Dollar General v8 sodium free juice. v8 I buy is made w/tomatoes.

I have missed being able to buy this product... I've gotten addicted to drinking it. The mgr., other personnel know how many times I have asked when it will come in. I am gratefull that our small town has this store, but stocking is slow, sometimes I can't go down an aisle with a cart.in the past, I observed stockers getting goods put in place late in the day until closing time... They are trying to do it all now, so therefore, you are losing sales.

Dollar General store cleanliness and manager.

Store manager complains in front of customers, and is dirty, and always outside smoking in front of the store while inside is filthy and boxes are stacked very high, very dangerous, the shelves are empty we have to get stuff ourselves.she is very unprofessional, her cloths are always dirty, I'm afraid someone is gonna get hurt, only one cart at a time can move around.

I went in to store 06547 on 12-18-2019
to get a phone card and propane exchange the girl working went to check to make sure they had one then the manger came over and said she had to give me a refund she treated me like I had done something wrong she kept my receipt and she was very rude I had to go back today to tell her I had to have my receipt to get my pin for my phone card she was very rude and said I couldn't have it she wanted to argue about it so I told her to forget it she got very rude again and she also has a girl working she is dirty and unfriendly I buy all my gro.there on an average I spend 250.00 to 300.00 a week but I will not as long as those two are working I am 68 years old I or any one should be treated that way I have been going to that store every since it opened but not anymore

Dollar General dg go and manager on duty 11-23-19 closing.

Don't advertise this feature as convenient and time saving when you are treated like a shoplifter and then when I refused to take out my phone manager becomes verbally abusive and throws my purchased items at me and tells me to leave. I don't believe that anyone deserves to be treated like this. Also I noticed while scanning thru other complaints a common occurrence that is typical of this store is stock carts always in the way. Employees too busy chatting with others and if theft is an issue don't use them as lose prevention. They are not trained to do that either you are going to get someone killed or alienate good customers who have other options. Rather pay more 10 miles away to be treated like a human being than the same price half a mile away.

Dollar General regarding gender discrimination

I believe to be a victim of gender discrimination..i was a customer at the dollar general in cokato Minnesota...
I had asked for the bathroom key and was asked boy or girl? I was hesitant at this question as if was very insulting to me...i do not know the name of the male cashier that was working the register...please take this matter very seriously and respond with a plan of action

Dollar General unpaid work

So I worked saturday to tuesday on our schedule and had wednesday + thursday off. My manager tried calling me in and demanding repeatedly that I come in and cover for someone who hasn't shown up for a shift in 2 weeks!, even though I was on schedule and working the next 6 days straight after my day off thursday. So I told her I quit. Every time I got paid though, it was always for last week's hrs. So I was expecting to get my final pay stub from dg this week. But it doesn't look like i'll be getting paid for the 28 hrs I worked from saturday to tuesday. And that is not okay by any means. I just want the money I worked for. I thought she would be a better manager then to pull some junk like this on me. Thank you for helping me get the word out. That if quit. They won't pay you for the rest of the week you worked.

Dollar General paid benefits and paid vacation

I was receiving paid benefits and paid vacation for about 2 yrs. Then they were taken away from me. I was told I had to be management. I proved that wrong with the handbook. Then I was told the other employees were complaining. That should not affected me. I stopped receiving my paid benefits and paid vacations. I truly feel this was not right. I was told by the manager the district manager made her do it.

Dollar General service

This is a dollar store that we frequent 3+ times a week. Service has really gone down hill. Might as well check yourself out. Me an wife entered store lady was sitting on register talking to co worker never spoke to us. We finished shopping to come to register with same lady on cell phone while she checked us out.
Definitely done with dollar store! Hopefully I can persuade others to abandoned the dollar store in malvern

I have visited here twice and refuse to go back anymore after seeing this older lady with a black Tshirt on and no name badge and she’s very hateful when asked a question even gets mad when asked for some bathroom keys

