DISH Network fox sports outage

Apparently over 13 years of loyalty gets you ABSOLUTELY nowhere with Dish network. I cannot believe that today is the last day of the regular season for baseball, and I CANNOT watch to see whether the Cardinals win their division or go to the playoffs as a wild card team. I don't want to hear why this situation with Fox sports can't be resolved. There has been PLENTY of time to come to some sort of compromise. Playoffs start this week but I won't be able to watch all of the games. I am SICK of Dish network!

DISH Network dish not reaching an agreement with fox stations that were removed

We have been Dish customers for 20 years. We are very unhappy with Dish not reaching an agreement with Fox, specifically FS1. I am a huge baseball fan. I have been looking forward to the baseball playoffs all year. They start this coming week affectng the American League on October 4th. if you don't reach an agreement with Fox before they start, I will miss most of the American League playoffs. I live in Houston and will be extremely upset if I cannot see the Astros play. Also, I am especially a big Yankee fan, which also will be impacted because of Dish not reaching an agreement with Fox.

Please do whatever is necessary to reach an agreement and restore the missing TV stations/channels ASAP!

DISH Network loss of most watched channels and price increase

Husband and I have been Dish customers for years, but are seriously fed up with the constant price increase of our subscription. Now they've dropped all Fox channels, which we watched a lot. Why should we be charged more, but get less of what we want? We also used to watch Destination America, can't find it anymore. Not good customer service at all. Looking for new service. Good luck keeping your customers, Dish!

DISH Network we are very upset that the fox channels have been canceled.

We are very upset that the Fox channels have been removed from Dish Network. Sports is something that we enjoy watching in our household. It also contributes to our social life. We like having friends and family over to enjoy each other's company, food, and of course; watching the game together. It is very frustrating that not only did we lose KAKE -10 for several months, and we were paying the same price. Now it looks like we are still paying the same price and are missing more than just 1 channel. If this is something like is going to go on for any length of time, we think that our bill should be reduced. If this is resolved in a timely manner, we will be looking into other options and probably be canceling our package.

DISH Network dish satellite service

I'm sick of you holding the viewers hostage in the Atlanta area.

This summer it was CBS now it's Fox

You guys need to resolve these issues before they get to the viewers

We should never have to be without our network TV or channels that we originally signed up for

Your actions are criminal in the area dish satellite company

I have been with you since about 1999 and we may be getting close to the end based on your recent actions or lack of action !

DISH Network equipment cancellation

Extremely unhappy with Dish for charging me $148 early cancellation fee because of equipment agreement. I do not remember a separate contract for equipment this was misleading. I cancelled dish service because of rates after contract ended, my bill went from $65 a month to $99 extremely high only received an offer to reduce bill of $20 a month that was not enough.
Now I was told I will be charge $148 for early cancellation because of an equipment agreement.

I am so unhappy and dissatisfied with Dish. I am requesting a reduction as this was miss leading to a consumer the way it was done.

Originally we were offered hopper and never used it so we had it removed and now dish is saying there was a separate contract for equipment only, I do not agree with this.

Plus I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and then it took another 30 minutes to cancel.

Please be considerate to consumers this is miss leading and I request a this fee to be waived.

Unhappy with Dish Service and the way the business was conducted.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

DISH Network loss of channels

Dish network as pulled serval channels this summer CBS a local channel and now Fox another local channel that we pay for. Plus we have lost all the FOX sports channels. Being that we live in the Atlanta are we are Braves fans and my 9 year old son hasn't been able to watch a braves game in weeks unless it's on ESPN! Is this issue going to be resolved soon or is Dish network going to give different programming because we are paying for channels that we don't have. We have been loyal dish customers for over 15 years! Please fix this issue!

U MF taking away all these channels like local channels to mk money on cables channels! Elderly & the poor as welll as middle payday to payday people can’t affotd Xfinity so this is their thanks ! Just tucking go out of business idiots!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

DISH Network no fs 1 and no big ten network

I want these channels back . I watch them alot . I will switch to direct TV if they do not return very soon. I have att so it may be cheaper. My bill goes up all the time and now I'm losing my channels. Get it fixed ! I dont see why we the customers who pay way too much money for tv get the short end of the stick because of corporate negotiation breakdowns. This is [censored]! I will switch to direct TV before the end of the season because I need Big Ten and FS1. GET IT RESOLVED !

We have had DISH for 8 years. I will terminate my subscription if we are unable to view the Texans football game which starts at 12:00 Noon on Sunday 09/29/20.

DISH Network fox

As a Dish Customer I am extremely upset that you choose to pull Fox from my viewing. I am not able to get HBO with you which means I lost the series of ¨Games of Thrones. Then, my husband tells me that he can no longer watch local sports like the Tigers and Lions because you pulled Fox sports. Now, my favorite TV shows on channel 2 Fox have been removed;. This is outrageous for customer service. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be changing providers.

DISH Network btn

I love Dish and Dish Anywhere. Have had this service for as long as I can remember.

