DogTV Network Subscription

I was charged for a renewal of $89.24 on 11/04.2023. I wrote to dogtv customer service, saying I thought it was rude to charge existing customers a higher rate than the plan they are offering new customers and would like a refund. I did not receive a reply, my payment was not refunded. I did cancel automatic payments and I should have access for another year, however, I later went to my account and the site says I need to subscribe and that I do not have a current subscription. I have been charged for a renewal and being denied access to product I have paid for. Please advise.

Claimed loss: $89.24

Desired outcome: I would like a new subscription offered at the rate they are promoting for new clients.

DogTV Network Membership cancelation

This company makes it impossible to cancel your membership or see any of your account details for this matter. I bought a three month membership and my dog does not enjoy it. There is no phone # to call. I have tried the steps listed in their FAQ's and there is no way to cancel this. I do believe this was designed like this on purpose. I want the membership canceled. DogTV Network unauthorized charges for the past two years

I have been receiving unauthorized charges for the past two years and have emailed multiple times with a complaint and have got a response saying we will follow up and have never gotten a follow up regarding the unauthorized charging a cancellation of subscription, i have tried logging in and it says i do not have a account but continues to charge me ,my last ticket number was 4421. I have been completely unaware of theses charges until recent months but have still yet to get a refund for a channel that has never even been used or known about .

DogTV Network Lack of follow up or contact from Customer Service at DogTV

I have sent this company multiple messages and emails and I cannot get this resolved.
I bought two subscriptions on 12/19/21... a 6 month and a 3 month subscription for my 2 daughters for Christmas, but unfortunately, I misspelt the word 'gmail' on one of my daughter's subscription and she never received the link.
I sent an eternal message to DogTV and gave them the correct address (I had written gmal instead of gmail) and I asked them to please alter this for me and send her the link.
I received an answer from someone by the name of Ambily on the morning of t12/20/21, asking me to verify my identity, by supplying the last 4 digits of the credit card that I had used for the purchase, which I duly did.
I never heard back and the link was not sent to my daughter.
I have paid for service from today and I cannot even get this canceled, as I have requested a password reset multiple times and nothing has come through. Is this company being run by a 6 year old?
All I get is automated responses, saying that someone will be in touch and nothing happens.
I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company, as there is no number to call. How can people run a business like this?
I'm at my wits end!

Ok Everybody Let Me Explain How To Cancel Your DOGTV Account. On your Roku Remote go to the 🏠 HOME Picture at the Top right, click on it. Go to the DOGTV channel BUT DO NOT Click OK on your remote. CLICK ON THE * STAR BUTTON & That Will Bring You To The Options THEN YOU GO TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION & CANCEL THAT SUCKER! Janet Booher

DogTV Network renewed subscription for year after renew was canceled

I cannot reach roku or dogtv to refund unauthorized charge on my account and no contact for dog tv makes me want to cancel all accounts due to lack of support I selected not to renew after a few months in because the channels always times out or will not load and shows are redundant but for some reason t renewed on expired card please delete my subscription and refund the unauthorized charge

DogTV Network Subscription Cancellation

I'm trying to cancel my subscription my son was on my laptop and he bought dogtv ans i don't know what dogtv is. He forgot the password and I tried multiple times to figure out the password. Well unfortunately I tried to reset the password but I did not get a link at all.! I'm furious because what network don't send a link to a person who is trying to cancel something. The email has not changed the same email I tried to reset the password 10 times and still no link to reset the password. I emailed support no response. I'm freaking out because they charged my card and nobody wants to help me. Is there a number I can call instead of emailing because y'all website is not help. I just need to cancel my subscription I tried multiple times to reset the password no link not one or two no link at all please someone help me because the email is the same and typed correctly it's the password I'm having trouble with. Hi,
I LOVE dog tv. My dog REALLY loves dog tv.
But it's unNERVING and sincerely upsetting watching puppies get pawned off to strangers walking down some foreign street while the mom comes and goes fighting other dogs for food. 😱 unreal. Terribly sad.
The amount of dogs videoed during severe stress is not only worrysome, but not relaxing at all! They say this show was developed by vets and behaviorist to calm dogs and show what they can snd enjoy seeing but there's for instance a dog on top of a washing machine while it's going and he's clearly in distress. He's panting and looks out of his mind scared. There are many scenes like this where a dog is panting very very hard worried and very stressed.
Lastly and I think my number one complaint are the amount of children on dog TV teasing dogs and not throwing the toy and thinking they're cute and funny and sometimes they never throw the ball! Disgusting and unacceptable. I'm not sure if anyone even reviews the content anymore before airing.
Get better!
I'm still paying but hoping and praying you GET BETTER!

Desired outcome: No more scared panting dogs filmed under duress. No more children teasing dogs! No more puppies being sold while we watch!!

DogTV Network Subscription cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for some time. I've contacted DOGTV several times through email without response. There is no further course of action possible on the website. I haven't been contacted by anyone from the company and we are still being charged for a service that we have requested to be canceled. Please cancel my subscription immediately.

DogTV Network Customer service

I got a new router. The next time I went to dogtv for my dogs it wanted me to sign in again. I tried and got the message that there was no subscription affiliated with that email address, which is the only one I use. I checked spelling etc. I then checked to se have I been getting billed, yes I have, and I have been getting emails from them all the time. I I tried to email their customer support. I got a message that they would get back to me asap, and they have not. It turned out that the day I was having this problem was the very day they charged for this month. I had not planned tgo unsubscribe but I do now and as far as I am concerned they owe me at least $9.99 for the last month. I should be able to unsubscribe through my roku account, but since I have another month anyhow I would like to see if they at any point get this resolved.

