Dick's Sporting Goods hyperdiamond cleats

I purchased the Nike Hyperdiamond cleats online due to the search suggestions when I googled "best cleats for a softball pitcher" The shoes looked great..I liked the design and lines of the cleat, however these shoes have ripped apart from the soles..They are less than one month old...Poor quality construction! My daughter is a pitcher but has never had shoes wear this way before. I feel like I threw $60 right into the trash!

Dick's Sporting Goods bike service department

On 6/4/2017 at about 5:00 pm the bike service male associate who's age is about 50 years old could not hear any questions I asked him. He had an ear piece in his ear to hear other associates in the store speak to him on it. I spent about 10 minutes in this section of the store and asked him about 6 questions. Every time I asked him a question he would say, "what?" Then say he couldn't hear me and have to take the ear piece out of his ear and I'd have to repeat my question in a louder voice. It appeared that he was acting like he couldn't hear me in order to be rude to me on purpose. This employee needs to be retrained in his customer service skills and needs to listen to customers or wear hearing aides if he is hard of hearing.

Dick's Sporting Goods koppen haltbar

I bought a set of trekking poles about two years ago.They were Koppen Haltbar adjustable poles.
First time using them the locking mechanism in one seized up and the pole wouldn't collapse. Since it was stuck in its extended position, I continued using it. There is no store really convenient for me to go to (I only went in the first place because I had a gift card and was in the area). Last weekend, the locking mechanism failed completely, and now the pole won't stay extended.
I found the Koppen company website hoping to find the part that failed, not parts available. Every "buy it" link whether in store or online sent you to ***'s. I found their email adress and sent them an email inquiring about parts. I recieved a robo-reply "we're reviewing your inquiry and we'll contact you as soon as we can".
Shortly after that I also received a robo-email from ***'s sporting Goods customer service about the same inquiry. I recieved an email from a ***'s rep in about a day, they suggested I contact Koppen. I replied that I had contacted them but had not yet heard from anyone. The ***'s rep sent me an email with the text from Koppen's email pasted in.
THEY'RE THE SAME COMPANY!
I replied and let them know that I was dissatisfied with the service and very disappoinjted about getting the run-around.Short and long, they can't help me because they don't sell the item anymore and it is out of warranty.

Dick's Sporting Goods manager customer service

I went in to the dicks sporting goods store in Irving (las colinas) Texas yesterday and was helped by a man named Zee who was incredibly helpful! He had to wait on his manager, Tom to approve the sale. I waited for 20 minutes before he came in from the back with a severely pissed off look on his face. No smile, no hello. Just made a snide remark about my ID. He was more than rude and unpleasant. I'm in the customer service/retail industry and I understand being frustrated but I will not be returning to this store and I'm a regular customer. What a shame that he was given a manger position.

Dick's Sporting Goods nike fc barcelona supporters ball [midnight navy]

My son purchased this nike fc barcelona supporters ball [midnight navy] from our local dick's sporting goods store in warwick, rhode island. My son purchased this with his birthday money and it was going to be his favorite new soccer ball. However, after one hour of playing soccer the decals started peeling off. What a disappointed. My son was so upset.

Dick's Sporting Goods nickent omen putter

I just received a Nickent Omen Tour Series 2 Putter in the mail and as soon as I opened the box I saw that the bottom of the putter is chipping and just doesn't look good and brand new (picture below)
I also never received the extra weights or tool to fix the weights with the products and I was supposed to.

I am a very consistent and loyal costumer with Dicks and I never usually have any issue with my orders but this bothers me, especially buying something brand new. Having it chipped and forgetting the tool to adjust the club itself is not acceptable to me. Please let me know what I have to do because this is very frustrating.

