit this afternoon at about 3:25pm. There was one cashier open and she had an issue with ringing up a customer. Needless to say, the line continued to get longer and longer. It took about five minutes for the manager to come out of the office after the cashier hailed her over the PA system. The manager and someone else came to the register, handled the issue and promptly returned to the office even though by that time there were at least fifteen customers in line. Another five to seven minutes go by before the manager (who I later found out is named Micka) and the other person (who I found out later is named Corey) returned to the floor. Corey said something aloud as she walked up to a register. I asked her what she said and she responded to me, "I didn't say nothing to you" in a nasty and loud voice. I asked because I thought she said that she would take the next person in line - that would have been me. When I told her what I thought she said, she again snapped "I didn't say nothing to you." Several people in the line said that they thought like me and that she had actually said she would take the next person in line. Corey then spoke up and said, "I don't have any reason to be talking to you at all" and kept mumbling something. The manager was standing there the entire time this was going on but said and did absolutely nothing Corey, who clearly worked in the store as she was standing at a register. Corey had such a nasty attitude, raised her voice at me and kept rolling her eyes that many of the waiting customers began to comment on it. The cashier who was working the register at the only open line (Mia) kept apologizing for Corey and how she talked to me. I told Mia not to worry about it because she was doing her job and ringing up customers. After Corey walked out of the store Micka walked to register #1. As she was walking to the register I asked if she was the manager. When she confirmed that she was the manager, I asked if I could speak with her. Her response shocked most of us standing in line! She said "I'll talk to you when I have time" and just walked away. I spend too much time and money in that location to be treated in the manner that I experienced today and will not return to the store! I'd rather pay more for a product than to be talked to the way I was today. I've overlooked the dirty and unstocked condition of this location many times plus have let the fact that they don't enforce the handicap parking laws slide, but today's experience has done it for me. I passed by the rear of the store when leaving and saw that the dumpster was overflowing with trash hanging out of the top and was all over the ground. Evidently, management of this store needs more training on how to properly run a store and some of the employees need more training on proper customer service.

Dollar Tree mgr alan

Has not been the first time this person has been rude and ugly. Not sure if it is towards me alone or just his way. Which people skills is one of the requirements for any job at least is what I believe. From a manager it is expected. I would have slide it as I have from priors visits. But this time he did it in front of my kid. Now that irritated me even more. Now I will need to go out of my way to another store just to not receive the service I receive each time I go there. I felt I needed to let you all know. Thank you.

Dollar Tree complaint with manager melissa

I work at Dollar Tree in Carson California. Store Number is 5475. I need to make a complaint regarding my Store Manager Melissa #5475 . On Friday July 12, 2019 I went in to work in the afternoon I was cashiering and Melissa was leaving the store, I asked her if the schedule is out yet.Melissa said she was working on it. So I said okay She than told me oh yours is ready you come in at 1:30 pm Monday July So I asked her I dont work the weekend.. Melissa said no. So on Sunday July 14th Melissa calls me in at 11:45am to tell me I go in at 12:30pm I am on Schedule and I told her ... YOU TOLD ME NOT TO COME IN THIS WEEKEND I AM OUT OF TOWN IN SAN DIEGO .. So she said let me see what I can do. Melissa hung up on me without saying Bye or anything else. So On Monday July 15 2019 I came in like what she said on Friday I came in at 1:30pm what was my schedule. She told me I am not on schedule . So she sent me home. I dont think She is a good Manager I really think she needs to go get more classes. She very rude to employees.She has very poor communication skills, Melissa is not a friendly Manager. Also lots of employees in store 5475 wants to quit because Melissa does not know how to talk to us at the store. I dont think that was right that Melissa sent me home for her mistake. I did called district manager Ray. And I told Ray what happen yesterday and I dont think he was listening to me what I felt . Ray said He will call Melissa because he said its 2 sides of the story will call me back and he didnt call me back. I fell not comfortable working at Dollar tree and I just started July 1 2019. Dollar Tree store uncleanliness

I have been in several Dollar Tree stores in various states. I have never seen a store so poorly managed as the one in Plainfield, IN. The floors look like they have never been swept. There are boxes and products sitting in all the aisles. Normally, there is only one cashier in the store. I have yet to see a manager anywhere in the store. I have heard numerous complaints about this store but nothing seems to be corrected. What can be done to make this store presentable? I have started going to the Dollar Tree in the neighboring town rather than this one.

Dollar Tree the manager

I was told to come in for an interview. I came in that same day. Dressed well and respectful. And the manager did not even come out of her office. She just stuck her head out very rudely and said sorry we are full staffed. She did not even get off her phone speaking to me. No explanation. It makes no sense that earlier that day she told me to come back. It could've been handled a lot better.

Dollar Tree managers customer service or lack thereof

I was in the North Conway NH making a purchase today. As I got up to register I greeted the cashier and she did not respond. No worries I thought maybe she did not hear me. She gave me my total and I was paying cash and it was a $50 bill she would not take it. She just said I can't take that I can't make change. I said is there a manager? She responded that she was the manager. I said can you please check other drawers for change., It is almost mid day. There are no signs indicating certain bills will not be taken all I want to do is be a customer and make a purchase. She said she can't until their drawers open so I asked her to go wait for a drawer to open and see. Well what do you know a drawer can make change. She was rude from that point on. I have been a local customer service manager for almost 20 years. A customer should never be discouraged to make a purchase at any business. As a manager you should be making a customer feel at ease and the customer should not be giving you options for making change from cash. I always pay with cash at Dollar tree because there is not rate being paid by the merchant.
Anyway, I was very unhappy and as I tried to let her know how unhappy I was she just said whatever and asked for someone to come and check out in her line. You may want to think about who you have as management let alone just a cashier. Very upsetting

Dollar Tree store is an accident waiting to happen.

Boxes are stacked high .aisles are blocked, filthy refrigerators and floors . Items all over the place, open food, rat droppings . Pure filth & hazardous . They always have a smelly old bucket full of filthy water near the food also the garbage can is near the food and in the middle of the aisle . The store smells and has so much dirt and items all over the floors .Everything in there is disgusting .It is a health violation and violates OSHA safety standards . if something dosent get done I will involve the media to get this store in a decent condition . It's not fit for an animal .

Dollar Tree service

We were at your new dollar tree store at the Rochester Crossings just witnessed a verbal fight two employees about one not being able to go home do to company policy about two people in the store. I can understand the employee's frustration about this because her ride was there, and she wasn't gonna "F in walk home" language got worse outside my 8 doesn't need to hear. Not looking for anything free not looking for jobs just maybe they a little training about language if you have any questions feel free to contact me [protected]

Dollar Tree customer service

Please do not visit this location. Every visit at this location has been horrible and has gotten no better. This location has rude, ghetto unprofessional employees. If you want to walk into a hot, funky place with expired, out dated broken merchandise come here. The employees steal, takes in schedule breaks. I've witnessed on multiple occasions lines of 5 of more people waiting to cash out, while the employees stand around talking to one another take smoke breaks(not cigs, I'm talking weed)
I'm just so appalled by this location, the store the people etc. management please do something.

This Dollar Tree website has a lot of daily traffic so you may get both, quality buyers and scammers both, so beware so l recommend you to get your products from (ganja-estates. com) there are legit and safe to get your stuffs without any worries

This is not a complaint. I'd actually like to praise Tammy at the beltline location in Alton, Illinois. I could not find the baby aspirin, so when she asked if I found everything ok, I asked her where the baby aspirin was, and she found it for me, saving me time, another trip, gas, and more money. Thank you Tammy.
