Your cashier Ruth was very uptight and rude with me. I asked where a product was and she was very snippy and didn't seem to care to help. She gave me very short answers in such a rude town. If it wasn't for her assistant I would not shop at this store again. The cashier, Briana, decided to take over. She went above and beyond to help me and guide me in to1 multiple people things I was looking for. She was beyond polite and helpful! Thank you Briana for making my shopping trip at one of my favorite stores a delight again!
not enough shelf stockers
This store constantly has loads of boxes blocking aises. You can see into the storeroom where is is packed with boxes yet shelves constantly bare of many products. I just want to say I am very disappointed with the Dollar Tree in the KMart Plaza in West Babylon, NY. My husband and I were there on Saturday 10/26/2019 and the store was a total disaster. The shelves were empty, there were boxes upon boxes on the dollies, no wagons to be found because there were wagons in the store but they were loaded with all kinds of stuff in them. It was a total mess. Now let's fast forward to 11/1/2019. Again I went to the same store, this time with older women(1 who is 86 and the other who is 85). The store was in the same shape as it was from the week before. Empty shelves, boxes on dollies, and again no wagons anywhere. If this problem is not fixed, this store will be closing its doors because everyone that came through those doors were complaining. Some people even walked out without shopping. It really is a disgrace. I really hope something will be done to rectify this problem.

I have been waiting so long for this store to finally hit close to my home I love dollar tree! The first day of opening I knew a lot of the employees would be overwhelmed and the cashier who rang me up was very rude and kept talking about her coworkers under her breathe, she never noticed me as if she was a robot and gave me the rudest attitude and like I said I thought maybe it was because the new store opening so she was overwhelmed well I have visited the store again and she was working again only this time she looked as if she was going to be like the postal killer and just end everyone's lives she was giving me yet again another attitude when I asked where something was because the store seems to be set up opposite than the one I'm used to in stroudsburg well she let me know how they favored the new store manager and made sure they matched her left handed and how she thinks the set up is [censored] and how she is being treated is horrible and how unprofessional dollar trees is to it's employees she literally had a mental break down and than ripped me a new one all in one question and answer she kept saying how in her store where she's from things aren't like this and she couldn't wait to go back to her home store where people actually give a [censored] and have common sense. She than told me that to let everyone know never to work for such a [censored]ty company specially one that's built on favoritism. When all I asked was where the baby Section was to get my nephew a pacifier. Y'all need to rethink this when I asked the cashier who was very overwhelmed yet had a smile on her face if I may speak to a manager she pointed and it was the women who looked like any minute she was going postal I said I was very sorry for this young pregnant lady.

Yesterday I was unable to get into the store at 580 Atlanta Rd. Suite 222, Cumming, Ga. 30040. (for 9 AM)I was told by the employee in the parking lot that the manager overslept & would not be there for a while. This is the second or third time the store has not opened on time due to the manager being late. I think this should be called to your attention. You are evidently losing business. I know my husband & i left & did not make the purchased we intended.
