Dollar Tree store over all

Yes, I went in today to grab a few little things FIRST OF ALL YOUR TEAM IS NOT USING THE FIFO METHOD! U HAVE EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON SHELVES. How I know well I picked up a bg of pork skins dates for October.13 today is the 27 the in front of that bg she was putting on the shelf a bg dated nov. 10th. This store is always dirty do as of today I will not be shopping at dollar tree any longer... If you don't do something bout all the items in the isles someone will end up getting hurt. Dollar Tree manager complaint

I am writing this email in a very upset state so please excuse any typos. This morning I visited one of your Dollar Tree stores; store # 7034 located at 2603 Thonotosassa Rd Plant City, FL 33563 and received very humiliating and embarrassing treatment from of all people the store manager by the name of Stacy. I went to the store to purchase a Sunday newspaper and when I entered I asked if they had them in and replied yes, but with a scowl on her face (not welcoming at all). I got in line with the person who rode to the store with me to make our purchase, but after I made my purchase and my friend was making hers she then asked if we lived in the same household and I replied no we do not. Stacy snickered and walked off and everyone in line as well as the cashier all looking at us as if we were stealing something. I know the newspapers are 3 per person, but I do not appreciate being questioned about my household especially when others who were also in line making the same purchase was not asked these questions about their household. This was very embarrassing and when I asked the cashier for her name to file this complaint she yelled from mid back of the store "my name is Stacy s.t.a.c.y" as if I also could not spell. This may not seem a big deal to anyone else, but we were also the only African Americans in the store and I feel we were also being racially profiled and I want something done about it.

Dollar Tree restroom usage

I asked assistant manager who said his name was derma who was at the register he wouldn't spell his name for me asked what I needed it for.. He Says couldn't leave the line to open the bathroom remind you I was shopping and couldn't complete my shopping as I desperately needed to use the restroom..in the future I would hope my elderly grandmother would not have to encounter such an inconsiderate individual who sets a bad name for your store. Please address this situation expeditiously.. Thanks In Advance

Dollar Tree wrongful termination

On Sept 26, 2019 I had just finished working and had clocked out. I went to pick up my trash and anything else that was on the floor. There was an opened box of gift bags on the floor and shelf so I was picking them up when the DM came in. I explain that I wasn't working, I was just picking up my mess and he told me not to worry about it. I put my trash on the boat and pushed it into the warehouse and then shopped a little, talked with the mgr and went outside to smoke with the cashier before I went home. The next morning, I went to work when Carmen called me to the warehouse and told me that Jonathan had called HR to see if he could terminate me. I don't know what he told them but they said ok. I called him to ask what was going on and why did he say I was working off the clock and he said there was nothing he could do about it now. I tried calling and emailing Jessica Feldman from HR but got no response . I was not working off the clock. I did not open any boxes and stock them. The sign in the breakroom says don't pass it up, pick it up and I got fired for doing that. This bs has been going on since I filed my first complaint about 5-6 months ago. The ops manager, Alycia Martinez and a few of the cashiers are willing to confirm this but the store manager will not go against Jonathan because she doesn't want to get involved or have him mad at her . Even if I would've been working off the clock which I wasn't, the next step would've been suspension. I did get a write up around the first of the year for working off the clock and haven't done it since then. I would like to have my job back. Jonathan has me not rehireable. He shaves hours and has everyone working like dogs so he can get a bigger bonus. Every store that he is in charge of is a mess. He has single handedly ran the store into the ground and puts the blame on the store manager. He shouldn't be allowed to manage any store. He has broken more policy rules than any of us ever could. I believe this is why he fired me. I want my job back and for him to step down. We need an honest person who is going to treat the employees right. Can you please help me with this issue? I will be contacting labor forces and the city code inspector next. The store will not pass.

Dollar Tree employee

I came in today, couldnt find a manger asked a short haired mixed female employee if I could have 1 empty box she was done with. It was to make my son a costume out of that has Autism, thats only 6 yrs old I eben told her. She was VERY rude and stated she couldn't give no box it has to go in trash. Thats just ridiculous! My son wanted to be Thomas the Train which no costumes could be found in store, so I was gonna make one. I came all the way back in after yesteday employee told me to come back today, they done broke down boxes for the evening.

Dollar Tree the store in general. appearance mostly.

The front door has been broken since probably the first part of August. It shouldn't take too long to replace the glass in a door. Here it is almost 3 months later and it still looks like this. The store on the inside looks run down. Not much of an updated selection like I see from other Dollar Tree stores. So now I am having to drive 30 miles away to find better items. Pretty sad. The people working there are either creepy or dirty. This place is nothing like it was when it first opened up.

Dollar Tree manager

Tonight Marrissa rudely did not honor the reduced sign 4 for 1.00 garlic bologna. She made her employee remove the sign. It was clearly stated but the registrar rang up 1.00 because there was no 25 cent sticker on them. She needs training on dealing with seniors. She told me to pay 1.00. She also didn't honor what her store sign said but removed it.

