Dillons Fuel

Employees at fuel centers continuously cant find my remaining fuel points from the month before as im trying to use these they treat me like im an idiot for not wanting the $1 off from this months points and cant understand im trying to use all the points from previous month before they expire. Yes i know 80¢ off is less then $1 off but i also know i didnt earn the 800 points to lose them or throw away. And then try to complain at dillons but cant submit without upc code and a man code. Run around for customers who spent a lot of money at their stores. When you do get a survey option then u can report these problems making that store look like crap because they gave you the survey. 800 points is 800$ in a month give or take with other promotions either way they stole $28 from me 80¢x35 gallons and made to be the idiot for not wanting to waste/lose my $28 i earned. They tried to make it up to me with 500points so i still lost 300 but before they were used the clerk couldnt find and i never got anyway. Guess we need to take our fuel points other ways since the wont refund the $800 purchased in a month. Glad i bought my sams membership now. Save each purchase not hope i get to use my fuel points before idiots lose them. Also i go to store after denial and buy crap to see the valid fuel points they cant find for some reason

Dillons Pharmacy

Every month I fill a prescription there, it is a schedule 3. Every month the date it is refillable changes. One month I can pick it up on the 28th day. The next month it will be the 30th day. Last month it was the 31st day. This month it is the 30th day. I know since it is a schedule 3 medication that I am looked at like a drug addict or drug seeker, but is it illegal for wanting to not have to make a special trip across town to pick it up after I have ran out? I also work 12 hour shifts with a 2 hour drive to and from work, so there are times that it is my allotted 30th day and the pharmacy isn't open by the time I get home from work. So why couldn't I pick it up on the 29th day? It's too early for a refill per my insurance? That was a lie! I contacted my insurance and they denied it. I asked the pharmacy to call my doctor to release it on the 29th day and was told they couldn't do it because of insurance. Dillons pharmacy needs to make their refill policy black and white, not depending on how the pharmacist is feeling that day!

Dillons pharmacy is a joke. They literally changed the dates on narcotics on your bottle. I've brought bottles in to ask specifically what they were thinking. One time maybe a mistake but over and over. My son takes narcotics for seizures who in the world abuses epilepsy meds? I imagine they even flagged him even though hes a minor hes 17 with the mentality of a 10 yr old. The pharmacists are not dr. There job is to fill medications and if there's a question or concern to call the dr that wrote it not refuse to fill because of there personal beliefs. It's a joke. That pharmacy gets 9000$ monthly for my sons meds and still gets treated like [censored]

I agree one hundred and ten percent with the pharmacy complaint
I moved out of state and am lolking fot a doctor there in the meantime I still come to see my doctor where I lived.
Store policy is 2 days early on meds nevet had an issue.
Until now.
My doctor got me in 5 days early.
I didnt check the calender took my refill prescription in and not only was told no but the story policy of 2 days early was ignored and the pharmist tilf me six days ciying that the day you get your meds is day 0
I also velieve she flagged me
She didnt ask my situation just made assumptions and I will never ever fill there again.
Ridiculous

Dillons Cashier

While checking out I used my vision card to purchase some of my groceries. As soon as I swiped my card the cashier looked me straight in the face and said we're always hiring if you're looking for a job. My husband who's been at his job for 24yrs and works 50+ hrs a week was standing right next to me along with my 10 yo son and 15 yo daughter. I, myself, am completely disabled with a terminal lung disease. I'm was completely taken a back with her quick judgement and rude comment. It has taken me days to collect myself and write something letting you know what happened. I do hope something is done and hear back.

Dillons Pharmacy - prescription refills

My husband and I have monthly prescriptions that we fill at Dillons Pharmacy and recently, we both had medication dosage changes. We filled the changes and within a few weeks received texts that our refills were ready for pickup. When we went for pickup through the drive-thru, we did not realize we had the incorrect dosage until we were home. When I called about this, I was told that even though it was Dillons' error, I could not bring the medications back. I was jilted out of my co-share balance and my insurance company was billed for a medication that could not be used. This has happened for three different medications. This is very upsetting!

I would like to ask Dillons to look at their processes and find a resolution to this problem.

