This company is an absolute mess. After 6 months, they still have not completed my unlock. Nobody will answer emails and any communication I do receive on public forums is purely for show. They never follow up.

All I want is my money back. They ruined my son's Christmas present, and in June we are still waiting. What horrible people and a horrible model

I have iphone 6. I wanted to use this website because it is sim locked. They said that for 28 dollars, the product would remove the sim lock. I believed and trusted. The reason I do not trust is that it is english. I made the payment, 10 passed. I got a message and nothing else. I sent a message via e-mail and explained the situation. They said to me we did not get paid. I sent a document that I made payments through internet banking. Then they turned to me. And you wonder my result? 2. They asked me to pay a room 102 dollars. Like a joke. I want to take care of my money, they say this is not possible. A money is received for service. Fraudsters get money that is not received for service.. Do not trust them. Oh thomas ohhhhh...

I paid 161 dollar almost 2 months ago to get my iphone 8 unlocked, and nothing has happened yet. Twice I have I contacted doctor unlock and i´ve got the same standard answer - that my order "is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated".
How long time should it take before you were offered to get your money back?
It would be nice if the company behaved in a proper manner.

After paying 2 times, because posting the actual fee would scare you off, but instead they do a bait and switch on you. They tell you pay $28 in USD now. They then tell you IT can be unlocked but to do so in another $55 USD. Heck for $10 more they will FAST TRACK YOU too. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them and asked what was going on since the meter said 100 percent, they replied that it should be unlocked in 2-5 days, LOL after its been 2 weeks, they can not even get their lies right. Anyway I asked for a refund and was told to wait 30 days, 31 days past and I get this nice email:
Your unlock has been unsuccessful. We respectfully have to inform you that your iPhone 11/Pro/Max [protected]) locked to Verizon USA is unfortunately marked by the carrier as barred/blocked/in-contract/financed/unpaid bills. A handset can be blocked for non payment of bills, bad ESN, contract issues, or the carrier may simply refuse to unlock as the handset is financed. As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances.

So bottom line stay away from these liars.

I paid more than 300 dollar for unlocking my phone 11 pro max. But its nothing happened. They took all money but nothing happened. I wait almost one month for unlock. They not refund my money as well. So i want make a complaint against them also i need to get my money back.They are absolutely doing cheating service. So i am complaining against them. So i requesting to remove their service from online. And block their service as well. No more people want to cheat.

Mine is the typical story about having an ipad and being unable to unlock it.
My son passed away and I have his ipad
I tried to get it unlocked thru doctorunlock.net
And first they told me it was blacklisted
I checked and it is not
Then out of desperation I bought the premium service.
All in all I gave them $179 for nothing
I have been waiting 5 months and they keep sending me the same email every time I contact them.

I paid 70$ in two installment first one 28$ and second one 42$ on their service which says that they will unlock my activation lock but instead they took my money and later claim that it can't be unlocked or refunded. Under Statutory Rights & Consumer Rights act 2015 I am in fact entitled to a full refund, irrelevant of any terms and conditions listed on their website. Also they send in a mail which says that if I can prove that my phone is not barred then it can be refunded and I proved that my phone is not barred from one of the website called swappa.com.esp which was mentioned in their website but they won't respond to my mail so I request your assistance in this matter.

DO NOT give your money to DoctorUnlock.net the Free iPhone IMEI Checker and Unlocking services called DoctorUnlock.net. This is a Fraudulent company and a scam website. All their positive reviews are fake reviews. They will take your money and not deliver anything! They will then refuse to give you back your money and say they provided a service and make up a multitude of excuses why. They use a processing company for the payment called NoChex which is used by fake companies to take your money.. as they are based in the UK and there is nothing you can do to get your money back.

And then they threaten to "blacklist" your iphone to Apple and the carrier if you try to do anything about getting your money back.
