Dollar General xbox

Bought an Xbox card lost the receipt with code they said they couldn' t help me. Please have them to clip the code to the card. My husband is old and doesn't always pay attention to things. The clerk didn't tell him that he needed the code to activate the card. She told him when he went back for help and was told she couldn't help him and had to buy another card. I told him to never go back to dollar general and buy a card!

Dollar General store is no longer being stocked.

This store is very organized and clean, but over the past few months there has been a decline in products available. The dairy, meat and freezer sections are bare for the most part. According to employees they are not able to order things that are out and are just sent random shipments. If this is indeed the case I cannot for the life of me understand the thought process behind that. Simple things like milk, butter, cold cuts, hamburger meat, frozen pizzas and ice cream are not being stocked. I normally stop by this store at least 4-5 times a week but lately I don't bother because they never have what I want or need.

Dollar General rude older lady with blondish hair no name tag

She ripped my item out of my hands and scanned it?
I was really shocked.
She forgot or didn't bother to give me a receipt.
I also didn't have enough money for an item.
She didn't want to put it back.. Ok I can out it back.

Please dont shop at this location!
I can shop elsewhere and be treated with some small amount of decency.
The weird thing she was older, so you would think
She would at least pretend to be nice😀

Dollar General store manager

I just want to let you know how nasty the store manager is in this store. I witnessed her reprimanding an employee right out on the sales floor. Not only that the staff there are not helpful in any way to their customers, this store s filthy and product is not put away as carts of product sit in the aisle making it inaccessible for anyone let alone someone in a wheelchair. The lines at the registers are always long and slow. I will never shop here again! Very disappointed consumer!

Dollar General overcharged

I bought a pack of DG alkaline AA batteries that were six dollars. I brought an eight pack Of AAA batteries that cost four dollars. I also brought brake fluid that was about 250. I was charge $6.50 for the AA batteries, $4.95 for AAA batteries and $2.85 for the brake fluid. Then I was charged $1.3 of AAA batteries that cost four dollars. I also brought brake fluid that was about 250. I was charge $6.50 for the AA batteries, $4.95 for AAA batteries and $2.85 for the brake fluid. Then I was charged $1.35 9 in tax. The bill came up to $15.69. I don't understand why I was charged over six dollars for something that was six dollars even. If I'm wrong then I apologize but I shop there all the time I will no longer shop there. I worked too hard for my money to be cheated. I went there according to the receipt is store 3726 located at 637 Medical Center Parkway, Murphreesboro, TN 37129. Phone number 615-896-0184. The time on the receipt Is 18:45:07. In other words I went there about 6:45 PM on Tuesday, October 1. I wanna be charge what is supposed to be if they're trying to make extra money off of customers they have to remember that customers look at the receipts I know I do. Dollar General no working store phone; has the new dggo app and the internet does not work.

This Store in Belle Plaine, Ks had not had a working store phone for at least a month. When you try to call the store it goes straight to a voice recording to try later. Told employees at store and they confirmed their store phone did not work. Also ask about the new app DGgo and why it did not work, was told it had be reported and they did not know why it did not wk. SAD corp could not be concerned about this stores needs. Employees where nice and appoligized but said they had put in help request and that's all they could do. They were also fustrated because it has upset alot of their loyal customers.

Dollar General chaos

this store has been a poorly managed location for years-it got cleaned up, shelves kept stocked, organized for a few months this past spring, 2019-now it has declined to utter chaos, nothing on the shelves, aisles completely blocked by unpacked boxes precariously stacked over head height, floors littered by all manner of objects-disaster waiting to happen-i will not return to that disgusting mess as A: i will not risk personal injuryB:health hazard risk due to the filth former customer

Dollar General store

We shop there every 2 weeks... Today was the worst... There were advertisement in the store buy this and you get this free... We bought toilet paper cottonelle 12 pack and you get the wipes free no we were charged... We bought ramono and parmassan cheese you get spaghetti free no we were charged... The store itself was worst we have ever seen... I had to move long racks of boxes that have not been put away to even go down an aisle and also ladders on the ends of aisles... Out of date products one example donuts that are up front when you walk in... Out the last 2 visits of paper towels large so many things...

Dollar General manager not treated right

Went in to store and asked about job openings . They told me to come back the room was occupied. He took me to the side and ask my availability. Told me to come back the next day, they said he was at a different store. Then went and called him . Then went back again to see him when he told me . He (Jimmy) said let's go outside to talk, went outside he told me hours that would work for me He then told me he would send me hiring package to fill out . I waited a day did not receive them so I went back there again and he said he would put it through today and never got it . Very upset really needed this job.