Dick's Sporting Goods golf club grips and installation

I went in to dicks a couple of weeks ago to look at golf grips. When i found a few I liked I asked the associate how much it would cost to have them put on. He told me if I buy 10 or more grips he would put them on for free. I told him I would do more research on line and probably return next week with my clubs. After doing some research I decided to go back and make my purchase. I chose the GP MCC MID BKRED grips.
I verified the price of the grips (2.99 per grip) with the associate (same guy who I initially saw) and mentioned that I'm buying 12 grips so there should be no charge for putting them on. He said that was a special they were running and he wasn't sure if that offer was still valid. He told me he would put the order in for me and then I should bring the order slip up to the cashier and she will tell me then if installing the grips were indeed free. I thought this was weird - shouldn't a guy who works in the golf department know if this "special" is still going on.
After much discussion with the cashier it was decided I will not be getting my free install. So I paid the xtra $25.88 and was told I would be called the next day when my clubs were done. The impression I got was they would be ready in the morning so I made plans to test out my new grips by playing 9 holes later that day. When I still hadn't received a call by mid afternoon I called and was told by the same associate that they were ready an hour ago but he didn't call me b/c his phone was tied up. I think I should've been told on that 1st day that the free install is a limited time offer. The way it was presented to me I assumed it was Dick's on-going policy to give free installs as long as you bought 10 or more grips. I realize I could've backed out of the purchase but by now I didn't feel like spending any more time on this by shopping elsewhere.
Btw the sales associate in the golf depart was very friendly and seemed to know his stuff - fitting me with a mid size grip that he said would fit my game best.

Dick's Sporting Goods service

Second time it's happen went to buy product the price was mark wrong so I ask about it told them price in the back was diferent they argue with me .both times about it both times it has been the manager too . that I have talk to about the prices . Both times I been told by the managers that I'm was wrong with out them even going in the back and checking the problem .and both times they have actually been to check the prices after they tell I'm wrong and I been right about it. so how about they for once star doing what customers service job is suppose to be this was the store in Gresham Oregon on Eastman

Dick's Sporting Goods what a terrible waste of money!

I had the worst experience ever! Dick's Sporting Goods is a terrible site, and their service is beyond ridiculous. I made my order back in January and it is already April and still nothing. I contacted them so many times, but they never replied. They finally replied in March and said that my order was cancelled a long time ago!
I was so angry and demanded a full refund, but they changed their tone and said that they sent me a notification about order cancellation and even processed a refund. They were rude! They said that they did their part of the job and if I did not receive my money back that was not responsibility. Never ever use this site, they are horrible. What a terrible waste of money.

Dick's Sporting Goods false advertising

I stopped into Dick's sporting goods after I received their circular. I stopped in to pick up some fishing deals for new lures, hooks, and waders. The deal in question is for the headwaters pro chest wader and wade shoe for $199.95. I went in to buy it and to finally be able to have my own set only to find out that i was mislead. The advertisement clearly states that it was for both and the store kept telling me it was a misprint and typo and there are disclaimers saying they weren't responsible. This was absurd, because clearly it wasn't a typo it was mis-typed. The manager at the store was quite hostile and made it seem like it was my fault and i was an idiot for not knowing. I'm a consumer that received an AD and went into the store to pick it up. He made it seem like they weren't liable for anything stated in the ad and could easily blame it on a typo which they weren't held responsible for. I think this is absurd, because then was is the point of having ads. It would just be complete false advertisement. I was mislead to go into the store to shop under false pretenses. This made my experience very bad, because i wasn't able to purchase what I had planned based of your ads and then I felt accosted by management for trying to receive what was completely within reason. He made me feel uncomfortable. I almost didn't buy anything because of such bad experience, but I didn't want to do that to myself. I needed some of the gear. I work all the time, I earned some enjoyment time. I didn't want to let that experience ruin future experiences. I'm just very unsatisfied with the experience and i feel mistreated. I'm still worked up and felt like i had to defend myself for simply following the ad. He positioned it as if nothing in the ads could be accurate at any given point and they wouldn't honor the deal. What made me more upset was he gave away his cards when he mentioned that he honored the deal to other customers because they argued more. I thought it was really unfair on how others were able to get the deal and after my experiences I left without waders or boots. I already felt uncomfortable and he was raising his voice to be firm with me which was uncalled for, because I wasn't in the wrong at any point. I was willing to work with him, but he didn't present any deals remotely close to the original deal. I hope you could see the right course of action and right the wrong. I'm a loyal customer that has bought huge ticket items like kayaks and rifles and miscellaneous items, and I would love to continue my patronage, but this recent experience has left a very bad taste.

