Can you please offer some assistance regarding my complaint below?
I have been discussing the quality of the jersey I recieved with Jerseyoutlets.
The team member I have been dealing with for the past two weeks has delivered a very unprofessional and rude response to my queries if any response at all.
I have a complaint about the jersey not being of the quality described and faults in the stitching with the badges peeling off and other marks on the jersey. I have simply asked for a refund as I am not happy with the jersey.

• stitching is poor quality and messy
• white stain marking near neck of jersey
• stadium badge not sewn on properly, lifting up
• quality of jersey not as described
• unprofessional and extremely unhelpful staff at jersey outlets.

Jerseyoutlets have been extremely unhelpful with my questions and ignored my comments.
I have not worn this jersey and it is still in the condition it arrived in. I am happy to return as long as i get my money back.
I have asked to speak with a manager multiple times, which my requests have been ignored and disregarded. If I dont hear from Jerseyoutlets I will be pursuing this claim to higher authority until I recieve my refund.

I ordered a bag in September 2017, the bag didn't arrive and the seller kept saying there was a delay, it will arrive, give me another 2 weeks.
We are in may 2018 and the seller didn't send a refund or the product. I left a bad review and now he is bullying me into changing the review saying he will only send a refund if I change it. How am I to trust someone like that?
Anyway, dh gate customer services is a joke. They have absolutely no respect for customers and let their selleRs do what they want including stealing money from honest People. They have no regard for customers.

I have returned an item & contacted the seller to ask for a refund on the return postage but they have refused, how can I get this back please ? This is not acceptable as I shouldn't be out of pocket just from ordering something online. Iwould like you to resolve this as sooon as possible.
I have had this email returned several times & this is not fair. I will be taking this further to the financial Ombudsman Service if I do not get my money refunded.

We have 1994, 21 in our DHpay Account but we can't see/use it in our account. Your assistant on the life chat tells us that our account is in freeze. She said that this is because there is a missing payment for the orders [protected] and [protected].

On 16-9-17 we received the following mail:
This is to inform you that we find there is a fraud with your order [protected] and [protected] because of the GC payment gateway error.Please send back the money, otherwise we won't release your DHpay account.

If we check these orders we see twice the notification 'The transaction is completed.' 
Which payment are you missing? We think it's incorrect. 
Please find attached a printscreen of our DHpay account (there isn't money).



We send many mails and we chatted with several chat assistants. Every time they promise us an answer in at least 48 hour but I never get any response of them.
I'm really irritated about the way my question is being ignored every time.
I hope you can solve this problem for me.

Hi! I purchased two (2) pairs if woman rockstud high heel shoes with colors beige and black on your site last February 15, 2018 and paid via my HSBC Credit Card. I am very dissapointed because until now April 16, 2018, i haven't received the products yet. The payment was posted last February 19, 2018 so you surely received the payment long ago.
Hoping you would look into the problem considerately.

I bought some retro 13 barons for the amount of $42.82 from the seller vipshoeseller it's been well over a month now every time I reach out to the seller he ignores me or give me a lie example he tell me my merchandise arrived to my country so I looked it up on USPS he had lied the package is still in China as we speak now so I call my local USPS they said the have no package with the tracking number he gave me I do have proof of my purchase I purchased them march 9 and it's now April 14 and he claim he still don't know what's going on won't send a new pair out to replace the ones I paid and never got I don't recommend this seller he stole my money and I want my funds back NOW!

You took $27.03 out of my account twice. I only ordered one pair of my item but you took more money out of my account. This happened 04/03/18. My number is [protected]. i bought a wedding dress from dhgate and after one month i received the dress and it was completely different from the picture. i paid $280 for piece of trash. i contacted the customer service and they asked me to solve the problem with the seller but the seller kept wasting time and didn't answer my messages. now when i talked to customer service they told me we can't process a refund till the seller agree for that and also they said that i lost the guarantee for 90 days . i need help they stole my money and wasted my time.

I bought I pair of shoes for the price of 39$ and when they came I realized they were face. Unfortunately I can't send them Back for personal reasons and I made a dispute. I am not asking all of my money I am just asking a part of them and that's why I put full refund to attract his attention. But the sellerer is threating me that if I don't cancel the dispute about face products he will send one more product in with a price tag of 1000$ so that I will have customs problem's .