NOBODY GAVE INTO ME. THE MANAGER HERSELF ONCE AGAIN HAD AN EMPLOYEE REMOVE THE SIGN ABOVE THE ITEM (WHY) SHE EXPLAINED BECAUSE IF A RED TAG IS ON THE ITEM THE CASHIER WILL RING UP THAT PRICE AS OPPOSED TO WHAT THE REGISTAR SCANS THE PRICE ON THE BARCODE. OK DO YOU UNDERSTAND. SOOOOO ALL I AM SAYING IS SHE COULD HAVE HONORED THE PRICE BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT THE SIGN SAID. No they did not. Actually for your information the manager said she was going to price them down herself when she had time. I told you already she couldn't ring it up 25 cents because THE RED STICKER WASNT ON LIKE THE ONES ON THE OTHER ITEMS IN THE PICTURE. WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO UNDETSTAND. ITS NOT ABOUT LIES. YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH THAT WORD. WHY WOULD I LIE. I MERELY SAID THE MANAGER COULD HAVE HONORED THE CLEARANCE PRICE. SHE SAW THE SUGN. I don't have any problems. Let me be first to tell you dollar tree sells items at discount. Did you see the other items in the picture. They have red tags and are all markdowns. Welcome to the world of markdowns. I went back the following day and PURCHASED it for 25 cents.Good luck to you and pleasant shopping. By the way the bologna was delicious. I shared it with my friend.

They made me so angry that I threatened to beat up a baby. A baby was crying I told the mother that if she did not stop the baby from crying that I would slap the baby. This is why they gave me the price. They wanted me to leave before i hit the baby. This is why they gave me the balogini for 25 cents. IT WAS garlic flavour and it was delicious.

Dollar Tree service

I sent in a complaint about 2wks ago about the cashier making sexual comments to my 16 yr old son, this [censored] is in her late 60's with bottle blonde hair. I went back to the store today and the old nasty [censored] is still there. What I do not understand is how a company can keep around an employee that will talk to a customer that way let alone a minor. No one should go into explicit details on how pop-rocks are used to give head and to ditch me his mother so she can show him! She is lucky I didn't jump the counter and kick her [censored]!

Dollar Tree unethical behavior

10/24/19 — The store manager, Clay, rang up my items at the register. He scanned my bottle of soda and placed it on the ledge. I politely asked him if he could place it in a bag. He initially ignored me so I asked him again. He then rudely stated that most customers take the bottle in their hand and that the store often runs out of bags. I explained that I am not "most customers". He then said, "You need to sashay yourself out of here! This is my store! I will get DeKalb County to escort you out of here." This occurred in front of several other customers in the store. He was also rude to a customer that was in front of me. As a senior citizen and customer I should not have to deal with such disrespect. Clay is the rudest person I have come across in about 25 years. I usually have a good experience at Dollar Tree stores, but not today! Clay is a terrible representative of your company, especially as a manager setting an example for other store employees. I recommend he be terminated from the company. A response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dollar Tree store and manager

Store is always a mess. Shelves not stocked.manager is rude and talks about employees and customers in front of others customers.i heard her tell an employee that a customer came in and said this is the worst dollar store she told the customer there are other dollar stores she can go to.i have included pictures of the store.it has looked this way for 3 days.

Dollar Tree i'm complaining about the manager

My daughter recently had put a application in doing to do stocking so ms. Tracy also the manager call my daughter and told her to come to the interview October 16 /2019 at 9am and my daughter had went to the interview that day and Ms.Tracy told her that she didn't need any help at this time when she did need sockers and my daughter just wasting her time to go to this interview y'all need to get a new manager there because this manager is disrespectful and rude and she is prejudice the address of the store we complaining about is 454 Us_ 90 suite A Waveland Mississippi 39576

I was at work is this was Monday storm on South Harvard Cassie is the manager give me a call I have a emergency that came up and I was already in a bad mood with my name is Nelson Edwards and the way that that the managers are their store talk to you if it's like to make they feel like you're beneath them so I clocked out and left come home to make sure that my house didn't catch on fire but they don't care about nobody but theyselves I'm calling in if I can get to come back for my job I would like to go to a different store because the way they talk to you is ridiculous please give me a call at your earliest convenience my phone number is [protected] thank you

Dollar Tree cashiers

I am writing to you because i was at your el toro store and one register broke down and so they opened another one and we got sent to that one then Marv starting picking people to go there but he completely discriminated all of the latinos and black in there. He went thru the lane and picked certain people instead of getting the first ones in line. He told us no you stay there. What kind of crap is that!? You guys are really going to have racism here? And then the other cashier started apeaking spanish to us because we look mexican?!? What the heck! We speak clear English!

Dollar Tree big issue with your store employees, all of them, had problems with them in the past. complained to the store manager on duty at the time!!

