I've recently tried to configure SIP trunk on my account on didlogic -
to do so you have to add funds to your account, so I used my precious,
normal paypal account.
I've got email asking for elaborate confirmation of payment made, so
I've responded with several sentences describing details used in the
original payment, etc.
What they did? After about 15 minutes they... just deleted my account.
Like this. I couldn't login, because I didn't had my account anymore.
Their excuse? You're joking, right? They never come back.
**** you, didlogic, I just wanted to set up SIP trunk from my personal
pbx - damn, I wanted to pay for it, with my own money. If I don't
deserve simple reassuring question or reply to email to the support,
you absolutely do not deserve having more customers than less - THEY
deserve to know what kind of arrogant pr***s you are.
i'v had the same issue basically. i just signed up a new account and wanted to make a payment via paypal. after 10 mins they just refunded my payment and cancelled my account without any reason. i've tried to send their support line an email but nobody has responded! very strange business practice!