Dollar General playing music entirely too loud

On September 28, 2019 on or about 09:30 am I went into Dollar General to purchase a few items. I am complaining about the store manager allowing the employees to play the music at such high volume. The music is played so loud you cannot here yourself think. In order to communicate with the cashier you must use the form mouth to ear. As a customer I am concern due to safety issues. People in the city now walks in and gun you down. The customer such be able to here his/her surrounding. In other words turn the music down to a moderate listening volume.

Dollar General store manager

I went into Dollar General in Rush City Mn and i didnt get no greeting and I went to go check out and had a snotty attitude and was on her phone and didnt care about her job and went out to her car just to smoke I believe they need a better store manager her name is Courtney and doesn't care about her job.. Be a role model not a child I pour 100s of dollars their I believe they lost my business

I was in your Dollar General store #07852 on 9/29/19. Your manager I believe her name is Shelly. She is a very rude person she told my Daughter that she can't come in unless her parents are with her and I was and there was slot of kids in there without parents. I don't know if she just likes certain natives or what her problem is but better change her attitude or your loose business

I was in the dollar general store #07852 on 100 east third street in Gordon Nebraska on September 29 2019 at 2 pm and my two grandkids went to get a drink of water and Shelly told them that they have to come in with a adult if she is going to tell my grandkids that then she had better say that to all kids that comes in I don't care if they are white or native! My. Grandkids are both and this negative report will stop some of the business of both nationalities. I am getting really tired of her treatment of my grandkids!

Dollar General Manager messed up causing my bank to charge me 35 dollars

After finishing my shopping in the store, I informed the cashier (who was desira (the manager of the fort white fl store) that I was using food stamp card, cash, and my debt card. I asked her what it is I was to use first. She said food stamps, we did that portion, she then said I needed to do debt card next. I told her only 17.00 was to be taken off my card and repeated it twice. She said ok she was ready and for me to put my card in the machine (had the chip) I did so, when the transaction was done she looks at me and says it took the full amount due which was 44 bucks and asked if that was a problem. I in tears said yes its a damn problem my bank is going to charge me 35.00 cause of what you did. She said sorry but there is nothing she can do about it.in tears I left the store and had to tell my husband she just screwed me out of 35 bucks.
We are on disability. We get 1 set amount a month my husband is on oxygen, we cant afford a $35.00 charge we now have to pay. She was pissed off because the scanner gun wasnt working and due to her negligence im out of money. She owes me that 35.00 which her or the store can send check, or I will take a 35.00 dg gift card, but however you all firgure it out she owes meeeeee.

Dollar General for one the clearance items 2 the store is awful

I try and not shop this Dollar General because it is AWFUL! You can not push a buggy down any Isles Do to the fact of racks and racks and racks of stuff everywhere. For this to be a fairly new store, it's in worse shape than any store that has been open for years! There is stuff all in the floors to where someone is eventually Gonna fall and sue the heck out of family dollar. Yesterday Sept 26th I encountered a problem with some clearance stuff. There is signs posting the stuff on the rack was 25% off. I could understand if it was just one item and it had been misplaced. But no there was several items of the same thing placed there. I went to check out and was told "oh no that's not on clearance. I walked back there with her to show her right where I got it from. And she proceeded to tell me oh no that's not on clearance. I said well why is this stuff there then? Plus the sign said home furnishings out side decor etc. I was looking at the outdoor cousins. Some one needs to look into this store, it looks like a dump and the cashier Neisha I believe was her name needs a update on customer service.

Dollar General Store # 12362, ( 2622 Irwinton Rd. Milledgeville, GA.31061 ) your Store is in violation of Fire Codes, Potential for Bodily Injury and Pain and Suffering. I suffer from anxiety when the store is locking their doors at 5:00 pm and has posted hours open to 10:00pm. This means driving out of our area to find another Dollar General.
Isles are blocked with trash on floor, stock on carts parked all up and down the isles. Shelves empty of items. Not enough employees to run registers and no Dollar General bags to take out purchases. We are given 13 gallon kitchen trash bags to put our purchases in. To date 09-28-19 we have spent $1, 699.90 with your store since 01-01-19. We are seniors citizens and live on a fixed income. The total above are bank transactions and does not include cash items we purchased. This is a lot of money for us to spend with one store. You need to send someone down here from your head office and see what a mess this store is in. This has been going on for more than 6 weeks. You are loosing a lot of customers and money when they can't get into your doors and no better off when they get in but can't shop because the items are not stocked on the shelves, and can't get down isles . It is a horrible situation and I hope you will do something about it.

