DHGate.com that you guys only need to take out one payment of 187.03

I have accidentally order the same dress twice I only need one dress I got one that I ordered and you guys have over drawn my bank account and I put money back in to the negative balance and made it postive and I only release one payment not two payments and I have asked for a refund from the second order that I mistakenly made and I can't wear two dresses

On 13th April, 2019 I ordered and paid for a Dyson Hairdryer US$108.99 (US$133.31 with delivery) Aust $209.88.
I have emailed information many times but never ever received a reply.
I telephoned the Sydney delivery company many, many times but only received recorded answering machine saying service not available.
I want to commence a process to get reimbursement of my money as it 9 weeks since I placed my order.

Ordered online and paid for 29th March 2019.

Excuse after excuse for non-delivery. I demanded a refund which was agreed six weeks ago and its all gone dead. No guitar and no refund, Hence the route I am now taking to ensure no one else gets scammed as I have been for a considerable sum of money.

DHGate.com credit card charged and no order confirmation

I purchased a pair of shoes ("Fasion SB Stefan Janoski") but i did not receive a confirmation email and there is no sign of the order on my account, however my credit card has been charged and there is still no sign of my order after 4 days.
I would like a refund or for the item i ordered to be sent.

Payment was processed on Wednesday 12 June NZT.

DHGate.com not received

They send an email about my order that has been delivered and completed. I never received anything. Tracking number was false. Wrong item and wrong address DHL confirmation. No response on disputes or messages I send. With all the technology in place how can they get away with this? How to contact DHgate does anyone have information? Or did anyone looked into other legal ways

DHGate.com scammed by dhgate

I bought a dyson blow dryer and my order was shipped to New Jersey, I live in TX! I had proof of delivery with some guys signature and the seller wouldn't respond. DH Gate would not refund my order until 6 days, then they processed it saying me and the seller reached an agreement? No we didn't, I was scammed and I think DH Gate is the fake account holder. Now I have to wait 15-30 days before my money is refunded. So all together they are holding my money for over a month when they know that I was scammed? DH Gate is a scam and they won't even let me leave a review for this seller?

I ordered a dress from them I opened a dispute and I responded and now they telling me I didnt respond I sent them screen shots and they still telling me I didnt respond they want to refund me only half of what I paid for I want full amount dress was nothing like described said it has a high slit dress doesn't have it and it was also damaged order #[protected]

DHGate.com wrong merchandise, and it 4th rate

Thieves!

Thieves! There was no doubt what I ordered, it was printed in huge text on the enclosed order slip. I got something entirely different, thief seller claimed i'd approved it. Dhgate's customer service agreed with their thief. What I got was fourth-rate junk, I sent pictures confirming that. Dhgate agreed with their thief. If you want to order from them, throw your money in the garbage can instead. That way you'll avoid the 45 day delay in getting nothing you can use.

I foolishly wasted 20 minutes of my life thinking there was any chance DHgate would suddenly become honest.
This is their response:

did see here that the dispute was closed. What I recommed is that please ask the seller to leave a message in the system like this: "I agree to refund with the amount of____".
----------------
Now. What's the odds that this thief will suddenly do that?

Again, throw your money in the toilet and flush it, don't send it to DHgate and their fellow thieves. You'll get the same results, and you won't have to wait a month to learn you've been lied to and stolen from.

This is the standard response the Thieves always post ... it looks good for the public, but they in the end they always side with their fellow-thief.

You should assume any positive reviews are from fellow-Thieves, trying to disguise their business philosophy.

Nobody who has dealt with them would ever give them 5-stars (or 4, or 3, or 2, or 1 if there was anything lower)

Please give me some information. I need to know why I have waited almost a month. If you cannot provide my order I would like to be refunded and have my money back. This is the first time that I order online and not receive my goods. It should have arrived a long time ago!

DHGate.com sneakers to be either replaced or refunded. arrived to me not as shown on site

So I have done everything that I was told to and I have yet received a new pair of sneakers for my son or a refund. Now what do I do? Also the phone number that they supply is not to DHGate. This is ridiculous. I bought these now over a month ago and the day after I received the sneakers I started emailing for a return with a new pair to be sent or a refund.