Dick's Sporting Goods dick's sporting goods - very bad site!

They have the slowest shipping service you can imagine! I made my order three weeks ago and still nothing. When I contacted Dick's Sporting Goods they said that order was shipped but they were not able to tell the exact delivery date. They also did not give me tracking number and when I asked for one the said "sure" and still did not send it to me!
Their rep claimed that number was sent but that wasn't true. I was absolutely disgusted with their service, there was nothing good about them. Support simply did not care and it seemed like they didn't want to waste their time on me. Order was no where to be found and there was no way to track it. When I asked for a refund they simply ignored me and did not reply. Avoid!

Dick's Sporting Goods taylormade jetspeed driver

Ordered taylormade jetspeed driver. Order was confirmed. Waited one week then called them. They assured me the order was fine and would ship in the next day or so. The very next day I received a cancelation notice. A very poor way to do business.

Over the years I have purchased thousands of dollars of goods from dicks. Now, they have lost me as a customer. No response to my complaints. Very, very poor company to do business with.

Dick's Sporting Goods online ordering, horrible. never again!!!

I recently ordered a North Face down jacket from Dick's online. Dicks shows 2 colors and a variety of sizes in stock on their website. The site let me order one, even pre authorized my C.C. After waiting a day and a half for a confirmation e mail with a tracking number, it finally arrived in my inbox and the status of the shipment was "processing" and an estimated expedited arrival date was 2/3/2017. I had ordered it at 11 AM on 2/1, and the e mail with an order number/est arrival date arrived 2/2/17.
The order was canceled online with no explanation, or e mail notification as to why it was canceled. After calling cust service, seems they have NONE in inventory, NONE! No sizes, No colors. I waited for a month for these jackets to go on sale, and on the morning of 2/1/17, the discount first appeared on the website. I ordered immediately before they were all gone.

On 2/2/17, WITHOUT any explanation, the order status went to " canceled". Seems as if Dick's never had ANY jackets, but were still selling them on their website, irregardless of the inventory in stock. I went to the Dick's site several times today and they are STILL selling them and pre authorizing credit cards even though they have no stock.

I called customer "no service" and was told that they had 19 blue jackets on 2/2/17, but had sold out. I asked why if I had ordered mine 2/1/17 at 1100AM, why was my order not honored before the others that ordered after me. I was then told by a supervisor that there was actually never any coat's at all. They were all soooooooo sorry for the mix-up, however; the manager was stone cold and offered no explanation. He also allowed things to continue as usual on their site with NO inventory in stock, and due to the season ending, very little chance of getting any more. Talk about false advertising.

I did order several jackets in the aftermath of this unbelievable incident. One was for a bomber blue XL (for my dad) from Rocky Mountain Ski and Board for way cheaper than the Dick's price, and there was a price reduction at Sunny Sports .com for $227.95 (zinc grey for me). Dick's wanted $349.00 per jacket. I immediately got confirmation e mails from both companies. Several hours after those orders got tracking numbers (in those e mails), I went to both sites and the XL and XXL jackets I had ordered were pulled from the "in stock" to "not available". I guess I got the last jackets in those 2 sizes/colors, and the sites IMMEDIATELY shut those sizes down. Not Dick's. You can still buy one by ordering from the Dick's site and have your CC reimbursed and all the apologies I am getting. If you don't believe, go to the Dick's site and order a bomber blur or a TNF Black color. The site shows 3 sizes available in blue, and 3 sizes in black available.

You would think that as big as Dick's is, they could do a whole lot better than the smaller company/sites I had to order from, especially with the online technology that is available. They have mostly ratings of a 1 out of 5 on the review/social media sites, and this review certainly won't help them at all. Move over Sports Authority, make room for Dick's, they will certainly be next for bankruptcy proceedings.

Dick's Sporting Goods liars

My order was cancelled and no one from Dick's Sporting Goods ever bothered to contact me! I waited and waited for my order to arrive and nearly months passed when I decided to contact the about my order. Only then they finally told me the truth. Their rep said that they were just about to refund me. Yes, sure! They said that my order was no in stock and it was not shown on the site because their site wasn't updated. Lies, lies, lies!
Not to mention that I'm still waiting for my money!

