I have been a loyal faithful customer for almost 2 years now. I recently Bondled my package with AT&T and direct tv. When they bundled me they told me I would get a big bill . A month later I get a bill for $500 ???? I called them immediately and told them I would work on paying my bill I would have to make it in payments because it is such a high bill I paid $100 on it on the 4th and told them I would make my next payment on the 18th. It has now been shut off for the 2nd time in two days! The same thing has happened repeatedly! I have so many $35 charges in two years! I have asked for management or supervisor to call me and still no returned call! Please someone higher up help me. I cannot believe how bad customer survive is!! Thanks Jessica vanalstine