I ordered an item that was never shipped and the money was taken out of my account I would like a refund as soon as possible thank you . I've contacted the seller and he seems to not know how to go about refunding the money to my account which shouldn't have been taken out until the item was actually shipped. I'm hoping to get this issue resolved as soon as possible before taking further action

Terrible customer service ! I have been trying to cancel my order for weeks now. Mistakedly made a typo error when registering with my email for an account. The customer service refuses to cancel the order (#[protected]) or provide me the incorrect email I entered to cancel the order myself ! Help somebody ! I have been unable to resolve this with live chat and online messages. My credit card was charged on the day I submitted my order.

I received my watch which I had been waiting ages for quite excited when the package arrived only to open it and be really disappointed the one I ordered had a brown strap the one that came had a black strap I set the time the Watch doesn't work I tried everything I know it does not work then the buckle broke off the strap absolutely pissed off with the whole experience vet annoyed

Hi I have ordered sefora lipsticks on December 17 and haven't received yet. I sent msgs to seller he always replied don't worry you will get it be patience. The seller name is STEAMEDBREAD. Then I disputed but I haven't heard from them. It's about 3 weeks. The seller is lier. And I don't know where to complain to DHgate. I am very upset never ever order from this seller. Be aware

I paid $125 for a cell phone that did not work, the seller then asked me to change the IMEI number which is a Federal crime in violation of FCC law. I contacted customer service and they requested I file a dispute, I did. The seller agreed that he would refund my money and pay shipping costs. Seller then asked me to pay to ship phone back. Customer service was called again. They said the agreement meant I would pay to ship the phone back and then the seller would refund my original money plus my new shipping costs. they refused to refund my money. I am going to report both seller and DH Gate to the local US Marshalls office for their altering of IMEI numbers and file a suit in federal court for the loss of money, breach of contract, and false advertisement. I will be drafting and filing the complaint tomorrow.

I purchased a wig from the company above on the 6th of December 2017. My order number is PO# [protected]. I was unhappy with the product and contacted the seller, they sent me a returns address in which I could return the wig too. I paid for guaranteed tracked and signed for delivery in which it was confirmed the wig was signed for and delivered to the returns address in China. The company said I would be getting a refund but ever since I have sent the product back the company has been stalling, firstly stating that they never received the item and then attempts to offer me an exchange. I rejected the exchange and ensured they had received the product as it had been signed for and guaranteed delivery. The company then asked me to send over a PayPal account in which I have done but now I have reviewed no payment and no reply back from their company in the status of my refund. I am deeply worried and fear I will not be getting my money back.

This company is a scam!
I never write reviews but this is the worse customer service I have ever received. First the wedding dress I ordered from merchant 'ourfreedom' was nothing like the dress I was ordering. It took several weeks and a lot of work and time to finally get a refund. Dhgate told me that they would refund me the shipping fee. Fast forward to 3 months later and after about 6 live chats. I am told that I will finally get my refund. But then I get an email saying that I received a credit in my dhgate account to put towards another purchase. That is not a refund. Now on my 7th chat I am pretty pissed off and i'm not someone who loses their cool very often. The representative keeps telling me that's how they refund money and that I should use it towards another purchase. He/she named 'sid' refused to put me through to a manager or supervisor saying that managers don't do live chats and that he/she had no idea when a supervisor might be available. Are you kidding me? Then I ask what other options there may be for me to get my money back. I am told that I can withdraw my money from the dhgate account but will be charged $25! This company lies to their customers. It is unbelievable. I wish I had read reviews before embarking on this 6 month torture. I hope this helps someone save their time and money. Truly - beware! - stay away from dhgate! Worse customer service and merchants! Product was nothing like it was described. They are beyond unhelpful.

On 01-08-2018 i purchased true DHgate two pair off tenis shoes to the company Shoes Inc. the first pair order #[protected] for the price of $43.74 -the secon pair order # [protected] for the price of $43.74 the company contacme two days later telingme that they dont have the shoes on stack and they askme if i wan diferent shoes i toldem no, i wan my money back and they said it will take 4 weeks to get my money back.