DHGate.com product not as shown

I purchased a black pair of yeezys 350 BOOST. I received them on March 29, 2019 and instantly sent an email to the seller which is luishen01 reference a defect in one of the shoes. I emailed again on March 30, 2019 reference a defect of one of the shoes and both times I requested a return for a new pair. I have not received a response from the seller. I need direction on how to retun this pair of shoes so I can receive a pair that are not defective.

I received my Banksy T shirt a few weeks ago, I ordered a ladies XL but the one I received is very small and fits a five year old. I contacted the seller straight away. It took a while for a reply, they asked for a photo of the item to which I sent but now there not replying. This is order number [protected]. DHGate.com my personal information

I placed several orders last week with DH Gate. The security division needed my credit card information to process my orders. The very next day I'm getting phone calls non stop from Chinese people over sea's.I have no idea what to do about this? They are the only company out of United States that I've done business with. Can anyone advise me on how to contact someone in the Company'? I want these calls to stop. They obviously gave my phone number out to (God knows who) I'm very worried that they are scammers.

DHGate.com I'm being robbed and dhgate is not answering

I bought an item from DHgate (PO#[protected]), had problems, opened a after-sale dispute and agreed in the solution, but, nothing happens. The seller talked to me until I close the dispute and now I don't have the item, my money, the returns costs and on top of all, I've already sent several messages to DHgate trogout the site and not even 1 answer from support, sales... no one.
I'm lost and feel robbed by the seller with the support of DHgate.

What else can I do?

DHGate.com wrong delivery of goods, not what I ordered

You have paid this supplier moneys for a wrong delivery I have messaged this suppler
3 times over a period 13 days without a response from them.
Ftiier glasses. Ordered yellow with black bottoms jawbreaker sunglasses received white with black bottom. When I placed the order I specified not to send any other colours.
This case has gone to your complaints dept without a resolution and have had only had one replie form this department.
Dhgate policy is if the seller has not responded within 5 days an automatic refund will be given, is this correct>

DHGate.com smart watches

Hi I ordered 3 different lots of smart watches of 3 different sellers. None of the pedometers work on any of the different types of watches and I have tried a couple that don't work at all. I have contacted the sellers 1 is not responding and the another is telling me it will take 2 months for a refund which I'm not happy about. Another is telling me to send them to USA . I would just prefer to go through yourselves as I don't feel confident I'm going to get the full refund and return shipping fees and don't see why I should have to wait 2 months for a refund! . I'm very unhappy about this as this is 3 different sellers on your website all of which don't sell products which are described to do what they say! My order numbers are

DHGate.com apple watch wrist band

I placed order on 12/17/18 for Apple Watch123 wristband from seller cgb201711. I contacted seller on 1/09/19 because order hadn't left Customs. Seller responded that he will go to Post Office to check order. After the 3rd day, I still hadnt received a response from seller, so I emailed seller again, this time no response. I contacted customer service to file a dispute because items hadnt arrived by the delivery date. I also emailed seller to advise I will be requesting refund. While the dispute was open, I finally received items 2/6/19. A month past the expected due date. After 1 day of use of the Apple watch123 wristband, the colors began to fade. I contacted customer service 2/10/19 to advise I received items, and was not satisfied with the product and request to return items for a full refund. I was asked to provide proof of evidence in which I uploaded pictures of the item that faded, which was "poor quality" to Claire. I was assured by Claire, that she would forward proof of evidence to the correct team, and in 2 business days, I should receive an email with return address information. On 2/14 I receive an email saying that my dispute was closed because evidence wasnt received, and I would have to go through seller. As of today 2/27/19, Im still getting the run around, seller still hasnt contacted me back. I want a refund.

I have ordered a Global Version Xiaomi POCOPHONE F1 6GB 128GB POCO F1 Snapdragon 845 6.18" Full Screen 20MP Front Camera LiquidCool Smartphone it was ordered on the 24/12 2018 Order NO:[protected] Tracking number: LM423392495CN.

It has not arrived I also ordered a phone case at the same time and that arrived early January.

If they cannot give a phone very soon I want a refund.

I have sent messages to DHGATE and I get no replies>
Please help me.

Since 3 days all my payements are blocked for security reasons! Nobody answer me and my credit card is debited! Dhgate has blocked 4 orders for security reasons without reasons! I am a good customer and I ordered many items and I recieved it!
They don't answer me anywhere! I don't know what can I do! It's not a good service at all!