Dollar General assistant manager marco

I've been harassed every since Marco went from lead sales associate position to assistant manager. He has let power and position go to his head. I have been unfairly treated on several occasions. Every time we work alone side by side he goes out the way to nag bother and harass me. I clocked in for work at 3pm one day last week he races to confront me says you must be out of here 9pm on the dot, so at 8:50 pm he comes to my register take out my drawer and goes to take over my job of counting my drawer which he has done on many occasions for the past month since I've been working at Dollar general I always do my own starting till and ending till I've never worked a schedule and left exactly the time my shift ends as lead sales associate myself and key holder position I have there are many responsibilities I must do before I leave for the day. Then as I was going on break Marco asked me to leave me register logged in so that another sales associate can take customers on my register as the end of my shift approached once again Marco came to my register removed the till and counted my drawer which is part of my job, then he asked me to ring up customers on his register while he count my drawer, he immediately came back within a few minutes yelling in front of a line if customers in a crowded store that your register is short by $8.11 and to get off his register before money is missing out his drawer too. Another incident that has occurred constantly is the continuously walking back and fourth behind me as I'm ringing up customers and brushing his hand and body across be behind intentionally repeatedly almost every time he passes by only once he said excuse me as if it was a accident. He even makes it his business to come stand behind him as I'm ringing up customers my register drawer opening and closing so I had to move back a little each time he decided to stick the cigarettes that's directly behind me knowing he would be in close proximity of my rear end brushed across my rear over and over when clearly I'm on the register I should be the one stocking those cigar. Then as I'm taking customers online in between I go to do put backs and stocking the second I walk from my register he calling me asked me where I'm at or complain he couldn't find me for long periods of time to the manager repeatedly until the point I just stopped stocking and doing put backs and just stayed at the register. In top of all that Marco always has smart and slick sarcastic comments to say to me all day. He keeps making false reports and lying to the manager about me inaccurate write ups back to back. On top of that I've been treated like a common criminal ever since the last assistant manager got fired, I'm being watched supervised and monitored 24/7 . Not only by Marco but also the manager for instance I'm no longer allowed to hold keys, count my till or access the safe, each time I need to void a transaction or do a return I have to call the manger or assistant manager when clearly that's part of my job by description so I'll call Marco or the manager to ask for a key to complete a transaction they would stand over my shoulder monitor the transaction then as soon as I finish the transaction they would snatch the keys from my register and quickly put it in there pocket . This gas been going on for about a month at the same time new employees are working that are not key holders have access to the keys there entire shift for instance I watch be and observe all other employees except me have a key in there register at all times without anyone watching over there shoulder every second nor has the keys been immediately taken as soon as they finished a transaction on top of that none of these workers are even lead sales or key holders and the other lead sales associate that works there doesn't have to go through what I do as a lead sales she has unlimited access to counting her till from start to end she also has been allowed to make my till she access the safe daily she hilds keys throughout the entire shift with no one on her back why 2 people with the same exactly position have too completely different sets of rules and duties but when u started we did exactly the same thing i came to dollar general to work only not be falsely accused harassed constantly and treated unfairly. Now my hours gave been cut as a full time worker my hours went from 41 hours to maybe 16. I'm only available 3pm or later from day one all of a sudden I noticed everyone getting the schedule they can work and ask for but me I'm just thrown on they scheduled randomly if I work only 3- 10pm and I clearly told you this months ago 2hy all if a sudden you hire new workers and my schedule changed 2-9pm, 8am -12pm or 2:15 pm 1pm and 2:45 pm starting times all before 3pm and if I can't work those hours and you schedule me anyway it's not my fault but if I don't come at those times I'm late and written up complete madness in the work place. Lastly I'm constantly left alone at the register for long periods of time to deal with long lines of customers while the manager and assistant manager disappear in the store I can barely get to use the bathroom or leave from behind the counter the customers always say you always working the register don't you have help. I'm just sick and tired of the drama I use to love my job now I don't even enjoy coming to work at all the most horrible work environment I ever been subjected to

Dollar General exterior outside lighting

I am filing a formal complaint as the exterior lighting on this Dollar General is completely out and has been for a long time . The location is very dark and unsafe for customers and employees. This is unacceptable ! The Dollar General Sign is very dim.
I am requesting this be resolved or I will contact THOSA . Dollar General should have regular maintenance on all your locations to ensure the safety of customer and staff.

Dollar General heartland dog food

I bought a $13 bag of Heartland dog food and when I got it home and opened it it stunk so bad I looked in it and it had cobwebs or something all in it I don't appreciate this my dogs love your dog food could somebody please contact me back add a phone number [protected] my dogs really really love your dog food but I don't know if I can buy it anymore I'm not going to feed my dog something that's going to make them sick

Dollar General didn't get all the goods I purchased

Date 11/09/2019

I was a bit distracted as I was talking to the cashier about the slightly cooler weather and people wearing overcoats. He said, you have just the one bag. I realized when I
got home (5 miles away) that I was missing the first 8 items on the receipt (see
attached). I called the store to tell them they still had half my items they said "they're
not behind the counter. We can't help you."

I didn't go back to the store because I didn't think they would do anything for me.

Dollar General the store is a mess and it is not stocked

I go to shop at least once a week can't even get down some of the isles. They never have what I need on the shelfs and the stocking metal crates are all over the store packed with merchandise. It is frustrating. I know it is a small town store and other people I know quit shopping there because of this. Family dollar is accross the street and much easier to shop in without a mess.

