devon rex kitten review: sold sick kitten 1

I am the grandmother of the little girl the last complaint mentioned. What my son failed to mention that the kitten that he had to have euthanized because he had FIP. He was never exposed to any other cats that the cats in her cattery. This kitten was bought in good faith from Marian Gooding dba Neon Cats in Dallas/ Ft Worth. She guaranteed healthy kittens. I trusted her to deliver what she guaranteed. I paid several hundred dollars for this kitten and had him flown to Louisville in the passenger cabin. Little Hermie was loved by my son and his family and well taken care of. This was not their first Devon...he was the first purchased from Gooding. When I notified her about his medical issue, she denied any responsibility for his condition, she even accused our vets on killing him with treatment! We go to the most highly regarded vet clinic in the area with 12 Auburn trained vets. This lady is a money maker...she turns kittens out in droves. At least $3000.00 was spent trying to save Hermie. Do not buy from her. Do some research! Email my son...he has several emails from her that are very telling of her "business".