Dillons Prescriptions

I don't know if they are understaffed but the quality of service has gone downhill considerably. They lose precriptions that have been faxed in by the Dr. Multiple times recently I haven't received the quantity of 1 certain medication I have taken for 20 yrs and nothing is ever said. "We ran out and will fill the rest when the come in " Nothing. They used to do that. I get only excuses. " We were probably busy" "your Dr. didnt call them in" Yes she did because I checked. I'm usually very patient and don't complain. I have heard many complaints from others about the same store. You need more staff like Joy Peterson who has worked for this organization for years (different location). She cares about what she does. Clearly these other Pharmacists are just putting in their hours or are too overloaded.

Dillons Deli food

For many years I enjoyed your deli and ate there most every night. Then the first thing that happened a new manager came in and they no longer allow you to have a drink with your meal. I thought that was being a bit cheap as other places where I have eaten give you a drink and we know it doesn't cost much. I had the CAJUN shrimp and there was hardly no shrimp in my meal. It was mostly sausage it was so awful I brought it home and gave it to my possum. Iused to really enjoy that dish but I had to count the shrimp and I may have had 4. They no longer had my favorite meal in the Chinese department either because they're not allowed to go to the vegetables and get green beans. I think this new manager needs to be reviewed as no one is eating in the deli any longer and there are many empty seats what it used to be full

Dillons Pharmacy help

You need to get better people trained on computer! Better customer service! We went in they told us they didn't have any prescriptions for us. We went out called another Dillion the lady pulled up on their computer found it said it was ready at the store we just walked out of. Then they tried to charge us $42 then we had to complain again and the pharmacist came to window, they said it was because one prescription wasn't covered, then we had to go to back of line, when we got back to front of line we paid $4.29 for everything and they didn't change anything. No apology no sorry for mistake . Basically she was a [censored]! Something needs to be done

Dillons Building

I'm not complaining!
This is a request to have our small Dillons
Move to a larger building.
It is perfect for Dillons!
Since Shopko closed, we should move our store in it!
Our town needs (a lot of people!) agrees.
Would be great if we also had a Pharmacy!
It's like twice as much room, has a loading dock for deliveries, it is PERFECT! just please look into it!

Dillons Two employees

Employee kallou falsly accused me of threatening to kick her butt after my fiance jokingly flipped her off. And I told him I will let her kick your butt. She knows us and knows he was joking around. And I never said anything to her. The other complaint is on the store manager Jenny. After asking us if there was an issue and we said no not knowing what was going on she proceeded to follow us around the store for 20 mintues while we are trying to shop and then accuses us of harassing her employee and threaten to call 911 on us. I don't appreciate being harassed while I'm simply shopping. I have half the mind to file harassment charges myself.

Dillons Customer service

I was over charged on two products. Called and talked to someone who checked prices and confirmed that I was over charged. Came back next day, stood in line for 20 min behind people buying lottery tickets. Finally got helped and was told my debit card would be refunded. It never was. Went back to store, waited again got nothing but a phone number. Called and waited 20 min. Gave up. Extremely unhappy!

Dillons Unethical behaviour

I am appalled by the way a manager assistant treated me today.
They asked for my id for no reason at the register, after I went to my car to get it, they voided my purchase.After I voiced my frustration, the lady named Jennifer raised her voice at me asking to leave the store telling me "you are not getting your stuff today"
On what gounds do you refuse to sell stuff to an individual just because of his appearance. This is violation of all civil rights.This embarassed me infront of all acquintance and parents from my children school. The lady pulled violently my cart and put it in the produce department and left ignoring my requests to speak with the manager.I need the full name of this employee, this is beyond horrible behavior .
This is defamation.I am very well known in town.
I was scared for my safety at your store.
Fyi : I went back to pull my cart and checked it out in the customer service departement after the bank employees suggested that I do so.
The associate at customer service confirmen for me that an ID was not required from the bigining.I need the full name of this employee please.In what age we are ?