Dollar General russell stover sugar free candy

Faith Twitty, [protected]) Brought candy from this store, Open it up and was eating it and it tasted really bad so I looked at the Date and it was out Aug-1-2019 and I took it back to the store and I looked and more was out. Dollar General delivery trucks

Dollar general prides themselves on putting stores in local rural communities, they fail to realize by doing this it disrupts ppls lives when they have a delivery truck outside right now making noise banging trays off the truck. They put this dollar general between two house and I have complained b/4 it got better for awhile now it's 601 am and again woken up by the noise. The law in atco statue 2018-15 no noise that will interfere with the quality of life. How many times do I have to confront you b/4 I take it to the city. It was good for awhile but as everything else with dollar general you have to always keep up with them b/c they feel they can do as they please. This mornino I decide to go out myself and talk to them. They explain it was suppose to be there yesterday so they are just catching up. If I don't like it call the police so that is what I did. I filled out a police report and complained. With the amount of times it's on the books that money that you are not paying taxes in atco from the abatement you will spend on fines... Thanks for listening & if you go bk further in your complaints you will see I have also complainted about delivery trucks running all night long in the parking lot...

Dollar General store appearance/merchandise accessibility

I am filing a complaint about the ongoing appearance and accessibility of merchandise. It doesn't matter what day if the week or time of the day, the store looks ransacked! Entire aisles are clocked with inventory carts. You are often unable to even get to the shelves or push a cart through the aisle. The location of the store is Coalton(Nokomis) IL.

Dollar General no heat in store

As an active customer and a very frequent visitor I can't believe this stores heat. It doesn't exist and has not worked for well over a week. The employees are wearing heavy winter coats to work in. All of the corporate paper shuffle to get approval for repairs is absolutely ridiculous. Why does this happen at this store every ear and not taken care of. Shame on Dollar General for allowing this to happen.

Dollar General seasonal queen anne chocolate covered cherries

Purchased a box of the Queen Anne Cordial cherries on the evening of November 7, 2019 at store #03604 in La Féria, Texas. When I went to open the box on Saturday, November 9, 2019, they were all melted and the contents of the cherries were all over the sealed containers. I went to return them the same day to the Mercedes Dollar General where I live, store #3736 and they refused, citing that it was store policy not to return food items. The lady clearly saw that the cellophane was sealed and that I had not opened it. I asked for the manager and I was told the manager was not in. I've never heard of any business refusing to make an exchange for damaged products!

Dollar General store manager, dora

I have been a customer at this location since they opened because it is close to my house. I have noticed that the store always looks dirty, there is never any room to move around and shop because there are containers and boxes covering the floor. It is hard to find any item I am looking for. The management staff is horrible to their employees and customers. I overheard several times the manager of the store, Dora, tell the employees that they need to fill out the surveys on the receipts. I have looked at the survey and its a customer satisfaction survey. How can the employee tell if the customer enjoyed their experience? There is also a lot of daddy long leg spiders all over the store. That is a safety issue and health risk. There is always some problem with the heat or ac in the store as well. I will be moving my shopping experience to another more deserving store that treats their employees and customers with better respect.

ghetto talking white girl made it abundantly clear she hates people. so I had proceeded to other line. Much nicer service. Why does DG hire psycho employees whom obviously hate general public, and very open about it. I should lawyer up after this disgusting experience. Please evaluate your employees before hiring them Me and my loved ones were disrespected in this store.

Dollar General employee misconduct

While my granddaughter & daughter in law were shopping in this store, Nov 7th, our great grand baby was walking with us, holding our hand. She temporarily let go of her mom's hand, & from behind, was knocked into a shelf by a dog. The dog came out of nowhere & obviously just wanted to play, but it's not acceptable for there to even be dogs inside, except of course service dogs. There were 2 large dogs that belonged to the employee(s), & were being kept behind the counter when there are customers in the store. There was no apology, no explanation except that they returned the dogs to a place behind the counter, & a small doggie or child gate was closed to keep them in while customers are in the store. I just find this inappropriate for a corporate owned place of business. Although there were no serious injuries, & our grand daughter wasn't hurt, minus being frightened, it would seem this was not acceptable for the animals to be let loose to run the store, especially with food items, clothing, & dishes /linens displayed. We won't be shopping this store again unless this is addressed & the animals are removed, or IF they are service animals, which is doubtful, because they obviously weren't trained, then they should be completely blocked off from interaction inside the store. We don't feel they should have free run of your store at any time. Would appreciate your checking into this issue as the store has provided many conveniences for us since we're far from town.
