Dog Pawty Dog seatbelt restraint

I ordered a "free" dog seatbelt with $9 shipping in January 2020. Yes, I know. I'm dumb and I fell for the scam. In April, I disputed the charges on PayPal and got a response saying the package was delayed because of high response but it was on the way. So I canceled the dispute. Mistake #2. Fool me twice.

So now it's September. I have emailed them once a week since August 2020. I got one response asking if I wanted the item or a refund. I said refund. They said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm still out my $9, and received nothing but headache from this terrible company.

Dog Pawty "Free" earrings, just pay s&h

This company is terrible, esp their customer service! I ordered a pair of earrings thru a special they had. Never received them. Emailed. Got the responses it would take 40 to 50 days for promo item, then after the 50 days, please wait another 10 days, then give them another week, then a couple more days. Finally, when they could put me off no longer, they asked me to verify my address. They then declared I had left the house # off of my address on my order, so, too bad, sucks for u, but all ur fault, basically. And oh, here's a 20% coupon for your next order. That at least, made me laugh. AS IF I will ever order from them again! Anyway, I responded that even if I did leave off house #, wouldn't matter as we are only house on that street anyway. I'd get it regardless of # on it or not . Surprisingly, they would not respond to that email. Hmmm?! And will not respond at all now. Come to find out on other reviews I've since read they tend to do this to people. BUYER BEWARE! I can't state they are a fraud, a scam, but I sure feel scammed!

Dog Pawty orders not received

I ordered several items from this company back on 6/1/2019 (two items - order #757300) and on 6/2/2019 (two different items - order #757653). I received one item from the 6/1 order on 6/11/2019 and one item from the 6/2 order on 6/25/2019. I started to email the company on 7/10/2019 to determine the status of the other 2 items (personalized law print bracelet from the 6/1 order; delacroix and sons silver bracelet from the 6/2 order). I have emailed them repeatedly asking for my merchandise or a refund. I get the same answer... We're sorry and we'll look into it. Then I never hear from anyone until the next time I email them. I would like either the merchandise and/or a refund as a resolution.

Dog Pawty have not received my merchandise - ordered june 2019

I ordered 2 items from Dog Pawty in June 2019 along with 2 other items. I received 2 of the items but this took several months. To date, I have not received my other two items despite emails to their customer service department at least once a month. If I am lucky enough to obtain a reply, all they ever ask me if they have my correct address. I have asked numerous times for the merchandise or a refund, but have hit received either one. I also continue to receive no correspondence about this matter.

Dog Pawty promotional bracelet "no longer by my side but never forgotten"

I ordered two bracelets and wore mine for 5 minutes the main charm is lost as apparently the charm is NOT secure. Now I am unhappy to say my friend wore her bracelet and while she didn't lose HER charm it has fallen off. What are we going to do? I would appreciate a replacement charm for the one that has been lost. OR you can refund me the shipping fee I paid that took over a month to get the bracelets here.

I wish I like so many others had read reviews. It's just Chinese crap and they refuse refunds and cancellations. Horrible company and people! What kind of person runs a company like that? I did pay through pay pal and when I got to looking they had it sit up for monthly payments, when I just paid for one item. I guess this is the scam that people are talking about taking money from their accounts long after they ordered. Horrible, disgusting people.

Dog Pawty never received item

I wish I had read reviews before getting tempted by one of their promotions. I ordered an engraved dog tag, (dogs name and contact number) onto a round silver token. I was extremely pleased by the price, and was informed the wait would be rather long, just over a month. After this time frame when my order had not arrived, I emailed with my complaint. After many emails back and forth I was finally told my order was mysteriously held up at the international shipping depot. I was then over the service ad asked for refund as I have not seen any evidence of my order or a new time frame. I am still emailing in the hopes of receiving a refund/the product. Customer service staff member is completely avoiding the topic of a refund. Please don't bother with this company, couldn't care less about helping, and very vague with time frames for shipping.

Dog Pawty embrace nylon dog harness

I saw the promotion for Dog Pawty's Embrace Nylon Dog Harness and ordered it online. Never received it and when I enquired I was advised my street address wasn't on the order. They said the house number was not entered but I know it auto-populated in box when I ordered. If house number was blank they why didn't they contact me? Dog Pawty's answer was you entered your address incorrectly and it was delivered to wrong address - even though they say the house number was missing? Hmmm. Dog Pawty said "there's not too much we can do " and offered me a 20% off coupon if I wanted to re-order. It's a scam. Don't order from Dog Pawty. Their website is unreliable and the company is unreliable. Just a fake internet scam.

I never received the Embrace™ Premium Breathable Nylon Dog Harness × 1
Blue / S $9.99.

I placed my order on November 24th and received part of the order (the 2 free items) but not the harness, which I paid for. I have sent 3 previous emails to Dog Pawty about this, but never received a response. I really just want my harness. Or if they cannot fulfill that order, I want my money back.

