En la segunda respuesta me dijeron que funciona mal la web. Mientras tanto solo contablizan los feedbacks que te bajan el score y no los que suman.

These people care about their designers, but you must be aware that their business model is contest for design. So you can be best in the world, if customer don't like your design you will end up with 0 profit and wasted time, but they have a system of 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and participation payments, so after all you can get some money for invested time.

I just started a new company and needed new and fresh designs for my logo regarding my business cards, email signature block, and stationary. I also needed a new look for the new book cover. DESIGN CROWD came through in GREAT fashion. In fact, there were so many good designs that it was a painful task to finally make a decision. I also highly recommend that you pay for the VIP personal (only $29.00) customer assistance because it is more than worth it. The customer service was totally unbelievable GREAT and therefore suggest that Design Crowd make Hopner L. Vice President of the company. She was GREAT!

I have been working as a designer on designcrowd around 5 years. I have got many things to tell about my experiences but I have to keep it a little short. I've seen some other design platforms but after working on DC I couldn't work on any other platforms. If you are talented and follow the rules you will be soon realised and DC would award you with extra job offers. That was what I liked the most about designcrowd. Secondly customer support team and DC team do not let you be alone along the way. They are so responsive and helpful. Another detail I found is there are a lot more job oppurtunies on DC among the other platforms. Designcrowd is one of the best surprise in my life that was offered to me. I hope to be working there and continue to grow for so long and will always be greatful to be working there. I feel like I belong to DC and always want to be a part of this family. Hope to come visit the DC LLC one day.

I've been working as a designer on the DC platform for around 4 years after the Covid pandemic I lost my job so I decided to work as a freelance designer here and I'm happy to say that was a good choice:)
It's a great source of income despite all the challenges, endurance to reach the deadline, nonguaranteed projects, refunded projects, etc I see many advantages in comparison to other crowdsource websites here on DC including various category design jobs, project offers, and participation payments.
I see a number of designers griped about the story of their disapproval account, but every time I contacted on support team they responded kind, helpful, clear quickly, and they reply reasonably!
I'm sure most of the designers don't read the Terms and Conditions and don't follow the User Agreement.
I wanna say thank you to all DC teams. I appreciate what you're doing.

I chose the design and only at the end of the payment it appeared that the design is open and can be purchased by others. And so that no one could get it, it was impossible to pay monthly money amount. I mention a deception that the clients at the beginning are not informt of this information.

It's data theft, sketches and privacy theft.

I was a designer for designcrowd, I won a logo design competition yesterday and wanted to change my payment email for payoneer. They deactivated my account because I tried to open an account with that email before and wasn't verified than? But this time i was verified! I worked on that logo and I won the contest, they did not even let me do the handover to the contest holder. They wont answer my emails! I'm attaching the logo showing I won the competition. This is so not fair, I did nothing wrong.

This complaint is about how DesignCrowd abuses their power against designers. But it also reflects their mistreatment to clients.

I worked for this website for couple years as a designer. After putting considerable amount of effort and time, I started to get one on one projects (rather than multiple designer/creative contests). These projects have a deadline of 5-7 days. After this deadline, client has 15 days to demand a refund, if you don't come back in 15 days you lose your chance to have a refund.

I have worked in these one on one projects for quite a long time and dishonesty of designcrowd became more and more apparent as the amount of the projects increase. Problem is, how designcrowd abuses their refund policy to keep the money for themselves, rather than refunding it back to the client or giving it to the designer who spent their hours to earn it.

According to designcrowd; if a client doesn't request a refund in 15 days, they lose their chance to get their money back. On the other hand, designer need client's approval to get paid for their work. So after this 15 days period of time what happens is;

- If you are a client; you ask for a refund, designcrowd's answer is; Well, too bad, you're not getting your money back, because it's been 16 days.

- If you are a designer; you have to wait for the client to miraculously come back after years after getting pissed off by designcrowd and approve the payment for you. Considering they did not just forget about the project.

- In the mean time designcrowd investing and building their fortune with the money that isn't even theirs.

Currently there are over 700.000 designers in designcrowd. I alone have 20+ projects that I haven't got paid for. Most of these projects are waiting for more than a year and probably I will never get paid for them.

There is huge dishonesty in this system. None of the other freelancing websites holding money hostage like this. In this manner designcrowd is acting like an internet mafia to exploit weaker parties. Their acts are unacceptable in the current year we live in.

We work in small company and recently we signed the contract with the company www.designcrowd.com. They told us that they would make the graphic design for us and it would be easy deal for them. Everything sounded to perfect and we agreed to their terms and conditions. But after a month, we received only one drawing and it was faulty. Don’t work with them, because they promised a lot, but they have done nothing.