Dollar General prejudiced

I am a faithful customer for years soaking hundreds of dollars in to your store, Up Intel recently I have experienced what I would call prejudiced behavior towards me, I live in Coolidge As where I am the minority and that hasen't bothered me Intel lately, I no I was outted a penny deal she gave me full price with attitude, just tonight the clerk over charged me on the t shirts was going to charge me way more then it said then new she was being ugly to me and corrected it but still over charged me, $ 10.00 I had to put some items back just to turn around come home look at all I bought and there it was double charged for items, I had to go back to store what a night mare. I no it has to due with me being white, I just wish it would stop. I am really thinking of not going in any more, it's alll ran by spainsh people with attuideds. Thanks for hearing me out. Dollar General store is overcrowded and no room for wheelchairs

Since new management took over this store is dirty. The rolling baskets that needs stocked have been sitting in isles for weeks. There is no room for wheelchairs and barely any room for baskets. When a customer makes a remark about not being able to get down a isle the manager replies" grab a box and help then" either close the store until its fully stocked or hire new people. Something needs done before a lawsuit is filed for not being handicapped accessible.

Dollar General unethical behavior-breaking the law

The manager at this store is who I am complaining about. Everyday, she goes out to her car, ON THE CLOCK, and smokes dope in the daytime between 8 am to 11 am. I have seen her personally on the days I have went to Dollar General. She has been doing this since the store has opened. Her name is Samantha Parsons. We have enough problems with drugs in this area. Pretty bad when a Manager is breaking the law. If something isn't done and she continues to work there, which I think she needs fired, I will be contacting Law Enforcement. By the way she drive a reddish or maroon car and parks in front on far right side of lot.

Dollar General no stock, or room to move

I live in Lisbon Maine and the Dollar general store is located less than a half a mile away. Since the day the opened which was no longer than 2 years ago they have had countless of managers and employees come and go. This is the most unorganized deprived so I've literally ever seen. Every time I need to run in for a thing or two or a list of a bunch of items I walk out with half of what I intended on getting because it's never stocked. I absolutely love that this store is right next to home and I can get pretty much anything besides produce and meat but it's frustrating that the inventory is less than par. And there's stock in every isle that you can't move around no matter the time of day.
To be honest I work in customer service and have for 20 years, and this will be the first complaint I've ever made to Corp... of any store. I have resorted to going to the Lewiston location on Lisbon St instead of the store next to my house. What does that say? Thank you for your time

Dollar General digital coupons

So I stop at this dollar store to pick up a few items that I needed and had downloaded from the digital coupon on my phone I go into the store one of the products was tide flings The other was gain dryer sheets they had stickers underneath I made sure they had an expired made sure I got the right size then when I got up there to check out and I had downloaded the digital coupons mind you he didn't take the right amount off of the Tids and didn't take any off of the gain and I told the lady what the sign said and that I had downloaded these and she acted like she didn't believe me so we walked back there and she saw the signs and said OK you're right but there's nothing I can do about it I can't give it to you for that price if it's not gonna ring up that price. Needless to say I know it's only a few dollars but the digital coupons are supposed to ring up exactly what they say when downloaded I've done it several times I never had that problem! I've never been in a store they didn't honor the signs and you could tell they did not want to help at all so I put my stuff back and I left I will not ever go back there again not even sure if I'm going to shop at the dollar store beyond that you don't honor your digital coupons that is false advertisement and no store should be run that way!

Dollar General unwilling to accept responsibility

After they had a shopping cart hit a customer's car and she brought it to my shop to be repaired they informed us that they would not pay for part of the repair that the vehicle manufacturer states must be performed or "current or future owners and occupant's may be exposed to unnecessary risk." When I pointed this out to Mike V. at their corporate headquarters he told me that he didn't care and if the customer wants that part of the repair done she will have to pay for it herself. I guess he knows more about repairing vehicles than both the repair shops and the manufacturer or he is just assuming the woman whose vehicle was damaged will not take the time and effort to hire an attorney and just pay for the additional repair herself.
