I used dollar general every day in sebring florida. Now I live in a rural area in a poor town of terre haute indiana. I am extremely sorry I moved here. I find your prices here highest of any of your stores I have been in, higher in this poor area in the rural area. But instead of driving 10 miles to town I pay the highest price in town to dollar general instead. I find that sickening. I have stopped at the Kankakee Illinois store and the same boxes have been blocking the aisles for over three days. I was told by an employee to go to family dollar which has been remodeled and is totally organized. If you provide me with a phone number, I can send photos of the store.

October 29, shopped at Dollar General 10134, Goldthwaite, tx and gave 1 check no.2511 on MC bank in Goldthwaite. Bank statement shows 2 debits on my account on same day, same check no. The first was on amount before sales tax of $34.95 and the second after tax for $37.11. I signed only l authorization. I contacted sales manager and she was rude, uncooperative. I would like this resolved with a refund of the $35.95, I had posted the 2nd amount in my bank register that day and was my total purchase (37.11

error on 1st for 27.11, should be 37.11, sorry. I will contact bank to see why they cashed check on same number and will check with Sheriffs office to see if this has happened before . To me this was a theft and could have been handled more respectfullly in the local store
Handicap parking
The store manager parks in the handicap parking spot. She is not handicapped at all. I guess she thinks she deserves front row parking. It makes me mad that she constantly parks in that spot when someone else it may need it can't. Shame on her and your company

No masks
Twice I have shopped at Dollar General Store #19605 in the past 3 days. Customers are required to wear masks. Why are the employees not adhering to the same policy?? This is a state law, just because there is plexiglass at the cash registers means nothing. These employees are still on the floor stocking shelves and are in close contact with the customers.

When I go into my DG store it clearly says masks are required but when I go in the employees are wearing them on their chins or not at all and the most of the customers don't even wear them. I have an autoimmune disease and I am very susceptible to getting severe illnesses from COVID. The store is not even following the simplest of guidelines. Everytime I go to the Dollar General located on North Main St in Kernersville NC and the Colfax NC store the isles are 100% blocked with incoming stock. It is impossible to look at items due to the majority of isles being blocked. This happens everytime I enter the stores. First of all this is very frustrating and second, it is a fire hazard. If the store caught fire it would be almost impossible to get out due to the isles being blocked. I will be contacting my local fire department to have them follow up with this issue.
Also the store in Kernersville has a sign that mask are required but the employees do not wear mask. When I visited the store today the employee had a mask on but it was under her chin and not covering her mouth or nose.
If customers are required to wear mask then employees should be required.
After today's visit I have decided to NEVER shop at a dollar general again.
Obviously you do not take these complaints seriously because I see multiple complaints posted and nothing changes.