Why do you continue with the pricing issues? If you do not get this resolved stat, I will be dropping Dish. The only reason I gave kept this service if for BTN. Get it resolved now, Please.

I am missing my game today because it is only on BTN and I can't go to the game in person because I'm at my son's Water Polo tournament. Please please please fix this or there really is no reason for me to continue with Dish.

DISH Network channels

I bought Dish because of the price guarantee and the channels. Now most of us won't even be able to see the MLB playoffs!

Never mind about the Texas Rangers being taken off since Fox sports southwest was taken off a while back.

Dish your excuses are pathetic. I bought YOUR DEAL WITH THE CHANNELS PERIOD. Your fight with Fox is only going to hurt you.

Class action lawsuit coming for Dish without a doubt. I may be the 1st in line to get it started.

DISH Network loss of fox sports wi, btn

If Dish doesn't work something out with fox regarding Fox Sports Wi and BTN ASAP, I will be looking for a new service, you have so many channels that few watch, but we have to pay for them, then you and Fox play games with your consumers as leverage against each other. I've been a customer for over 15 years, but that may come to an end if this negotiation is not worked out soon. Clean up the low view channels and prioritize the highly viewed channels. The only one hurt by Dish and Fox not working together is the consumer, Sincerely a previously satisfied customer, also Fox has has been notified of my dissatisfaction

Also I don't see any reduction in my bill when you drop channels, so it's a scam that fills your coffers with more profit, greed will kill corporations, and believe me the consumers do have a braking point, be it Dish or Fox!

DISH Network misinformation on channels available when getting dish

We called about Dish. I asked (my husband was sitting beside me during calls). I asked them: can we get Royals baseball on Fox Sports and BTN network. I asked this question 3 or 4 times and was told YES! We were hooked up on 9/13/2019 about 3:30 pm. Turned to Royals game at 7:15-NO ROYALS GAME! Blacked out message across screen. I have called to complain 3 times. I listen on Dish auto phone message: ‘about fox regional network': and find the contract was canceled in july! We were lied to! Now last night BTN is canceled! We haven't even had for two weeks! Ken in complaint said: there was no mis information given to u—that is a big fat untruth! DISH Network removal of fox network after 20 years of subscribing

I would like to take this opportunity to thank dish network, for ruining my thursday night football game! After 20 years of being a loyal customer.
1. You took away my game of thrones, by removing hbo!
2. You then took away my cherished philadelphia eagles & green bay packer game!
3. You refused to answer any of your phones on the evening of 9/26/2019!
4. Dish network is destroying itself. Blaming the networks and not blaming yourselves.

I will cancel my 20 year loyal membership to dish network as soon as I can find another carrier. Hello xfinity or fios, which by the way I despise, but you forced me to do it!

DISH Network fox programming

Currently in AZ I'm paying 12.00 dollars a month for local channels 2 months ago channels 3, 5 where off air because of a dispute now September fox is off the air wtf... Why can't dish pay their bill to keep the programming many customers are paying for they are making millions so what if due to inflation the price goes up also they should give discounts for the inconvenience of loosing channels especially to customers in Arizona thanks A lot dish Thursday night football is on people cant even enjoy the gamethanks to you I'm thinking of switching if you can't fix this!

DISH Network service van drivers

Number on the back of service van was 0360. Service van was traveling towards Black River Falls, Wisconsin at approximately 7: 20 am. On 9/26/2019. The service van was driving very closely to the back of my vehicle. The speed limit on hwy 27 is 55. I sped up to get the vehicle off my rearend but the service van continued to tailgate me at one point I was going 70 mph we came to a passing zone I was able to slow and he passed continuing his high rate of speed.

DISH Network fox / fox sports 1 / fox sports 2 / big 10

When I switched from directv, I specifically asked about fox sports and big ten network, I was reassured they had all programming, no worries. Here we are, 9/26/19, and fox has dropped dish due to a price increase. I am sick and tired of these satellite companies making the decision for the consumers and not paying the additional money! If I have to pay more money to keep my channels, so be it! In the meantime, I am without the channels I was promised! I am so tired of these companies! Shame on you dish network! Shame on all of you! I plan on filing a complaint with the states attorney and comptroller! Consumers should not be held hostage to these huge conglomerates that make billions of dollars off of the backs of consumers! Enough is enough! You can take your contract and shove it! People are going to say enough!

DISH Network satellite tv

I just switched to dish. At the time I switched I was told dish carried SNY. A day after installation I find I do not have SNY. When I called to cancel I was told I was subject to termination fee. I've had dish for one day and, since I was ill informed, I believe I should be allowed to cancel at this time and the termination fee should be waived. Thank you

DISH Network redzone dish false advertising

Nfl red zone is supposed to be free to dish subscribers, look at this ad -

Today i spent an hour total trying to reach someone at dish. Their website was not working.

First call message said est 25 minute hold. Waiting 20 minutes then anogher message came on saying "we are experiencing extremely high call volume, use our website or call back later" then got hung up on...

Second call, back to the front of queue. Finally got someone who barely spoke english tell me i dont have redzone because i dont have their "multi-sport" package? Its supposed to be free.
