XY diet patch.
I am writing to get my money back. On November 6th you took $12.95 and then on November 9th you took $34.95 off my credit card and sent no product. I just want my money back. I don't think it's fair that you would deceive someone like that.
I am waiting for my money and a reason why you keep doing this to people. I truly thought what a easy way to lose weight.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.

Diet patches
I was offered a 14 day free trial of these patches. It was understood by me that if I was not satisfied with the product, I could call company after trial period and they would stop sending patches. I did call before of trial period and stated I was not interested in their product. They have continued to send mr the patches and charge me 60.00 per package. I have tried e-mailing them and calling them at the number given me [protected] but have not been able to get someone to answer the phone ( I always get an answer about the person I need to talk to is away from her desk and for me to leave my name and phone number ) and am still waiting for person to return my calls. E-mails remain unanswered...

Unauthorized charge to debit / credit card
After receiving a call from a rep of Herbal Groups Inc named Katrina about a diet patch that supposedly included Cambodia Garcinia. I say supposed because the package I received did not contain a list of ingredients nor any contact information if I decided at any time during the 21 day trial that the product was not for me. I was initially charged 6.95 for shipping & handling, it took a week before I received the product but my card was charged a week prior. on the 7th day after receiving the product & 14 days after the initial charge I was charged 69.95. Either way you look at it my 21 day trial was not over & I was in the process of trying to get though to cancel with them. I have a very strong suspicion that I will have to get my money back via MC because I am doubting Herbal Group will cooperate. We will see.

I order the free sample and have received it and have tried it. The patches don't stay on for more then 24 hours and then thay peel off no matter were or what you do. The package was to have a 30 day supply but it was not in the box when I opened it. I don't not want to pay for something that I did not receive or that doesn't work as I was lead to beleive. Please refund my money and don't contact me again or bill me. Thank you Dona Avinger
