Digi Telecommunications — failure switching to other network
I'm really disappointed with digi services and meanwhile I felt relief as I have made the wise decision to change to other network.. Just a simple request to switch to other network, it takes 3days to process and still pending till now due to system error... Please expedite the process... At least do one last thing for your customer to maintain a standard service in line with other telco..