Dick's Sporting Goods return

I returned 3 items to Dick Sporting Goods. It got to their warehouse 9//7 by 9/13 I still did not have any notification that my refund was processed so i called Customer Service.
I was told it takes 10 business days for the refund to be processed and another 3-5 for it to show up in my account. That's 1/2 a month!

The customer service people are nasty.
Don't purchase anything from this retailer I'm sure you can find whatever you need elsewhere.

Dick's Sporting Goods shoes

On August 25th, I tried to return an unworn pair of Mizuno atheletic shoes and they declined my return and I had my receipt. I know I shop a lot in there and have spent a bunch of money in there. They would not let me exchange them either. I don't care how many exchanges or returns you have, you should be able to exchange or get your money back if you have a receipt. Unless things change, I will not spend another dime in there. Thanks.

Dick's Sporting Goods purchase order website not updated

Bought my hiking shoes online Saturday. I was tracking my order it was schedule for delivery on Friday. Friday morning I get an email that it's no longer available and that my order was canceled. Why did they sell it if there was no stock? Why did they wait till Friday to tell me (I needed it by the next Tuesday)? Why can't they send it out when it's in stock again? Customer was not very helpful; no discount was offered just apologies. Very disappointed, next time I will be hesitant to order from Dicks.com.

This can happen with every single online retailer. It is nearly impossible to get a real time inventory. Suppliers can run out, items can be recalled, etc. Giving you a refund is the law.

Dick's Sporting Goods they don't accept returns

When I ordered my stuff I asked about the return process and they said "yes, you can return in case of damages and etc.". So when I received my items two of them were defective, so I contacted dick's sporting goods and asked for a replacement. And guess what! They said sorry we do not accept returns!
And the most ridiculous part was when they tried to assure me they never told me that they do accept returns.
Well, lesson learned! Dick's sporting goods you just lost a customer. Hope you'll get out if business.

Dick's Sporting Goods scam company! beware!

I have ordered several golf balls from Dick's Sporting Goods and when I received my packaging I noticed that two balls were missing! Contacted the company and they promised to sent me the missing ones. Weeks passed and still nothing! Recently I received a message from them stating that they have changed their mind and refused to ship the missing balls. Tried to call them, but they ignore me! Never again!

I have been in Dicks Sporting stores many times made one purchase of a thermal mug as a gift only because I was in a hurry and happened to be in the mall and walking by. The purchase was on time convince and location otherwise I would not have gone there. Not a very good sporting store and lay out is poor. If you are a golfer, it might serve you well otherwise I would much prefer the old Gander Mountain or Outdoor Sporting Store. Academy is third on the list as far as store merchandise available for selection. To me Dicks Sporting is a waste of time with very poor merchandise selection. If you are a hunter, fisherman or camper don't waste your time. Just my own opinion. The Corporate & owners do NOT approve of weapons sales to the public! I was actually told this by several employees of Dicks Sporting Goods while in the stores as I did inquire why there were no such products in any of their stores. It is only my opinion that not selling at least long guns and ammo for hunting & a gool selection of fishing equipment is a bad decision for an outdoor sports store. A Golfing only store is great if you play golf.

Dick's Sporting Goods no sweat warranty

I bought an Eliptycal over a year ago, I paid for no sweat warranty and for people to assemble in and delver it to my apartment . After a few days heard a loud noise in it, called Dicks and had to wait months till someone came to repair it, a few months later found out there was so resistance to the eliptical. I couldnt find reciept, called Dicks and was told that after 90 days, I'm erased from computer. After they gave me numbers and was dealt the "RUN AROUND", I finally decided to call Sears to send a technician which I am spending 300 dollars to fix my machine. The Sears tech told me I would have been in the computer for years. I paid an extra 150 dollars for the no sweat protection plan and they said I wasnt registered for it even when a technician from a place called "Primetime Technicians did come to fix my eliptical prior to this. I'm very hurt and feel like I've been scammed.
