H-1b visa application,

We wish to confirm the receipt of your documents from your employer and to notify you that we have filed in your documents for processing.

The h-1b visa or employment visa is used by foreign professionals who are sponsored by a u.S. Employer to work in a specialty occupation in the u.S. An h-1b visa is valid for three years and can be extended for an additional three-year period. An employer may sponsor an h-1b employee for a green card, if desired.

To hire a foreign worker on an h-1b, h-1b1, or e-3 visa, the job must be professional that requires at least a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in the field of specialization. The occupation for which the h-1b, h-1b1, or e-3 classification requires a bachelor's degree as a minimum for entry into the occupation. Fashion models of distinguished merit or ability may also apply for the h-1b program.

Filing process:

H-1b, h-1b1, or e-3 status requires a sponsoring u.S. Employer; an individual cannot gain status on his/her own.

First, the employer completes preliminary actions prior to filing an application with the department of labor (d.O. L). It must determine the prevailing wage for the position using one of the following:

Only 65, 000 h-1b visas are issued each year.in past years, the demand for h-1b visas has exceeded supply to such an extent that all available visas have been exhausted in days. This has resulted in the administration of a “lottery” system, whereby u.S. Citizenship & immigration services (uscis) only completes processing on randomly selected applications. Applications that are not selected in the years that the lottery stems is in place are rejected. Because so few h-1b visas are available, successful h-1b visa applicants have had to approach the h-1b visa application process with foresight and a calculated strategy.

The h-1b application process is complicated not only from a timing perspective, but also because a number of forms are required, and applications must be filed with both u.S. Citizenship & immigration services and the department of labor.

The process of applying for an h-1b visa involves careful preparation and strategy.in years where a lottery system is in place, it is vital to submit a flawless application the first time. Mistakes and miscalculations in submission of the h-1b visa application process can mean that a visa applicant must wait for an entire year before he or she is eligible to submit another visa application.

Also the tricherer person send it in a bulk email in india say 100 people to get email address from directory...they are expert in IT. They think that if 20 person out of 100 paid them money than their bed intention come true and thus they earned money from india.

I have got the email from personal ID not from government ID also We should not pay any single dolor for certificate it would be issue from company. Also they use personal ID so that mail could not be delivered. So many reasion is there that the email occupied a fake email

My claims examiner nor a Supervisor has contacted me in over two months. I've gone with zero contact from the DOL, and I cannot proceed any further with my healthcare without their correspondence.

The mode of selection was based on the following;

1. CV and qualification
2. Mode in which your data is being presented on the employment data sheet.
3.�Work experiences.

A)��� A private accommodation with a furnished sitting room and bedroom and also a private bathroom.



B)��� A Fixed land phone and an Internet ready computer.





SALARY PACKAGE



Employee is eligible to receive, upon satisfactory completion period of (7 days); pay-check in UNITED STATES DOLLARS via Bank transfer to any account of your choice an all inclusive weekly salary shall become USD 2, 100 (TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) to be paid at end of every week from the employee work period.

With regards to your email, you are to know that this is something we
do, paying two months advance salary for your up keeping.So you are to
sign the contract document the send it back to us it will be sent to
my legal adviser for documentation.

You are to contact the US LABOR DEPARTMENT who will help you obtain a
FOREIGN LABOR CERTIFICATE so that we can go ahead and process your
visa and resident permit papers.

All your hard copies have been sent to the office of the US LABOR
DEPARTMENT it will help them procure your FOREIGN LABOR
CERTIFICATE.And when you contact them keep us

updated, and you have to be fast regrading to that as soon as your
traveling papers are ready we will go ahead and book your air ticket
for you.

Note: Go through the soft copy of your contract document before
signing because it is confidential. so contact the office of the US
LABOR DEPARTMENT so that

United States Department Of Labor Complaining H1B abuse program against NJ, NY department of labor

Why DOL in NJ is full of complains, why there is so much backload?
Why all bad practises are been taken place in NJ, NY area as compare to other states.
Why H1B Abuse scandal are more pro active in this area.
Why DOL don't take about 6months - 1year time to look for complain?
Why they don't take Hard Step to stop this consultancies who are breaking law?

IT gains like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and many small time consultancies are sending there consultant on Business Visas to USA, they work here for 3 months without paying Taxes and paying low salary to Indian worker. Why USCIS is not taking any action against this illegal activities? How can we complain about H1B Abuse program, and where can we get someone look into matter immediately to stop this H1B abuse activity?

Finally my question is Why DOL in NJ taking so much time, why there is so much Back-load, they r not take hard steps against law breaker.
