DevicesNow Absolutely horrible

The only one positive thing that can be said about them is that they agreed to refund. But they brought me so many problems that I will tell everyone how bad this company is because even to get a refund I have had a hard time. They probably agreed to do it because they understood I would never give up and eat them alive. All of this bc they never shipped my order I place 2 months ago. No one would wait for so long, so I asked for a refund. They refused 3 times providing absolutely no reason for this. They just said so and nothing to discuss. No, it doesn't work this way.
Stay away. It's a complete mess!

DevicesNow Replacement phone

It is now over 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for a replacement phone. I bought a phone from DevicesNow and the one I received was broken and did not work. I contacted them many times but they did not want to refund me or give a replacement, but I was pushy and annoying and one day they finally agreed.
They told me that replacement was shipped but weeks passed and nothing arrived. I contacted them over and over again regarding my order status but did not get any useful information.
Recently I sent them a message and asked for a tracking number but they are still silent and don't seem to care. I am extremely disappointed with DevicesNow, they are highly unprofessional and dishonest!

DevicesNow Used phone

I have ordered a phone from DevicesNow website and the one I received was obviously used before! The screen had several small scratches and the case was shabby! Contacted customer service many times and asked for a refund, but there was no answer! Beware and don't give them your money! They claim all their products are brand new but these people are real liars and all they need is your money!

DevicesNow Horrible dishonest company!

Don't order anything from this company! Back in November I ordered a phone and when it arrived I could not turn it on. The phone was locked. I tried to contact DevicesNow customer service but received no response. I tried contacting them numerous times by email and also tried to call. Then I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. After that someone from the company finally called and offered me a store credit. They said that I need to send the phone back if I want to get a refund. Once I sent it back, they sent me a message saying I would be receiving a credit and 50% refund. Now it is finally over, thanks to PayPal I got my money back, but these people wasted 2 months of my life! Terrible customer service! Avoid!

DevicesNow don't buy from devices now

I purchased a phone from DevicesNow in October. Few weeks later it stopped working. I checked their website for contact details. There was a phone number and an email address. I tried to call, but the line was always busy. I also sent them numerous emails, but there was no response. Then I've started sending them messages every day and they finally replied. I was told to send the phone back to their warehouse for replacement with the pre-paid label they would be sending. But they never sent the label. I sent the phone back. Two weeks passed and no-one is responding to my messages. I'm still waiting for replacement or a refund.