Dillons Staff, management and "new store hours"

On 10/4/2018 5:12 AM entered the Dillons store on Rock Road (Derby Ks). I have always shopped before 6 AM. That is the best time for me due to my work hours. Anyways on that day it was like any other shopping day for me. I grabbed a shopping cart and proceeded. Wasn't long 5-10 minutes and I was confronted by a female employee stating the store is closed. I stated I did not know and she said new hours etc.. I then asked can I continue shopping she stated let me check. She returned and said yes. I then asked if a register was open, she sated yes the one on the far south end. I said okay, thank you and proceeded shopping.

I had shopped for almost an hour, cart full and only had maybe another item or two to grab and was getting ready to head towards the front to check out. I was yet again confronted by another individual who was an Asian Male (Ted I think?). I did not get the names of both (Wish I would have). I explained to him yes I was told about the hour change and that I didn't see a sign and that I walked in with a vendor even said good morning to him.

Back to the issue. I also stated that I had approval from an employee when I started to shop. He then stated I cant be there and explained the store policy (Ins etc.) I agreed and understood. However it wasn't enough meaning; I had the feeling like I was just suppose to walk out. So... I then asked don't I get to check out? His replay was no. THAT Really upset me! How am I even in the store if it is closed? I asked to speak with the store manager he stated there wasn't one and he was it.

I also restated to him that even so after speaking with an employee and getting approval and asking at that point do I need to leave and was told no it was okay. I even asked again are you sure and if there was a cash register open. In addition even when I was shopping I was getting glares from employees "Very Disturbing"! Seriously? I told the "Male" employee that the doors need to be locked and a sign needs to be posted stating the new hours. He stated there is a sign. He is/was correct. The sign is inside the building. On top of that it dosen't stand out and was only about the size of sheet of paper. He opened the now "Locked" door to let me leave.

Side Note: I make it a point or use to anyways to shop at Dillon's. It is not convenient for us but we do.

I did leave very upset. It was a waste of my time of the drive over and the time to shop not to now mention I had to go elsewhere and on top of it late for work. So After my second stop at another store (Not Dillon's) I again spent another hour etc.

After I arrived to work late I was still upset so I called the store by that time the store is now "Officially" open. I explained the situation. He sided with the stores view policy and I shouldn't have been there. I AM NOT disputing the policy or the now the NEW hours it is as a customer I was being proactive. I asked what about my time etc. He had no response other than he was going to speak with the employees.

I SHOULD BE COMPENSATIED FOR LOST TIME! He didn't get the point! Not Surprising!

BOTTOM LINE:

- STORE CLOSED LOCK THE DAMN DOOR!

- NEW HOURS? POST IT OUTSIDE ON A MARQUEE. MAYBE POST IT ON ONE OF THOSE DILLION FLYERS?

Dillons Customer service/management

I went to Dillons to get a few things, i only took my Dillons credit card. I spent almost 45mins to an hour getting items. I got stuff from my free coupons, deli coupons, ect. It took almost 30mins to get to check out bc there was one checker. The check yourself was full due to only one checker. As i went to pay my card wouldnt work. It would say no authorization then decline. I know i was no where close on limiting card. Two people behind me stated that their card didnt work while they were at the fuel pump so they lost fuel.points. The manager took me to the service desk and tried my card same thing happened. He was told by the other customers that their card didnt work either at the pumps. He asked if i had another card to use and I said no. He basically walked of. No one tried to see what was going on or fix the situation or say im sorry. They act like i had no money and it was me. I left leaving the cart full of food that was already in the bags. I have never been treated so crappy at a grocery store. Will never go there again. I called a Dillons number to complain and had to wait over 30mins. The person asked what my card number was and i told her. She replied well its active and you should be able to use it. It was decline at another store while i was on the ph with her. I explained several times what happened but she was understanding why its not working. I spent two hours if not longer this morning running to get groceries then having to go to another store bc Dillons lack of trying to correct things or finding out what was going on. Never have i seen a store incompent.

