The manger at that store is so rude. The cashiers need help! There is always 5 or more in line every time I go in. There's never enough help in the evening. For a store so busy you would think they would have more help. There was a good manager there named Teresa . Not sure what happen to her. Thought she was the main manger but I guess that's what Nikki is. Hope Teresa returns soon.

Dollar Tree customer service

I stopped in to make my purchases after being rung up and handing LAURA the cashier my money she slaps the other side of the counter and condescendingly orders me over here. And then gives me my change. I am a 64 Male I am a business owner. You really need to coach laura as she has zero interpersonal skills she has no business being at the register as this is the first impression and last impression that the customer comes away with. Perhaps she is better suited in the back room. But, she is most likely the ASM. I wont return to any Dollar Tree if this is not addressed. Date of visit was 9/7/19 13:01 P.M.

Dollar Tree customer service

On 9/5/19 my husband purchased two large shopping bags full of plastic containers he thought would work for freezing peaches. They were the wrong kind. I went back to exchange them for the right ones. They did not have what I needed. The girl at the check out was less than a desirable person to deal with. She kept checking out this other customer and yelled for the manager Charles. He came out of the office eating something excused himself as he took a few steps away and belched. Came back and apologized saying he didn't want to burp in front of me. I can appreciate that, just not how he did it. Once I told him what happened he said they don't do refunds, period. I said but you don't have what I need. He said sorry there was nothing he could do. I left, did not take the containers with me because I couldn't use them. He didn't offer that I could get anything else. My husband shops there all the time and every 2-3 weeks he spends 30-50 dollars on candy so I have candy at work for my coworkers in my office. I am still speechless. They or you have lost a great customer. What losers you gave working there. No respect for the customer. WOW

My complaint is that this store is very dirty everytime I go here. The manager spends most of his time in the office. The lines are backed up and only one cashier is working.. Dollar Tree store exterior & interior dirty trashy

Exterior and interior store is dirty trashy. Garbage along the curve of the front entrance Dirty baby diapers in the crevices of the front entrance dirty ones own, and in the parking areas and soon as you entered the door the doors are filthy dirty and the carpet entering inside the doors need to be cleaned and vacuumed very dirty unorganized down the aisles it has stuff that people just have thrown on the floor and remains on the floor. Shows no respect for store nor the people!

This Dollar Tree allows it's Semi-Truck drivers to Sleep behind their store day and night. The trucks idle all day and all night causing our house to constantly shake from the engine. This is a horrible location for this company with no management or oversight to protect our neighborhood from it's financial gain. This is not a truck stop and all of the crime that happens while these truckers are parked at is unacceptable.

Dollar Tree this store is so messed up

this store is so dirty and cluttered you can't hardly walk around in it. the shelves look all disarrayed things are so mixed up you can't find anything. I hate this because I really love dollar tree. there are boxes all around that haven't been put on the shelves. It would also look much better if they would keep the outside picked up. There are cigarette butts and trash everywhere.

Dollar Tree 65-year-old woman denied access to rest room (dollar tree, fairview rd, costa mesa)

No stars! Today I was shopping at Dollar Tree, Fairview Ave, Costa Mesa, California. I am 65, Caucasian, and appropriately dressed (I am not a homeless person or anything like that) and I seldom need a rest room while shopping (but today I did). I politely asked a (young) cashier if someone would please open the rest room and she said she would call someone (I heard her make an announcement over the PA system). I waited at the back of the store (near the rest rooms) but no one came. I went back to the casher to ask about status and she referred me to a very rude woman (middle aged, Hispanic appearance). The woman acknowledged that she knew that I was waiting for the rest room but had decided to ignore my request to assist customers at checkout instead. OMG, I was shocked! It would have only taken a couple of minutes to help me out. Too bad for the store since I was about to purchase over $100 in supplies for a party next week!
Feeling mistreated (and possibly discriminated against), I will never be back to this particular store; and (to protect others) will share this disappointing experience with my classmates, women's groups, Facebook contacts and people at my church so they can steer clear of this awful place!

Dollar Tree overcharged

Check your receipt! No refunds EVEN if overcharged!
My daughter and I bought some items we wanted to try, unsure if the product was going to be good or not, the cashier double and triple charged us...when I went back to get my money they told me no, they don't do refunds but I can go get 8 items, I didn't need 8 items anymore, I should have been able to have the cash they took from me!

I never left the store. They charged me for 5 of the same items when I only had 4 and was still in the store with the bags and receipt and they would not give the money back. Said I had to take another item! I didn’t want another item. It was their mistake,. Not mine. It was not a return. It was an overcharge. How can they get away with that?

I had the same thing happen to me today. I purchased 8 of the same item and the employee charged me for 12. I went back in the store and was told to go get 4 more things they don't give refunds. How is it considered a refund? I didn't bring back any items? It's total B.S. It was their error, not mine but i had to pay for it. I guess these stores can just steal money from customers because that is what it really is. Money is pretty tight these days, i could have used that 5.25 toward an extra gallon of gas to get back and forth to work.

Dollar Tree customer service call

I called the customer service 800 # and was put on hold auto for 35 mins first time and call back LONG DISTANCE # for 10 minutes. I do not believe operators where busy handling calls- I do believe THERE ARE NO OPERATORS. My complaint was with store # 1701 in Frederick MD. It looked like a PIG STY and I was not able to even shop. ONLY one person there. The cashier and she was busy. I realize it is a $ store but I shop them in other local and states an have NEVER seen anything like this. I assume since you do not employ a customer service dept- YOU DO NOT CARE. I am sure your management must be of the age and mentality if there is not an app for it you do not know what to do. TOO BAD. I went to store 1691 in Frederick the same day and was very happy with store and a VERY NICE associate named Sherry. She said she was sorry for my experience and thanked me for at least coming there. I am absolutely positive NOTHING will be done to correct this. You should be grateful for the cashier at #1701 and employee Sherry at # 1691. I guess I will read soon that dollar Store will be closing with a CORP as such. Gerry Boglitsch

Dollar Tree being told to go home for something I didn't do

A family member of mine bouGht me Some things Aug 28from dollar tree while I was on the clock the bags mysteriously disappear I go to look for the bags I don't see them so I already knew what my family Member purchased so I went around the store to retrieve my items Again I come back to work Monday and I was told to go home because I was Stealing and I walked out the store with 5 bags which is not true AND because I didn't Fill out the loss prevention form SayingI did it She tOld me to go home the only thing I'm feel I'm guilty for is not getting a bag check before I left the building And she informed me that if I did not fill out the form she was going to do it anyway because it didn't matter loss prevention and HR wants to know what owa's doing and I told her she said Do I want to change my story I told her no And I told her I was going to make a complaint for being accused of something I did not do
