Dj Jim CarsonHORRIBLE DJ, WASTE OF TIME

DJ Jim Carson shows up to an event we threw with a broke turn table, stoned out of his mind barely functioning. He wanted to use his i-pod to play some prerecorded mix (another DJ), he got a total of 25 minutes before we cut him short, the music wasn't even what we anticipated, way overrated. Who is this guy, who shows up with scratched records and pretends to spin when he is just playing pre-recorded music. What a tool!!! This guy is so cocky about his music, when we asked him about what was going on he mumbled something about he had the right to play whatever as stated in our agreement. He was barely standing because he was so high on something. Eventually we asked him to leave and left it at that.
WHAT A TOOL. WHAT A WASTE.

Google “Sam Sabatucci” to find out about the author of this report. He never hired Anyone named Jim Carson & most certainly not the Dj pictured here. Sam is a tool and a fake creditor scam artist.

Rumor has it the author of this report is named Sam Sabatucci of Orange County who had a personal gripe with Jim Carson. You can read about Sam Sabatucci and his partner Chad Girven here at scam report:

Anyone who knows either Jim Carson knows that they are both professionals and take their jobs seriously. unlike the author of this complaint here.

Note: This is NOT the same Jim Carson who was on K-Earth 101 Radio in Los Angeles for many years.

To the author of the original post, while you may not be in violation of the above law, you are certainly in violation of state tort law that makes defamation by libel punishable by the law. In order for a defamation action, the plaintiff must prove 4 elements: 1) A false statement 2) Dissemination to a third party (in this case, the Internet) 3) Specificity - a false statement about a company can be the basis of a reputation claim and 4) Damages - the aggrieved party must be able to prove that he or she suffered some pecuniary harm. If I were DJ Jim Carson, I would take a snapshot of this website before you delete it and capture your IP address. Both you and I know, that you never hired Jim for an event, and that he doesn't play pre-recorded mixes at events. Jim is a true professional and you are a sore loser that is sad that you couldn't scam Jim with your false legal actions against him which ended costing you a lot of money. You hired a lawyer, while Jim was able to defend himself in a court law with documents to prove that you were lying. I would advise you to delete this post and your account before Jim decides to take you to court for defamation.

Very funny. I don't bring equipments to events. I don't play music off an iPod. I play professional club events that already have equipment set up. This person never hired me.
