Dollar Tree stock not put out and manager doesn't follow protocol

Hi I live in Lafayette TN and visit the Dollar Tree stores very regularly. I do a lot of crafts and love getting my supplies from your stores. I even post what I make on your fb craft site advertising what I've made and that everything came from the Dollar Tree. I am very disappointed in the Lafayette store. Every time I've gone over the entire month of November they've had Christmas stock in boxes and not out on the floor. By Thanksgiving weekend I thought for sure the stock would all be out and when I visited last weekend stock was still sitting in boxes on the floor and what Christmas stock they had out had already been picked through and the Christmas wall was VERY EMPTY. I had ask a cashier weeks ago if they were going to get more stock and her response was they have so much stock in the back they just can't get to it. This made me think they were understaffed. The next week I had a return and I had my receipt. I only wanted to do an exchange. I learned who the manager was. I moved to Lafayette from Portland. She swapped out the items without ever having me sign anything or reringing what I had returned and deducting it from my receipt. Yesterday I realized I had forgot an item I needed to finish my centerpiece so I went to your Portland TN store which is 40 minutes from me. I took some items back that I had bought as a substitute for what I really needed for my floral arrangement hoping the Portland store would have what I needed. I had bought these items at the Lafayette store. Not only did Portland have what I needed I was amazed at the stock they had on the floor and remembered how nice the Portland store was. This time when I made my return I didn't have my receipt but thought it wasn't going to be a big deal. Well I was wrong. The manager showed me on the bottom of another receipt their store policy. She let me swap my items but said next time to keep my receipt. It was then I realized it was the management you have at your Lafayette store and not the store itself. I love Dollar Tree. I often visit your Hendersonville and Gallatin store as well and they are all nice and well stocked. So my complaint is against your management of the Lafayette store. She is not following your protocol and not managing your stock very well.

Thanks for time

Dollar Tree justin g store manager

I have been going to the store on Pattonwood Drive for about a year. Store#6620.
The other employees have to put up with his verbal abuse, as well as customers.
He has turned out the lights on me while still store hours. Doesn't come to the register knowing I'm there. He has followed me around the store during the day. I am a teacher spend a lot of money there and I don't need to be harassed.
On November 30th, I was speaking to my friend on my bluetooth coming down the isle turned left. He looked at me and hit me with the cart. I go you just got me with a cart. He goes get out of the store. I go you just got me with a cart. I just had a basket. I was facing the pine gol and he hit the back of my left foot achilles tendons there is a bruise and it hurts to walk on.
He trained to punch me in the face and he would kill me if he ever saw me outside this store. He called the cops I called them when I got home.
I want him fired. I have witnessness and a video of him threatening me, as well my injury. He verbally and physically abused me.

Dollar Tree clerk did not provide all of product purchased

My son went to store 1324 on 12/2/17 to purchase 2 newspapers, the clerk handed him the papers however she did not provide him with the coupons that come with the paper. I called the store and the person who picked up was told about this mishap, she stated that there was nothing she could do, I requested the manager she stated she was the manager, I requested her name and she would not provide it to me. Nor did she check with 5he other cashier to ask if she sold newspapers without handing out the coupons.

Dollar Tree customer services

The cashier, Pamela, insulted me and cursed me out because I asked her to put my glass items in a bag. This was after she made me wrap them in newspaper even though as a cashier it is her job. She had not finished bagging our items when she moved on to the next guest. I asked her to put them in a bag and her response was, "why didn't I f****** put them in the bag?" and it escalated from there. This was unacceptable behavior from her especially since used to work at a Dollar Tree and know what a cashier is supposed to do. Despite her attitude and insults her other associates laughed at the situation instead of stopping her. This cashier needs to get fired. Her name is Pamela, African American, with red hair. She should have not treated me or my mother this way. Completly unnacceptable. This happens at the Dollar Tree located at 5770 Hollister Rd i, Houston, TX 7704 on December 1, 2017.

Dollar Tree store filthy

Hello we went to the Grand Island NE Dollar Tree on 11/30/2017 at about 8:00 P.M. at night, and that store is so filthy I felt like I needed to go take a shower after visiting. Food particles on the floor, looks as though the floor hasn't been vacuumed in months, boxes of stuff in each isle. I understand that the truck may have just arrived but it looked awful. The clerk that checked us out looks as though her hands hadn't been washed for days, and she was touching my items as well as my food. I am disgusted, and if I were the manager of the store I would be embarrassed to say I worked there. Something needs to be done, I can't believe they can sell food items and have such a deplorable store.

