[Resolved] / not received

They send an email about my order that has been delivered and completed. I never received anything. Tracking number was false. Wrong item and wrong address DHL confirmation. No response on disputes or messages I send. With all the technology in place how can they get away with this? How to contact DHgate does anyone have information? Or did anyone looked into other legal ways

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