DogTV Network Subscription

My free trial is due to expire with DOG TV on September 3, 2020. I have sent emails and tried to correspond online with them. There is no way to login to view your account and cancel or change your billing information. There is no phone number to contact them. I DO NOT want to be charged for a subscription. They MAKE you put in a credit card to sign up for the free trial. I REFUSE to do business with a company that does not give you access to your account or respond to your issues. Please HELP me get my subscription CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY! My email is roccato.[protected]@gmail.com

1. There is no "unsubscribe" link on their website ... anywhere ... period... 2. 2. According to Google's rules/regs and you MUST make it clear where one can access their account information, billing history, etc. - No link to account or billing history on their site.

3. There is a popup when you log in that forces yu into the free trial or tells you you have already had yours. The forcible entry to the store is certainly against acceptable practice on google. When I log in it takes me directly to a screen that tells me I have already had my free trial ... no kidding. Again, those pop ups on login are against google's practices, and the fact that you can't go ANYWHERE from that popup is ... well ... I've said it now - I just sound like a broken record.

I finally went back into my email receipt, found "Account Information" in the small print bottom left. I got into that and finally found my billing history, and a way to get into the cleeng payment management system and cancel my account. I actually want my money back. It is a terrible service which my dog cold have cared less about and helped nothing. I left it on for her when I went to work and I came back to a blank screen - it had just stopped. The fact that they have made this so difficult to cancel is, frankly, indicative of a scam.

By the way, I have read their responses here to complaints and reviews - they imply that you can access this information by clicking a "get help" link on dogtvonline.com. Good luck with that - you get a 404 link broken error message. You can't even access the url they suggest in these responses as the way to cancel this because it won't give ANYTHING other than a free episode screen. These people are just taking people's money. They are using "pagecloud" for their website. It doesn't seem to be up to compliance with google. This company appears to be in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and someone should look into it.

DogTV Network subscription

I'm trying to unsubscribe an it won't let me. I was needing to know how to do it. If you would get back to me and let me know how I would greatly appreciate it. I just don't need it and my dog doesn't really pay attention to it anyway.from the little bit that I did mess with it it just doesn't seem like it's worth no 10 dollars a month. DogTV Network impossible to cancel subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription to DogTV for two months. When I click the LogIn button on the DogTV website, it just goes to their online store (there is no option to access my account). I also tried cancelling via the Cleeng website (which is the compancy that bills me for DogTV). I watched their video on cancelling a subscription, but it also suggested accessing account options that are impossible to access on the website.

It doesn't give the me option to cancel my subscription. I think this is a rip off and you get stuck paying for something even when you don't want it. It seems like they catch you by the free trial and when you want to cancel after that period it is impossible to do. There is no number to call all it does it give you an option to send an email and nothing ever gets sent back or taken care of. Very unsatisfactory in my opinion. I will never fall for this poly again.

DogTV Network cancelled subscription immediately

I signed up for Dog Tv doing the free trial. While trying to get it going, it would not launch. It would also not play on a computer. So... I deleted the subscription. Immediately. I have now been charged after my 2 weeks were up. But I cancelled...

Just now got another email (after I've sent two already to customer service) that it's been renewed for next month. Not under my watch! Do not get involved with this company...no real customer service to see issues through. I expect a full refund. I guess I'll have to wait my time while I get what's right.

DogTV Network unable to cancel subscription

I subscribed to DOGTV today and have been trying to cancel my subscription before I get charged due to being unable to access DOGTV. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have read the reviews and other peoples complaints and I'm not feeling very confident anyone from DOGTV will contact me to help. I saw a commercial on TV and can't believe this is happening. I was actually super excited about this. How disappointing. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP

DogTV Network cannot cancel subscription

There is no link on the website or on the iPhone app to cancel your subscription. The website is poorly managed and it is difficult to access your account. There are only emails listed under one of the page's links, but there is no information on how to cancel the subscription or even an option to. Any decent company would provide a proper link to this. In past complaints being resolved by this company, I saw they provided links to where you can cancel your subscription on the website. That link did not work and did not pull up any content. There was another link posted by DogTV in response to another complaint that had a screenshot of the button (from the DogTV website) where you were able to cancel your subscription. I followed that link as well and it does not exist. I want my subscription cancelled. I will be disputing the transactions that have been withdrawn from my account. If this company wants to stay in business, they need to update their website and improve customer service. DogTV is looking very much like a scam. Fix it.

DogTV Network unable to cancel subscription

I have been unable to cancel my subscription, which after looking at the first email I sent to Support@dogtv.com and info@dogtv.com, since March of 2018! I had assumed that it worked but apparently not. I have scowered the T&C's page looking for any indication of how to cancel. It is been so frusterating and will not recommend DogTV to anyone. If you are confident in your product you should make it easier to manage an account or at the very least respond to customer emails.

DogTV Network can’t unsubscribe

I got a free trial of Dog tv and have not been impressed needless to say either are my 4 dogs. They pay no attention to it and has not helped their separation anxiety. So I try to cancel and after hitting unsubscribe it pulls up a page with reasons why. That page has something like a dark box over it and you can't click on anything so you can't unsubscribe. They are 3 days before charging my account. Hell they already sent something to my bank to charge me. It's beyond irritating to try to get that subscription canceled and not be able too.

DogTV Network dogtv free trial

We signed up for a free 14 day free trial on March 29th. Today, my bank account was charged. It has only been 12 days! We had an alarm set to remind us to cancel it tomorrow. Our dog cannot even watch Dogtv, because it excites her too much, and she ends up knocking everything off the entertainment center. This charge needs to be reversed immediately!