Dollar Tree dollar tree management

Going to the dollar tree on Bloomingdale is becoming worse. There use to be a really nice blonde girl who ran the store and they said shes gone. Now the store is crumbling and the managers are so rude except the young girl. The manager with long red hair is extremely rude to not just customers but the way she talks to other employees is uncalled for. The black manager is way worse than any of them. Her attitude stinks and she's down right rude to everyone. Someone really needs to look into this store. I even saw people working but not dressed appropriately. And the CELL PHONES WOW everyone is always on the cell phones. This store is falling apart and its becoming a clutter on the floor to even shop here. Please fix the issues!

Dollar Tree the manager

On Sat Nov 25th 2017, a young male who I believe is on the handicap side of things approached me as I was leaving dollar tree he asked me if i could purchase him any food or drink. I frequently use this store due to its great staff and clean store. I was checked out by Candy, I remember her name because she is always helpful and pleasant. I purchased a loaf of bread for the boy. No sooner than my driving off The older black gentleman William i believe is his name came and took the loaf of bread the boy told me a few days later. I paid for that bread it was from my heart and i do not appreciate him taking it from who i gave it to. I understand no loitering and it being bad for business but he shouldn't have taken that bread from him it was paid for already. Shame on you William. I hope someone will address this.

Dollar Tree employee

I went early to DollarTree today and I'm also not the type of person to complain because I have retail experience and I understand how frustrating it can get but as i got in line there was 2 people ahead of me and the wait time was no issue although i was in a rush but okay. She rung my stuff up and since i was 2 cents off my card which i had already inserted to be ready for her obviously... I had to take an item off and which i also never do, and quickly changed my mind about the item to another before she actually scanned it off well Leanee seemed to have had a problem with that she literally stopped and looked at me with such a bad attitude, told me to take my card out well im bad tempered but it was my fault so i actually felt bad instead of being upset at the moment. I believe that could of been a huge issue if i wasnt in a rush or it was anyone else because she made it extremely obvious that she was super bothered by such a simple task. I apologized to the lady behind me but it did make me feel unwanted there, like being a customer was a problem ? The customer behind me was looking right at the cashier when the cashier had her tantrum. There was no one behind the customer behind me so I still cant understand why that was a problem to her but that was extremely unprofessional of her and I will continue going there but I will certainly be asking someone else for assistance or to ring me out. I feel like that affected the rest of my day because I have never been treated so badly anywhere and im usually trying to be fast and be ready too but unfortunately had to take something out well as a customer i am able to do that but i really wasnt expecting that type of treatment. I don't appreciate it and its obvious this lady doesnt like her job and that personally makes anyone very uncomfortable. I hope this complaint helps this location and something is actually done about it because I'm pretty sure she was comfortable enough doing that to me, I wasnt the only one shes done that to. Thank you.

Dollar Tree dollar tree does not care about anything but making money

I use to work for Dollar Tree in Spring Tx. and quit back in June of 2017. Before I quit, I try talking to HR, I was trying to tell them what was going on and they did not want to hear it. HIs response was to hang up on me. The other 2 Assistant Managers quit 2 days before me. They also try going to HR, the District Managers and Corporate. You would think they would care that they were losing money due to someone stealing from the Company. So, now I am a customer, and they treat me the same way. Was on hold with corporate, for 45 minutes and never talk to anyone. I just started hitting buttons and leaving messages on their voice mails. Some fast talker called me back and gave my number to another lady. She called me back, was explaining to her what happen last week at the store and I seemed like a bother to her. Of course she said she would notify the DM and let her know. So I am sure that is the last I will hear from anyone. Dollar Tree has the worst customer service ever.