Dillons Bakery on 37th and woodlawn in wichita ks

I came in on Saturday on June 16th 2018 and ordered a cake to be picked up Monday June 18th 2018. I get there to pick up the cake and it was not done. The guy also told there was no one there to even make the cake. I am very disappointed because I shop at Dillons on 37th and Woodlawn every week if not more than once a week. I needed that cake for my daughters 21st birthday. So I will be taking my services to Sam's Club from now on because I was able to get the cake I wanted with the pictures I wanted. I was a little late to the party because of Dillons' error, but Sam's pulled through. No thanks to Dillons' bakery never again will I order a cake

Dillons E coupons

For the third time in a month the self checkout register at the Dillons in Winfield, Kansas has failed to acknowledge the e coupons I had loaded onto my smartphone. This time it happened to be for the 99 cent General Mills cereal on special Saturday, today.
In the past I have shown the cashier that the coupons were indeed loaded onto my smartphone and they have done a manuel over ride to correct the problem.
Unfortunately today Vincent was the cashier in charge. I suggested that he get someone to show him how to do that. Instead he told me to go through the process again and left me to help another customer. Same problem. Snagged another cashier, same problem. Left after 15 minutes in checkout lane minus groceries.

Dillons Kroger cream of mushroom soup

I was fixing our supper over my lunch hour in our crockpot! I was making cube steaks which I purchased from our local Dillion's store and added two cans of the Kroger mushroom soup! I added one can and started adding the 2nd can when I noticed something black and stringy in the soup that I had already added to the crockpot full of meat! The black stringy stuff appears to be a clump of black hair NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! That can of soup ruined our meal! We shop all the time at our local Dillion's store and needless to say I am very disappointed!
Thank you for your assistance with this huge disappointment!

I have never wrote a complaint in my life but this totally grossed me out!Just thankful I noticed the gross black hair before I feed the meal to my whole family!

Dillons 31st & seneca dillon’s

2 homeless men in store tonight both bothering a single female trying to do Thanksgiving shopping...not enough registers open after hours...made formal complaint to manager...he said he would get rid of homeless, I watched him do nothing...one man left & I notified clerk manager did not try to locate second man. I asked clerk and she said there is another man that is younger & homeless that also hangs out in store...makes me question safety at this store...2/2 accosted me this evening!

Unfortunately it can be difficult to handle situations like this in retail. It's often he said/she said unless the manager witnesses something personally, and even then they may be reprimanded by their superiors by kicking out potential business.

Dillons Unprofessional workers

I was recently in the Dillon store – in dodge city ks When two of your Employees were showing un professional relations towards each other I will never return to that store if that is how your company runs business I am presuming one was a manager. The tag on his shirt said Nick and was Dressed rather nice unlike the rest of your employees the other was a female named Joy I am not sure if they are both managers or what but when I walk into a store employees should not be acting that way towards each other showing that kind of affection it’s a public place. Something needs to be done about this it is so unprofessional

Dillons Treatment of employees

Please discuss with Mike and Ben how they are treating the Meat department at their store on N. Amidon. I see those men working hard, only to be chewed out in front of customers and threatened with their job for an honest mistake made. Their treatment shows a hostile work environment. The issue needs to be adddessed before their union rep files a grievance with the store.

Dillons Customer service manager

I went to the Dillons in Wichita at Harry and webb. We bought a gift card and the printer jammed. We asked if we could reprint the activation receipt and the customer service manager said it can't be done. We asked if we could return the card, we just bought with the regular receipt and rebuy it to get an activation receipt and the customer service manager said no, you cannot return the card. Then he got a phone number and said to call it to make sure the card is activated. I asked what am I going to do if the card isn't activated. The customer service manager said to return the card and he'd give us back our money. Then I said, "but you just said you cannot take it back, that makes no sense". He then told the girl at the counter to call and make sure the card was activated. He then went into a door and did not come out and left this poor girl to call with people waiting in line behind me. The customer service manager behaved unprofessionally and gave minimal customer service with a bad attitude.

I have been a loyal customer at Dillons on south broadway, I was shopping there when they were across the street. I was told yesterday that my prescription would be ready at 10:30 today. I walked in and they said no it will be 10 to 15 minutes longer, no problem. 1 hour and 45 minutes later it was done. Unprofessional workers too busy making personal phone calls and laughing and having a good time. RUDE people after shopping 40 yrs with that dillons I will be changing. BE CAREFUL they could even get your medicine mixed up with the weekend shift.
