Devilinspired — horrible

Judging by the clothes quality, all of them were made in China and then sold for ridiculously high prices. I wonder why schemes like this still work?
Are people that silly not to understand things like this?
Yes, I ordered once from this website and was extremely disappointed because I thought I would get something really good. Well, that's what the good reviews promised. And what I received was thrown away because shipping them back would be more expensive...