Dog Pawty never received my order, 6 months later.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I'm never one to leave negative reviews unless I've genuinely experienced terrible customer service. I ordered the pair of dog paw stub earrings that are always on the "sponsored" ad on Facebook. I submitted my order on Aug. 9, 2018. There have been 11 emails exchanged for that one order, all of which I am asking when I'll receive the earrings that never arrived and Dog Pawty repeatedly promising they're "on the way." It has nothing to do with the fact that I paid $6.99. It matters that a company takes your money, and then never sends you the product, and completely stops responding to your emails. The last time they responded to me was on Dec. 12, and I've emailed them twice since - no response. Don't waste your money.

Dog Pawty dog bracelet

I ordered online a bracelet and all it ask for me to pay shipping and handling. The $6.99 was taken out of my account on December 5, 2018. It is January 2, 2019 and still no bracelet. I email the company and still no response. This bracelet has my attention because my dog died on Nov 24, 2018 and I wanted this in remembrance of her passing. Hopefully someone can find out if this company is a scam.

Dog Pawty service, ordered a bracelet from dogpawty. come and paid for it. never received my order.

There was a pop up ad on Facebook for a dog lovers bangle bracelet from DogPawty. I went to their website DogPawty.com and I ordered the dog lovers bracelet. I paid for the bracelet using my debit card. This was ordered back in June 2018 as of today 12/23/2018 I have never received the order that DogPawty confirmed ordered, confirmed paid for and confirmed shipped.

Dog Pawty I did not receive the dog item I ordered and paid with credit card.

My order # 666236 was placed weeks ago and has not arrived. The order was for my friend who's dog just passed away. I'm soooo disappointed. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt per your requested information. Please, please get this to me before Christmas. I work with shelters and I would like to refer others to your company, however this needs to be resolved before I can continue to do that.

Dog Pawty photo necklace

I ordered a photo necklace on September 17, 2018. Today is November 1, 2018. I've sent several emails regarding this. My order confirmation number was received in Sept 17th, my order number is 627516. If I don't receive the product by November 3rd 2018, I'm doing a dispute with paypal, then I'm going to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Dog Pawty I was sent the wrong item

Hi I am submitting a complaint as I've been trying to get this situation resolved I purchased a ring and was sent earrings. I emailed them to tell them of the mistake and was asked to send a photo of what I received which I did, and still have got no reply back I payed for a ring and I expect it will be sent to me free of charge as this was a mistake on your end not mine. I have been trying to contact you for 2 weeks now. I am starting to feel like this whole thing is nothing but a fraud just to get money from the customers. I would appreciate something done and a response or I will contact police. Thanks Amanda

ordered 2 size small dog harnesses, when rec'd they were not like i expected, stopped pmt on credit card, now i rec'd two more which i dont want. how do i return it all.
Why is it so difficult to get an answer regarding this problem..again customer service needs improvement.

how many times does someone need to post a complaint before receiving answers? this is ridiculous

Dog Pawty premium seat belt

I was excited to place my order for the "Premium Seat Belt" however upon receipt, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I immediately reached out to Dog Pawty for a resolution only to have my countless attempts to get in touch with someone completely ignored. It wasn't until I started commenting on Facebook that I heard from someone. Believe me when I say that those responses were a complete joke!

Picture #1 is a picture of the packaging that the "Premium Seat Belt" came in... notice the return address... Banakok, Thailand. Pretty sure it's Bangkok but what do I know?!?

Picture #2 is that of the "Premium Seat Belt". I have a 30 pound, five month old chocolate lab puppy and that seat belt wouldn't hold her for the time it took to strap her in. It is not safe. I cannot believe that Dog Pawty is putting their name on such a piece of junk. I've seen straps in toy strollers that are stronger and of better quality than this.

The 3rd photo is that of a seat belt I got on Amazon. As you can see, it is made of much better quality and is much safer for my pet.

The 4th picture is the apparent physical location of Dog Pawty, however, the products are shipped from Banakok (see above).

The 5th picture is an email from the supposed CEO of Dog Pawty. When I responded I got a return email about a potential virus... yay me! Anyhoo... I can guarantee you that Mr. John Willards does not want my testimony in his precious portfolio as the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. .

I've been demanding a full refund for weeks now, but get this... I had to provide Dog Pawty with pictures of their poorly made product. Why do I have to send a picture to prove what they sent is not safe? Now I have to wait... yet again, for my request for a refund to be "reviewed by a manager" but I should hear something back in 24-48 hours. I won't hold my breath.

Trust me when I say that I will spread the word about the lack of customer service as well as the poorly made products that Dog Pawty is peddling.

I only gave Dog Pawty one star because I don't have the option to a negative rating. This company needs to crawl back under the rock from which it came. Such a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and order from Chewy or Amazon. You'll have your order in 2-3 days and the customer service is much better.

On August 10 I purchased the Dog Safety Belt and paid shipping of $6.99 (the safety belt was offered for free). As of this date 9/6/2018 I have yet to receive my order.
I'm not sure if this is the order number but it was on my bank statement ([protected] dated 8/8 6:47:17 5356).

I would appreciate it if you would send me what I ordered or promptly refund my $6.99).