Dollar Tree trash

There is a brand new dollar tree that opened at the corner of German church and 30th street Indianapolis Indiana 46235. This store is less han a month old. This store is less than a half a mile from my home which is great but in this short time the parking lot and beautiful landscaping around the store has become littered with trash. This is sad that the community does this but more sad that the employees are not permitted to keep it clean. I don't want a trashy store on my neighborhood

Dollar Tree couldn't exchange expired air freshener

I had recently purchased an air freshener from dollar tree and didn't notice that it was expired. I hardly ever ask for a receipt when I go, therefore I didn't have a receipt for this transaction. I called to see explaining the situation and asked if I can exchange the air freshener for another one, not asking for my money back, and the lady I spoke to said " well first and for most we can't exchange anything without a receipt so we can't do anything about it." I kindly said "okay thank you" and hung up. I am very disappointed because I shop at dollar tree at least twice a week -if not more. I really love shopping at dollar tree, but this situation really upset me because now I have to throw out an air freshener I used once.

When I clicked on the attached image, I noticed that the code beside the date says PRO, not EXP or SELL BY. So that means the air freshener you bought was manufactured on 7/11/17. It did not expire that day but instead came off the assembly line; no need to buy a new one unless you already threw it out.

Dollar Tree service

Stopped by my local Dollar Tree in Decatur Texas for a few things on our way home as soon as we walked in cashiers look and whispered to each other obviously about us since no one else was coming in at that time the whole 5 minutes we were there we were followed by one of the cashiers as if we were going to steal something and keep in mind all I had was my small clutch wallet my keys and my phone and my nine-year-old daughter, I thought it was just my imagination so we moved from Iowa to I'll just to test it out and of course she was right behind us the whole time never in my life have I experienced this and I am never coming back and I am seriously contemplating contacting my local Hispanic news station because there's discrimination is just ridiculous.

Dollar Tree bad place to work. very unprofessional.

Hired on September 29th. One of the managers asked me if I wanted to close. I said sure. Walked in on my first day. The manager that trained me had a very bad attitude. She may have been on drugs. The head manager was notified about me not having worked the cash register. She teained me for maybe one hour, I was short $36.00 in 2 days. She gives me a write up. From there, I am treated very badly. I was told I needed to speed up. The quota is 150/83 is what I was helping customers. A man tried to proposition me for more money. Come to find out, he treated another manager very bad. Then some shady activities were going on. I ended up on the hospital for hypertension, because I was so stressed out. My last day was 11/24/2017. On another note: profsnity was used after the customers left from employees. Excond are hired. No screening process.

Dollar Tree fat red headed manager

I came up to the register to check out and the line with the light on did not have an employee. There was an employee at the register beside it but the light was out and she was talking to another employee. I asked if the register with the light was open since I assumed she had turned out her light to leave the register. She answered me in a condescending attitude that the other was helping someone else. I asked if she was open and she said in the same tone of voice that if she is standing there she is open. I said her light was off and she snapped that people don't look at the lights so what does it matter. I told her she was rude and did not have any business working with the public. The other employee returned to the registers so I told her I didn't want her help anyways. She stormed away from the registers area. I said something about her attitude to the other employee and found out she is the manager.

Dollar Tree received shipment with broken pieces

Good Day, I contact someone in customer service in October to let them know that many of the vases that I ordered arrived broken. I was promised that the items would be replaced and that I should receive the next week. It has been well over a month. Please see your records. Unable to reach anyone on the phone. I have been trying for more than a month. Absolutely ridiculous not to be able to get someone on the phone and extremely frustrating. The event that I ordered these for is next week. Either replaced the broken pieces or refund my money, PLUS shipping. Please let me know. Thanks!

I called and sent photos in early October. I am prefer that the vases to be replaced. If they cannot replace, I would like my money refunded and what the cost would be to ship 48 of the vases. I ordered (3) cases of (24) in blue and (3) cases of (24) in green. I have sent the photo that I still have from my phone to my email so that I can download here. It's SLOW. Ugh!

More than (50) were broken. They can definitely refund me for the shipping for those. Not being greedy. You are being annoying.

Dollar Tree stocking

I'm contacting you because I was at Dollar Tree in Galliapolis Ohio. I could hardly get through the isles because of unstocked product, still in boxes being up the isles. Also the exit was blocked with product so that if a fire happened anyone that was handicapped and in a wheelchair would not be able to get through. Please send this to the district manager and the president of the company so something can be done.

You should call OSHA on them and then they have no choice but to clean it up. That goes for all dollar trees. Hit them with fines until they start taking action in the corporate office.