Been shopping there since it was deals and five below, long time customer. Had problems in the past with this store, and, complained to the store Manager on duty! Staff is very rude, ignorant, and Stephanie is the major problem! They have problems with their register and with the new system! The Mgr. on duty, (Afro-American is also rude), they do not know what they're doing at that store and the store was a big mess as well. Nothing was in its' place, and very unorganized! Dollar Tree assistant managers unprofessional behaviour

On Sunday October 20, 2019. At the dollar tree in Rosepark in the afternoon. I was shopping and I heard the Assistant Manager tell the cashier that she did not care that a family member of hers was in the hospital. I felt that was unprofessional and cruel of her to say that in front of customers. I was so upset I felt like walking out of the store and not purchasing my items. Dollar Tree store manager

I shop at this Dollar Tree at 2507 Springs Road in Hickory, NC a lot. I've witnessed this female manager on more then one occasion being rude to customers and her employees. I've witnessed her speak disrespectful to her staff. If you would offer me to work under her for $50.00 an hour, I would say NO WAY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. She raises her voice, she has an office thats NOT private, so you can hear everything she says and she does NOT speak softly. I went to this Dollar Tree on Thursday Oct. 17, 2019. When I walked into the store, the first thing I saw and her was this female manager was helping a lady with Balloons. The customer was telling her the item number of the balloons she wanted, . Well they were out of a couple of the ones she wanted, and whether she misunderstood or not, the customer said again that she just wanted that balloon and the manager got snippy and wit a rude tone said "I told you we dont have that one and you keep asking for the same one". The customer replied "I'm sorry, don't hear well. It was her her tone and body language, that showed her disrespect. Then I went shopping around the store and then I was ready to check out. I got in line and the customer in front of me paid with a 100 dollar bill and the cashier, did not have enough t give her the correct change back, so she had to call a (code 9, I believe) so the manager came and took the 100.00 and went back into her office to change it out. Well, while the cashier was waiting for the money, her line started to get long, so the cashier called a (code 10) for another cashier to open, and all of a sudden, you hear the manger say from INSIDE her NOT private office (Why is she calling that, and saying it wasn't necessary and it was ridiculous) and she was mad that she called the code. I looked at the cashier and said "does she always act and talk like this to her employees and customers?" Like I said, this is not the first time I've seen her be rude and its NOT RIGHT OR FAIR TO THE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE TO WORK UNDER HER. There is another Dollar Tree in Hickory NC, so I'm going to that one now, because I refuse to give her my business. You need to evaluate that store and her management skills. If I do happen to go in there again some day and she is acting ride, I will cal her out. Thank you for your time.

Dollar Tree dirty

I went in the store and the place is a mess and the shelf's are nasty they have mud caked on it is very disgusting if you don't do anything about it I will report it to the bbb they will take care of it you have food their and it's a health issue you need to train your employees how to clean it's like that a mess in almost every store you go in. Its not far to the customers come in and see this

Our store in Port Orchard is the same way, a filthy hodge podge mess which is directly due to poor store managers, the previous manager Jason kept the store clean, well stocked and nobody waited in line, even when he was on the line with corp and they needed a cashier he would come out and help out, he was always working with other employees, not hiding in an office, he was a hands on manager that had the store running like a clock, even when he was off he had trained everyone and things ran smooth, a week after they transferred him to another store most of the employees went with him or left, the new manager does nothing, 8 people waiting in line, no cashiers and this manager will often have a friend come in a shop and visit and check them out while everyone else stands in 8 deep lines with one cashier.
Now a new Dollar Tree has opened in Lake Katheryn Washington, day four, shelves mostly bare, one cashier, 10 people in line floor is filthy and two people hiding in the office doing nothing...Dollar Tree SUCKS!

Dollar Tree dollar tree

The manager at this location, located in the Sacramento drive shopping center is very unprofessional. She always has a attitude. I brought a glass from this location and she didn't wrap it, so I asked can I get some new paper or something so it would break as easy. The manager told me she didn't have anything, so I asked could she wrap it in Dollar tree bags, she told me no. When I was leaving she put my change down on the belt. I asked her for her name she ignored me. On October 21, I went in and she had the same attitude I heard a customer say she is a nasty person. She was just not customer friendly. Thanks Ms Welch

Dollar Tree rude employee

The woman checking me out today was extremely rude. I selected cash back while making my purchase and she tapped her nails at the sign which requested I ask first before doing this. I had my children with me and completely missed it. She rolled her eyes at me as I apologized and announced to everyone in line how she couldn't wait to have a drink due when she gets off. I was so embarrassed and hurried out of the store. I wish I had the woman's name, but she was an older African American woman checking out customers at 11am on 10/21/19. I hope no one has to encounter her service or off-putting attitude. I will select a different store location further away for fear of seeing her again.

Dollar Tree service

On several occasions the store has been closed due to difficulties, but the employees that work here are know drug addicts, one lady has sores an needle marks all over her arms, another lady has her boyfriend with her the entire day she works each day she works, he even goes to the back following her, he is rude to the customers an sells drugs out of the store, I don't know them personally but I've seen what goes on with my own eyes, the employees are rude an half the time are out side smoking instead of helping the customers, they constantly have signs up saying they are closed for one reason or another, im a single mom who likes shopping here, it helps me alot but your employees are making this place look bad
